Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Was to come between 12:00 and 3:00, called to say it would be closer to 3:00. Then called back to say another technician would be right over. Explained everything they had to do, was quick, clean and great service!

I really liked EcoPlumbers, Inc. He was very punctual and did a very good job.

Joe called during the window I was advised that he was coming over. He was very courteous and put on covers for his shoes so mud and dirt would not get tracked in the house. He has good listening skills and took in the problem before advising on steps to fix it. He fixed the leaking pipe underneath the deck and advised on future steps so it will not happen in the future. I will call him again in the winter to have a permanent fix so the the pipe will not freeze again when it is cold.

Eco Plumbers are competent, efficient, and friendly; and they charge a fair price. The plumber (Braun) called, told us he was on his way, and arrived on time. After reviewing the problems, he gave us a cost estimate for the work to be done. We gave him the OK, and he proceeded with repairs (wearing booties and using a mat to protect our floors). The repairs were 100% effective. The next day we got a follow-up call from Eco Plumbers asking if we were satisified with the work that had been done. I thought that was a nice gesture on their part. My answer was yes.

The entire experience was great. Joe was early for the initial visit and was on the earliest side of the repair window as well. Fast and friendly and left no evidence of work. The work done was over 200 dollars less than previous quotes for the jobs done and the explanation of the work needed and options open was better as well. He also listened to what we needed and pointed out a few things that we should look at for the future as well. We will have them out again to do at least one other service this year barring any emergencies.

They were terrific. They were on time, personable. They addressed all my concerns. Everything was done professionally.

These guys are the best. Friendly. Punctual. Professional. They even had a portable credit card reader and I was able to pay them with my card right after the service was complete! AND they emailed me the receipt! I was so pleased with every aspect of dealing with them. I will use them again, if I need to.

Amaziningly efficient and punctual. Called on a Friday morning, connected to a live service which had the local scheduler return the call with confirmation of time window and the tech's name. Got an email to confirm as well. Day before service received both a confirmation call and email reminding me of the details. Day of got the "20 minutes out" call and the tech was within that time. Completely professional tech (Braun) who performed the service and assisted with any/all questions. Then go the follow up email. Overall very impressed and will definitely use them again.

The price was pretty reasonable. They have to come back and look at it but it's not their fault. They said they might have to so they are going to come back because they said it might not seal all the way. They said that might be an issue. They called us right away so their responsiveness was good. The punctuality was kind of an issue because we weren't sure what kind of phone number they were using but it got worked out. They were professional.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for the installation of a new garbage disposal through Eco Plumbers. When we contacted them to schedule installation, we let them know we were interested in some additional plumbing work. We were told estimates for that work would be provided at the time of the disposal installation. Joe arrived on time on Friday, March 9, 2012. After discussing the work scheduled to be performed along with the work we were considering to have done, we agreed that he would install the new garbage disposal and snake the kitchen drain that was running extremely slowly. The installation went smoothly, but the drain could not be cleared. It became clear that work we had hoped was still optional (replacing the lines from the kitchen and the stack) were going to be needed. Due to both our schedules and the commitments already made by Eco Plumbers to other customers, we scheduled the additional work to be done on Monday, March 12, 2012. Joe returned on March 12th and replaced the lines from our kitchen and bathroom, and the stack, addressing the immediate problem. He also replaced a double faucet in our laundry area, which had been part of the estimate we requested on the previous visit. Joe was very professional, and clearly explained problems and options. The work areas were left in a clean manner. This was our first experience with a paperless company, and we can appreciate the benefits of it. There was some difficulty in getting multiple phone numbers listed for us when the appointment was scheduled, but this did not cause any real problems. We received email notification of Joe's pending arrival, and I had his call alerting us he was on his way on my work voicemail. We were please with the quality and professionalism of the services provided, and would recommend and use Eco Plumbers again.

As usual when I call EcoPlumbers, they were prompt and professional in every way. They are always very respectful of our home in covering their shoes and cleaning up after their work. They are experts in their field and it is a truly a waste of time and money to call anyone else. I know I can count on them to resolve our plumbing issues properly the first time.

I called EcoPlumbers regarding low water pressure in an upstairs shower. The reception staff was friendly and warm - I quickly had an appointment scheduled for the next morning between 10 and 1. Braun called the next morning at 9:15 saying he was running ahead of schedule and would it be alright to come a little early. Once here, the problem was identified in about 4 minutes. He cleared sediment from the screens inside a shower head and the kitchen faucet and checked two drains. Check out was easy and paperless with receipts emailed to me immediately. I would definitely hire them again.

My cats were desperately trying to get into the laundry room door so I looked inside to find water everywhere and water streaming from the ceiling. I got on the internet and located the company on Angie's List. I called and got a live person who took my info. Braun called me back within minutes and Joe was at my house in less than an hour. Joe was very polite, friendly and professional. He showed me where the leak was and gave me a detailed estimate explaining all the charges. Then he fixed it and showed me the work. He even cleaned up the water on the floor which I didn't expect but it was very much appreciated. He went over the bill and I wrote a check. He explained other services they provide, thanked me and left. I am very happy with company and the entire experience.

So, all in all, we were very pleased with the professional service that we received from The Eco Plumbers and grateful that Aaron went the distance to fit us into their already busy Saturday schedule. Our only regret is that they are out of our service area, as we live in Granville, and that we won't be able to request Joe Verhoff the next time we have a plumbing problem.

Eco Plumbers installed a tankless water heater a few months ago and removed two standard 40 gallon water heaters. We noticed a very small puddle of water on the floor where the old tanks were about a month ago and thought maybe the dog had an accident. Then about a week ago I was in the basement again and notice a little water in same place. It turns out our brittle pipes sprung a very, very, small slow leak likely from removing the old tanks. I contacted Eco Plumbers. They set up a very convenient time to stop over and repaired the leak. I thought we would have to pay for it because it was due to our older brittle pipes but they said there was not a charge. This company's customer service is remarkable. They go above and beyond and and are extremely professional. Gone are the days of the stereo-typical plumber. These guys are dressed professionally, have the best communication of almost any service contractor I've ever used and are a pleasure to use. You won't be disappointed if you use this company for your plumbing needs.

They are professional, prompt, know exactly what they are doing, are friendly, & very neat and clean & honest.

Braun, the technician, was prompt (really he called and asked if he could come early because he finished his previous job early), and started work as soon as he arrived. He changed the disposal promptly, then started to work on the old cast iron tub (it is at least 70 years old if not older - this house is 200 years old). He got the old drain off, had to change the piping and the angle that it was draining, then hook it into the existing waste pipe, then had to replace the entire tub drain mechanism because we didn't have one previously, just an empty hole. Now we can take baths again, not just showers! He finished the job so quickly, I thought it would take all day with that old piping and tub, and cleaned up all traces of his work from the disposal and tub - I was very pleased with all the work he did and would highly recommend his work.

They called me promptly and we scheduled an appointment within a couple days for them to come out and inspect my plumbing and flush my hot water tank. I have well water that has a LOT of minerals and sediment in it and the flush is definitely necessary even though I have a water softener system that takes a lot of the "crud" out, it doesn't get it all, especially the iron. The plumbing inspection was able to show me where the problem was for my bathroom that was causing my tub always back up and constantly plug up - apparently somewhere along the way this old house renovations someone had made the pipes for drainage go uphill instead of down - really bad for a tub drain. It helped me plan to make the changes for the next time I found a "big deal" to help out on cost. I think the cost of this inspection and flush will make it worthwhile in the long run. I'll definitely recommend them to others.

The job went well. The plumber, Braun, arrived on time for both the estimate and job.The EcoPlumbers work on image; Braun and his vehicle were very neat and clean. I was surprised how quickly he finished the work.Based on this experience, I would use them again and recommend them to a friend.

Took Angie up on a big deal. Whole house plumbing inspection and water tank flush. Called Ecoplumbers on 4/23/12 for an appt. They called back 30 mins later and set up a scheduled appt for May 15th between 8-10am at my request. They e-mailed an appt confirmation for that date. The day before, they called to confirm and said the tech would call 30 mins before his arrival. He did just that an arrived at the given time. The technican ( Braun Bocook) was very nice and knowledgable . He explained what he was going to do. He had a 10 point inspection list that would check all toilets for leaks ,bathroom sinks and faucets,showers, garbage disposal, drains for clogs, sump pump, outside hose bids and flush the water heater. He even checked the water meter. He sent an e-mail that confirmed all the inpections with results on his findings. I've never had such a great inspection. I would recommend the inspection for everyone. I would use them again for any plumbing job. Thanks Angie for the great deal.

They are very good. They worked overtime and didn't charge me for it.

I puchased a Big Deal on Angie's List to have my garbage disposal replaced. I scheduled the work, they showed up on time, were very professional, and did a great job!! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!! :)

The plumber arrived within the window of time given (8-10 am). He immediately brought his materials inside and began to work on the deduct meter installation which was the most difficult job. He completed the installation of this and checked his work ensuring that there were no leaks and that the water meters were registering properly. He then cleaned up the area he had dirtied. Next he installed the new sump pump, again checking his work to make sure it was installed properly. The old pump was taken out to his truck for recycling as were the old plastic pipes. He cleaned up again and moved on to the installation of the new laundry spigots checking the installation once it was completed. Once more, he cleaned up the area once he had finished. All of the trash generated from the work was taken out to his truck. Nothing was left for me to clean up later. He did good work and the plumbing is working properly.

Service Technician was very efficient and professional.

Work performed wasn't glamorous by any means, but we had just bought the house and need to get renovations started. Ecoplumbers were very prompt and professional. They're also the first all-digital contractor I've run into (I'm an architect), which was a breath of fresh air. Craftsmanship was top quality, and the price they quoted me was fair (Angies list discount helped too!) Would definitely recommend and use again!
