After calling first, Joe arrived early. He was quick and efficient at diagnosing the problems and making the repairs. He even swapped out a malfunctioning ballcock without charge. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I gave an "A" for price because it was well worth it to me. I'm not sure what other plumbers would charge for repairing a wax seal.

They came to replace the garbage disposal in our kitchen sink. The tech was right on time, was very friendly and courteous, was dressed professionally and wore covers on his shoes when he entered our house. He gave me an initial estimate and told me there was a coupon on Angie's List that I should print. I hadn't even checked Angie's List and was thankful that he told me about the coupon. When I got on their page on Angie's List, I noticed that they also had a Big Deal for a garbage disposal install. He matched the Big Deal price even though it was cheaper than the other coupon he orinally told me about. He worked quickly and the garbage disposal has worked great ever since. Great price, great service. We have used this company for quite a few projects and will continue to use them in the future!

My hot water heater had started showing signs of trouble, sometimes working and sometimes not. It had gotten worse, so I called Eco based on reviews here. Someone answered the phone at 7:45 in the morning and took my info, promising a call from a technician within 15 minutes. It was more like 10. Even though I was a new customer, Aaron got someone to my house the same day. They sent an email confirming my work order, then another when the tech was on the way - right on time, by the way. He was awesome. Got my hot water heater working in less than a half hour. He remembered to ask me how I heard about them, which I had forgotten to mention. It resulted in an Angies List discount! Loved the professionalism, responsiveness, and punctuality, as well as the email updates. I will definitely use Eco again.

It went well. He made suggestions on my water heater and how I could get more usage out of the hot water and also save money. He also made suggestions on some of the other plumbing in the house and how I could save money there too. Overall a good experience.

Vendor kept me advised of all steps and advised when they would arrive. Very punctual and polite. They have done work before which included a replacement water heater. Would not hesitate to highly recommend them anyone needing plumbing services.

The outcome was excellent. They were able to come do the work and they did a great job. The job was done very quickly and efficiently and they cleaned up very well after themselves. I thought it was going to take them a lot longer than it did and they were in and out. They were very punctual as well.

It was fabulous. They came at 10:30pm for an emergency call. Our spicket was shooting out water and they fixed it in good time. He was very courteous and did a good job.

My service technician was not able to unclog my main drain, which was the main reason I had them out. We had a disupute about the cost but the owner of the company was extremly helpfun and curtious in resolving the issue. He refunded the portion of the service call relating to the issue that could not be fixed and this was all during the week of his wedding. I was unhappy with the service I recieved but for an owner to care enough about their company to take the measures he did and be in contact the way he was, during an already jam packed week speaks volumes about how much he cares for his company.

Overall, everything went well. Serviceman was punctual and courteous. He put on paperslippers over his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt/mud into our home which I thought was good. Once he fixed the upstairs toilet, he came downstairs and fixed the downstairs one which was experiencing a low flush. He mentioned a leak in the upstairs masterbathroom which I thought was odd given that he hadn't been instructed to fix anything in there. I declined the service and he collected payment and left. Overall, a fairly positive experience. However, it now seems that our downstairs bathroom sink does not have enough water pressure. Don't know if it's related to Eco Plumber's visit or not.

I contacted them through their website and received a call within a couple hours. They were able to schedule someone to come out the next day. He showed up on time, gave a detailed estimate, worked hard, was very clean and efficient. Just knocked the job out. No issues at all. I'd definitely use them again.

I contacted EcoPlumbers via Angie's List because they had consistent, positive reviews. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment for the following day. I met the plumber when he arrived to assess where our water line would be installed. While there was access to a crawl space below the location of the refrigerator, he suggested we run a line from the sink, behind the electric oven and thru the cabinets. This didn't sound right and he later agreed to install via the crawl space. When he started to install, he planned to utilize a plastic tube, rather than copper tubing. I asked if this was normal based upon what I've read about problems with potential bacteria, breakage, etc.. In fact, some appliance installers will not hook up a fridge unless it has copper tubing. The plumber said they stopped using copper tubing and tried to assure me the plastic was fine, but it was up to me. After insisting he use copper tubing, the plumber then had to find a hardware store to purchase some copper tubing as he didn't have any with him - something I thought was basic equipment for a plumber to have. After ~ 45 minutes, he returned and installed the line. While he did explain prior to starting the job what the cost would be, I thought nearly $500 to install an 18 foot water supply line was quite expensive. He acknowledge it was high, but largely due to having to access via a crawl space. While I understand the accessibility situation, I think the actual time to install the line was only about an hour. I called EcoPlumbers to share my experience and the fact I thought their prices were unusually excessive, even with an Angie's List discount. While they seemed interested in providing a good experience and customer service, no further follow up or evaluation of this cost was provided. I spoke to a service rep who contacted me after the service and seemed interested in my comments, but again, there was no further follow up or outcome. I would definitely recommend others check prices and get estimates from multiple companies. While EcoPlumbers ultimately performed the work, this was not an overall positive customer experience. UPDATE: 8/7/12 Shortly after my review, Aaron with EcoPlumbers reached out to discuss my feedback and his concern about my customer experience. He was very candid and sincere about wanting to resolve my concerns, which I appreciated. Aaron was very professional and responsive to my feedback. After a brief discussion, he offered a solution which I thought was fair and reasonable. I wanted to reflect this outcome by updating my report. As a result of his follow up, I do believe EcoPlumbers is truly interested in providing a good customer experience. I do appreciate the fact that he followed up with me and that we were able to agree on a mutually acceptable solution. Thank you, Aaron.

Very professional and efficient service. On time, polite and tech quickly assessed and remedied the problem. Very clear explanation of the issue. Very savvy with IPad for invoice sent to email immediately. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience - good follow-up by the company to see if I was satisified which I was.

We discovered on a Monday afternoon around 2:30 pm, that our water heater was trashed and needed to be replaced. We called several other companies, who either could not come out that same day or did not have the size of heater we needed. EcoPlumbers called me back within an hour and had the water heater replaced by 7 pm that evening. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant, including the worker, who was likely working overtime. He was very professional. We didn't have a chance to price other water heaters of the same size and quality, but were willing to pay more to have it installed same day.

Everything went smoothly and the worker even fixed a small glitch on the handle of my bathtub faucet at no charge.

The people seemed to be very knowledgeable and they come on time. I just love them.

He was extremely professional and helped me troubleshoot my problem for 15-20 minutes. He figured out that my drain was not the issue and that water was escaping through a poor seal in the door (and then through the floor). I was very grateful for his help and even more grateful that he said wasn't going to charge me even though this would qualify as a service call. I had a really great experience and will definitely utilize Aaron for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience. Right from the first call till the end.

EcoPlumbers was able to find the source of the sewer pipe leak, which was a hairline crack and difficult to locate. They suggested two methods, a sealant and replacing the pipes, and gave us a cost for each. What I really appreciated was their not "upselling" us to the more expensive treatment, letting us know our options and allowing us to make the decision based on our preferences and budget. We really appreciate EcoPlumbers and have used them for some time. They always do professional work and are very responsive. It turns out that we will be ultimately taking the more expensive option, but we appreciated the opportunity to make our own, informed decision. We'll be going back to EcoPlumbers for the remaining work to be done.

Braun came out and gave us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable on the brand that they recommend and install as well as the other brands. He reviewed the expectations with a tankless versus the traditional as well as all of the options. All communication was initiated via email which concerned me in the beginning, however they responded quickly with an email or phone call whichever I requested. After several estimates I choose to go with plumbers based on cost and knowledge. I was able to schedule an install in about 1 week later. They asked if our current hot water heater was functioning and scheduled at a convenient time cor me. The install was estimated to take 8 hours. Jon called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived during the projected time frame. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me what he ws doing as well as our neighbor. The work area was very clean. Jon was great about showing me everything about the New heater. A leak was happening in the basement utility sink. Jon gave me an estimate and repaired it while he was there. I was pleased with the work and will definitely look at plumbers for future needs.

Our garbage disposal conked out on us leaving us with a sink full of dishes and food. We were sure we were going to get gouged as plumbers tend to be expensive and we personally did not have any experience or connections when it came to shopping for a good plumber. We joined Angie's List right then and there and found EcoPlumbers on the top of the list. We didn't look further after reading the reviews and called them around 9pm at night. We received a call back within an hour with an appointment to come the very next day! We could not have been happier with the level of customer service and professionalism and would recommend them whole heartedly!

Overall, I don't think I got value from the Angie's List Deal. I appreciate Aaron Gaynor's refund of my purchase.

I contacted EcoPlumbers with a list of plumbing work. Braun returned my call within an hour and we scheduled a day for the work to be completed. Braun called when he said he would and arrived on time. Braun and another plumber, Joe , did a great job handling my list of repairs. They were helpful in offering options for some of the work - a less expensive short term repair and long term solutions. The long term solutions were priced very reasonably and I am very pleased with their work.This is the second time I have used EcoPlumber's and both times I have been impressed with how nice they are to work with, how professional they are during the entire process and the quality of the work that they provide. I plan to use EcoPlumbers in the future.

Excellent experience overall. They were nice on the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. They happily accepted an Angie's List discount. They called to confirm my appointment the day before. The worker arrived within the time period specified, got right to work and finished quickly. Very impressed by the use of technology! The worker had his tablet with him, scanned my credit card and emailed me the receipt.
