Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

I called and made the appointment and then within a few minutes I received a email confirming my appointment. They called the day before to confirm the appointment. The technician called 30 min. before his arrival. Very courteous, professional and prompt. Great service and great company. My scheduled appointment was between 10am and 1pm and he arrived at my door at 10am. Very pleased with their service. Would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

My mom used them, and she was very happy with their service. She really liked them. She said she would use them again.

I originally called them to give me an estimate on having a deduct meter installed. They came out several days later as scheduled. While Braun was here, I asked him to also look at two toilets that kept clogging and also clean out two sink drains. Long story short, 3 of the 4 toilets in my house had bad flappers or something and were constantly leaking water. I could hear the water filling the tanks periodically during the day, but didn't know what it was. I did know that my water bill is huge and that's why I was looking at a deduct meter. I got my estimate, got new flappers installed (toilets are all quiet now) and got a couple drains cleaned out. I may not need a deduct meter anymore - will know after the next water bill. If I do - I am definitely calling these guys again. They were very professional - I got several emails to let me know when the service was scheduled, when they were on their way, and with the invoice. Love the paperless thing! I had complained to them that I had two previous plumbing companies come out (also Angieslist A's) and neither ever gave me the estimate I had requested - even after numerous calls and emails to them. Not only did I get instant email estimates and invoice, I actually just got a call from the company to make sure I was happy with their service. Finally - a responsive plumber!

They did a great job. The gave an appointment to come on the same day we called. I do not remember the price of the service. The man who came out--His name was Ron--he was very nice. Everything was very professional.

They were prompt and clean. They were pleasant and were knowledgeable about the piping.

I would recommend them to my family and friends. I would rate them high across the board and I would use them again in the future.

Joe called w/in 30 min of scheduled arrival. He was prompt, friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain the process, show me the damage and recommend other options. It was nice having someone so friendly, adding to the total WOW experience. This was a plus considering the existing garbage disposal was original to the home, which took some doing on Joes part to get out. I would highly recommend Ecoplumbers and will most definitely use them in the future for any additional plumbing needs.

We are very pleased with the work performed. The technician was very polite and told me exactly what he was going to do and the results of the dye test and the results after work was completed.

I have used the Ecoplumbers several times. I like the fact that the same person (Braun) always shows up. He is responsive, does excellent work and always cleans up. Best of all, he took my old sink and faucet to reuse and/or recycle. I think the pricing is fair and upfront. They give an Angie's list discount and I used a $50 coupon that they sent me for this job. I would highly recommend this company.

Aaron got me into their schedule, despite my limited availability for the upcoming week. I had improperly obtained a prepaid coupon which didn't apply to my situation and he quickly addressed this issue to my satisfaction. Braun called prior to his arrival, as arraigned and he quickly started in on the job. He completed setting the toilet without incident and looked into another small plumbing matter as well. I'd say this repair, to include the billing process took about an hour, it was painless. I've used ecoplumbers in the past and Braun was the service person then as well. I didn't even bother to "shop around" this time, I'm a satisfied customer.

We called them & they were able to come out within two business days (it wasn't an emergency). The repair person was punctual, courteous, and professional. They repaired our pipes and we have not had any problems since, and we didn't spend an exorbitant amount of money. We would recommend them to others without reservation.

Everything went perfectly from my perspective. He had to saw off one of the old faucets that had corroded, so I was very glad I had hired them to do the installation. He did a great job protecting our sink and counter top while cutting off the old faucet.

This is the second time that we have used the Eco Plumbers. Both times they were very professional and very courteous. Both Joe (the first time) and Braun (the second time) went above and beyond in providing us the service. Eco Plumbers is probably the best plumbing company that we have ever used. They will get all of our plumbing business in the future. We highly recommend Eco Plumbers.

The plumber was polite, personable, neat and punctual and the price was fair, especially considering he was here for over an hour. I was very pleased with the service. I had initially called just to get the tub unclogged but he advised that since the service call was for an hour that he could continue working and fix the other items for the same price plus parts. He was honest and professional.

Braun from Eco Plumbers arrived on time and within an hour had fixed the water supply line to the toilet and repaired the sump pump. He tested the sump pump and found that a part in the well was sticking. Once it was unstuck all of the water that was laying in the basement drained into the pump. He also replaced the component that was loosely holding the lines together. This was all done very quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable price. I like that they always walk you through your options and how much what they are proposing to do will cost and providing all of the options prior to doing the work. My basement is now completely dry even after a day of rain on Thursday!

EcoPlumbers offered an Angie's List Big Deal for a tankless water heater. Our 40 gallon tanks were beyond the end of their useful lives and were dripping. We knew we were strongly leaning towards tankless and this offer helped us over the hump. From the very first contact Aaron was very professional and easy to contact. We live in a ranch home and I initially explained to him in an email that I would like the new tankless moved under our master bath because the master, kitchen and laundry are all in the same area where all/majority of the water is used. The other bathroom is on the other end of the house, where the old water heaters were, but that bathroom isn't used often. Rather than argue with me, or question my reasons, he simply said it would be best to come over to take a look. What a breath of fresh air. My experience in the past in dealing with plumbers and electricians is they think women don't know anything. One of Aaron's guys came over to see if it was possible and to give us an estimate for the extra materials cost. We were pleasantly surprised that our proposed location was great and the extra cost for the additional gas line and materials was extremely reasonable. They weren't trying to make up for the discount on the AL Big Deal. We chose a date in the future that would work best for me. They were on time, professional and very pleasant. They got right to work, and the basement is much cleaner than I expected it to be. I can hardly tell where the old water heaters were. I can't find a spec of anything they left behind. Even the sink installation is spotless! It's better than any plumber I've ever used. Originally they said the install could take 6 or more hours for the water heater, then an additional hour for the kitchen faucet. We were prepared to be without water the entire day. However, they arrived at 8:30 and were done by around noon. I couldn't have been more pleased. One other thing I LOVED about EcoPlumbers is their use of technology. All of the estimates come via email in a very easy to read format. The receipts come via email also. An email is sent when they are on the way. The communication is far superior to any plumber I have every used. I'd highly recommend using these guys for any of your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed. They exceeded my expectations and I'm sure they will for you also.

Joe arrived on time, made everything look very nice and neat, took the time to answer questions and left the site nice and clean. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Although the price was more than originally quoted, i feel that for the work done - snaking the shower, augur 2 toilets, cut through roots and disinfect the shower - it was a very reasonable price. The plumber kept me informed of the situation at every step. I liked that I was emailed when the work order was ready, when the plumber was en route, when the work was completed and the receipt. Since I was not able to be at home I liked being kept in the loop. Also, the next day, the company called to make sure that everything was working properly. I asked my daughter her thoughts and she was impressed that the plumber put "booties" on while in our house.

The best experience I've had with an Angie's List recommendation so far. I purchase a "Big Deal" for this toilet installation. I called and scheduled the appointment. They called and "reminded" me of the appointment the day before. I received a "heads up" call about 30 minutes prior to arrival, and an email before they showed up for the appointment. The installer used a little carpet on the floor to keep from tracking in any mess from outside. He took a before and after picture of the installation - and even warned me that because the new tank was smaller than the old one, it might require some painting or patching of the wall behind the toilet. The entire installation from start to finish took just under an hour. Which including having to "shim up" the toilet because the bathroom floor was not completely level. He showed me how to remove the new toile seat and provided a brochure about the new toilet - although it is unlikely I'll ever need it. I received a follow up call from the company a couple of days after the appointment to make sure I was satisfied with how everything went. Very high-tech too since I signed for my invoice on an iPad and received an email receipt of the entire transaction within minutes of the event.

We called EcoPlumbers on a Friday evening after finding them so highly rated. We were asked to send an email. That could be suggested on the website for an improvement in service. We sent an email describing our issue and exchanged multiple emails with Aaron. We found him responsive, answering all our questions, and appreciating our humor. After getting the information we needed and a price quote, we asked for a service call. Aaron scheduled us for Saturday morning. A projessional named Braun arrived in an attractively branded truck the next morning, right in the middle of the three hour window given the night before, expressed appreciation for the prework we had completed and set to work. An hour and a half later, the new water heater was in. We paid $150 less than what was quoted and Braun was on his way to install his own water heater at home. It was a model experience with a service company.

The service and responsiveness is outstanding. Braun gave good suggestions for what would be best for the bathroom. The work was done as expected and done well. I left home that morning with a 15+ year old toilet and a 30+ year old sink top in this small bathroom and returned to find no mess and the new sink top and toilet in place and working well. Braun noticed the cold water faucet in the tub was leaking and tried to repair it but it is stripped. BAsed on the work the level of work the company had already performed, I asked for a quote and suggestions on how to deal with the leak and the fact there wasn't an access panel to the tub plumbing. The company has given me good suggestions on how to fix this issue and is scheduled to make those changes/repairs in the next few weeks.

I called on a Monday morning and they came out immediately that morning. My wife said the technician was extremely nice and explained exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. The technician fixed the toilet quickly and cleaned up the area after the job was complete. It has been two weeks and we have had no further issues. The company was extremely responsive and professional. The price charged was the same price quoted over the phone.

Responded quickly to my appointment request and showed up on time. Efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely neat, when technician left, you could not tell there had been work performed, other than having a new garbage disposal.

We bought the Big Deal toilet for $199 to replace a very old toilet in the basement that was no longer working. Braun was very professional and even drove over to the local hardware store to get a few additional items that he needed. The extra supplies only cost us extra $20. We were so happy with Braun that we ended up calling him the next week. We are selling a house and had water in the crawl space under the kitchen and couldn't find the source. He showed up and was able to find the source of the water, we are definitely going to use Ecoplumbers in the future.

Did not go at all. This does not look good for EcoPlumbers or Angie's List. After we submitted this report we heard from Eco Plumbers and they were very quick to solve this issue and make good on the 'big deal'.
