Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Although I have not had trouble with my sewer line, I was concerned for two reasons: 1.The previous owner had trouble with roots in the line (so they removed a tree) 2. A large number of people in my neighborhood had to replace their main sewer line because of problems. EcoPlumbers arranged for Chris to come to my house to run a cutter through the main sewer line to the street, followed by a camera to inspect the line so that I would know if I needed to worry. Chris called about 30 minutes before he arrived (as we were told he would). He called when we expected, and he called when we expected. Chris was very clean. Not only did he wear his booties when he came into the house, but he also covered the equipment as he took it to the basement. My wife and two young girls (ages 4 and 6) really enjoyed Chris. He interacted very well with my young children, especially my 6 year old who was very interested in what he was doing. We were sufficiently pleased with Chris, that we will request him by name if we have more work to be done. My wife and I really appreciate the good work by professional good natured peopled. The cutter removed any of the small tree roots that had penetrated the drain. The camera showed two small settlement dips, but nothing to be concerned about. This leaves me with great peace of mind knowing that my drain is in good condition. I stayed with Chris the entire time, and he provided a lot of information about what he was doing and why. I learned a lot while chatting with him while he worked. He even explained the best fix for a problematic faucet next to where we were working. Chris gave me tips on how to maintain my line to keep tree roots out to lower the likelihood that there will be problems in the future. I was doing some of these things already, but I was not doing all of them correctly; now I know better. Chris was was meticulous and clean. Not only was he careful coming in and going out, but the process did generate some mess, which Chris completely cleaned.... Things were cleaner when he was finished than when he started. On completion, I signed a form on a tablet computer and he sent me a copy of the work and a receipt using email, which works great for me. I am very pleased with the work that was done. It was done on time in a good manner, and the technician (Chris) was very personable. Not only am I willing to use this company again, I would ask for the same plumber if he is available.

Everything went very well. Chris called ahead of time, as planned, and arrived on time. He looked at the toilet, which was leaking at the bottom, and water was running slightly in the tank. He quickly determined what needed to be done to repair both problems. I had also signed up through Angie's List for the $99 sewer line cleaning, which he did first. Then he repaired the toilet after calling in to determine the total cost ($134), for the wax seating ring as well as replacing the toilet tank "innards". The toilet is now quiet for the first time in quite a while, and is no longer leaking at the bottom. The sewer line cleaning went well, and I had the opportunity to see via camera that my sewer line is in good shape and needs no additional work.

I was actually a little annoyed at first because I called into the phone number for the business and got a central number that was out of state. I was calling because I was running a little late and wanted to let them know but she told me there was no way to reach them directly. It worked out perfectly however because the local guy called as soon as I pulled into the driveway at home. The technician was really professional and worked with my home warranty company to make sure that the services were covered. We ran into an electrical problem after he installed the garbage disposal but he was able to get it working by tightening up some wires. He also referenced an electrician for me to have that looked at with more detail. I had originally just called to get my garbage disposal fixed but I asked if he could also let me know what he thought of the sump pump. My realtor had promised me a new sump pump but the first guy that I called out was rude and I did not like him. The Ecoplumber technician quoted me $200 less then the first guy and he had to leave and go back to the shop to get the pump. He was back in half an hour and installed the new pump in like 10 minutes.

Excellent service, company communicated either by phone or e-mail from time of my initial contact until the end of service. Tech was more than pleasant and professional. Price was fantastic, I lknow what it cost to do this work, I have had it done many times. Good thing I have Angie;s List and this company does big deals. Anyone needing plumbing work should call this company.

I called and set up the appointment, Chris Stinson call ed 30 minutes ahead of time, Chris performed the work very well and was very personable and professional. The job was completed. I talked to Chris about my toilet problem and he looked at it and told me what to do to fix it free of charge.

This is the second time I have used The EcoPlumbers. Chris, the technician, was the same guy who came to help me both times. He was fantastic with every aspect of the service. I would absolutely recommend this company for anybody needing plumbing services for their house.

Chris was EXCELLENT! He was friendly, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work, including cleaning up after he was done. He also took the time to explain what he was doing & answered all my questions. Unlike many service people, in spite of the job being done at at discounted, flat rate fee he didn't approach it as an "in & out" or rush job. I work in the criminal justice system and am very cautious about the individuals who provide services in my home. I would have no reservation about using this gentleman or the company he represents in the future if I needed plumbing work done, nor recommending them to family & friends!

I received a phone call confirmation the day before service. Chris Stinson was my service rep and he did a great job. He called me when he was on his way and gave an estimated time of arrival. I added 3 extra services to my original order and even though they had to split the date to complete it, it was done exactly as I had hoped. I have had problems with calcium build up and Chris showed me the best way to get rid of it using the solutions I had on hand. Chris always wore shoe covers and cleaned up all the work areas when he was finished. Very happy with the service and will use them again in the future!

Smoothly, but did not like being charged again for their mistake.

First off, scheduling the appointment was super easy. They did arrive a little late, but they kept me updated with phone calls, letting ME decide if the later time would still work for me. They also did an extra repair that they discovered and the toilet is working great. I would definitely cal them again! I was very happy with them!

My husband and I found a leak under our kitchen sink. We thought it was likely the garbage disposal, but weren't sure. I sent an email to EcoPlumbers to see how we could go about getting an estimate, determining the cause of the leak and using one of discounts offered through Angie's List. Roslyn responded to my email very quickly. She said they could come out to assess the situation and then I could decide which discount to use. She asked for our availability and helped work around some things that we already had scheduled. Braun called to let us know when he was on his way, well within the timeframe of the appointment. He was able to tell very quickly that the leak was from the garbage disposal and that it was cracked and needed replaced. Of course, we told him we would like to use the garbage disposal special on Angie's List and that we wanted to upgrade to the 1/2 HP disposal. Braun had just used the last 1/2 HP on his truck, but went out immediately to the store to get one so he could finish the installation for us. Braun was courteous and professional the entire time he was in our home. He left us with a nicely installed garbage disposal, the manual, etc. that came with it and there was no mess. The next day Roslyn called to make sure that everything had been done to our satisfaction and was working well. Unfortunately, she had to leave a message so I couldn't tell her how happy I was with them personally.

Excellent from initial call to completion. This is a plumbing company that is progressive (paperless) and customer focused. Highly recommend.

Service was very professional.

The service was very timely and the serviceman was punctual and personable. He also had to be very persistent, as the line was completely blocked. After the work was done, he explained what the problems were and suggested some things we might do to help prevent recurrence. Overall, the problem was solved in a very satisfactory manner, the price was excellent, and I was extremely pleased. There is no doubt that I would call them again if needed.

Purchased Big Deal for toilet tune-up, was a good deal. Tech was on time and very professional. Attempted to fix toilet but said he couldn't get tank bolts unscrewed, so would require new toilet. Tech gave me quote which was fairly expensive, especially for the installation labor. Tech said the Big Deal coupon didn't cover necessary repair, but attempted to fix it and offered to refund money. That was very classy and appreciated. I called the office and received my refund promptly. I ended up calling another plumbing and they fixed it pretty fast, no issue with removing bolts.Good experience overall with ECO Plumbers, but I didn't feel the tech put forth much effort in trying to repair the toilet. Since it wasn't a covered repair, that might have been a factor.

First rate service. "A" PLUS.

First to call me back in a pinch with someone who actually knew what they were talking about and gave me sound advice regarding the timing and impact on cost. Saved me over $100 total.

The plumber that came, Braun, was very charming. I had to call them back a second time to install an extension on the shower device because I could not reach it. He acted a little miffed that he had to come back to do this. In addition, asked specifically for a nice faucets, like Moen. He purchased and installed a cheap device. The name on the faucet is something like "Premier." The lever on the faucet that stops up the water is difficult to move and doesn't really work. We asked for an itemized receipt, but all he could provide was a really confusing invoice that doesn't make sense. We think we were double-charged at the least. Later, the owner came back and was very understand and nice. Part of the issue was a misunderstanding on our end about the way they billed us. There was no dishonesty with any part of their billing process. The owner did everything to my satisfaction and he said wished we would have called him directly with our concerns.

Our toilet started to gurgle when we used a lot of water around the house, so we knew(from past experience) that our main sewer line was probably clogged. We had used Eco Plumbers in the past for some other plumbing needs so contacted them to clear the line. They arrived late because of issues with a previous job which the plumber still seemed to be somewhat flustered by. We told them about the issue and he wanted to snake the toilet first hoping he could avoid doing the main drain. Snaking the toilet didn't fix the issue so he went ahead and did the main drain too. The downside was that the job wasn't done thoroughly enough so 3 weeks later the main line was plugged up again. We brought in a company that specialized in clearing drains and they were able to do a more complete job. They said that there were still a bunch of roots in the area where the 4 inch pipe transitioned to 6 inch pipe and that the equipment used by Eco Plumbers may not have been adequate to handle it. Additionally, Eco plumbers charged a $100 more than the other company. We have been satisfied working with Eco Plumbers in the past but wouldn't recommend them for clearing sewer lines.

Service person showed up on time. Replaced my garbage disposal very quickly. He was so very professional. Very knowledgeable, personable and intelligent. A few days later, I noticed that the toilet in one of my bathrooms was leaking. I was so impressed with this company that I called them back to replace the seal. Again (different person), the repairperson was incredibly profesisonal.

I sent a contact email request for an appointment on a Sunday and heard from Braun that same day to set up an appointment. He called me that Wednesday (the day of our appointment) to say he may be a little late as he was holding an interview. He wound up showing up at 9:59 (the orignal appointment was for 8:00-10:00, so he was within the original range). I had first used EcoPlumbing a year ago for a plumbing inspection and then for a garbage disposal (both Angie's List Big Deals) and remembered the excellent service and advice Braun had provided. He took a look at my water heater and advised that my suspicions were right and I needed a new one as the bottom had rusted and was leaking. He had advised last year that there was rust in the bottom and it would need to be replaced sooner or later- so I had advanced warning. He gave me a quote and I asked if I could purchase a water heater and have them install it to save a few bucks, he advised I could but that their replacement price was pretty reasonable. I agreed to the quote but took a look at some home improvement places online to confirm- and he was right. I did find some cheaper, but the price was right about average (and didn't include delivery or the hassle of going to pick one up and making sure it was right!). So that eased my mind some more. We had made an appointment to replace the water heater that Friday, between 8:00-10:00. Friday, Braun showed up at about 8:50- he apoligized for the delay (which there was none!), but they were out of 40 gallon water heaters so rather than cause more of a delay, he grabbed a 50 gallon water heater and gave it to me at the quoted 40 gallon price! He had a helper come to remove my old water heater and the work was completed by 10:30. They were very neat, did a great job of explaining the work performed and explaining how to operate the new water heater. I really couldn't be more happy with the service they have provided. Plus, they email the receipt so I don't have to worry about papers lying around and getting lost! Also, they always do follow up calls to confirm appointments and ensure the work was performed to my satisfaction. All around a great job, guys- thanks!

They were excellent on service, installation and price. Aaron, Braun and the team were all professional, nice and very informative on the products and the care needed for the tankless water heaters and toilet. They were clean and careful about the removal and the noise and did the with no interruption of my day. I intend on making them our regular plumbers and would highly recommend them.
