I purchased the Angie's List sewer line clean-out deal from EcoPlumbers. Chris came by this morning to check out our clogged drain in the basement. He had great communication before arrival, was courteous (covered shoes up before came in the house), friendly, and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the drain unclogged in a short amount of time. I would definitely use EcoPlumbers again.

Everything was complete in just over an hour.

The repairman came on time, put booties on his shoes and evaluated the problem. He got the parts from the truck and replaced the bad parts. He was very efficient. He cleaned up all material that the parts were packed in and took it with him. He explained in detail what he did and what parts he replaced. He worked quickly and quietly.

I called The EcoPlumbers in the morning and they came that afternoon to do the work. They were able to fit my right in. The technician that came actually found 2 more leaks and fixed all 4. They were prompt, professional, and went out of their way to fit me in.

EcoPlumbers came on time and did the work as requested, quickly and easily for me. I would definitely hire them to do work again.

The Eco Plumbers have been out twice to our new house to perform some general tasks. Joe was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient throughout all of the work he did (and through all of our questions.) These guys are not just for your green plumbing needs - they are experts across the board, and even installed a gas line from our basement to our new range. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of any plumbing work!

Since my house is built on a slab there are definitely challenges to getting at the infrastructure for repairs that wouldn't be there if they could just work in a basement. EcoPlumbers did part of the work on the bathtub and are going to come back next week when, thanks to some kitchen renovation, they'll have easier access to the back wall of the tub to finish the job.They are very patient when the limitations of the way my house was built make jobs harder and I appreciate that. They are also very diligent at finding solutions and explaining all the options. When this job didn't result in us getting as much accomplished as we'd hoped they were very fair in adjusting the price. I have a small window during the kitchen renovation when it would be good for them to jump in and complete this job and they fit me in, again much appreciated. Update: EcoPlumbers looked at replacing the drain pipe for my bathtub and we decided the best time to do what would be when the kitchen cabinets on the opposite side of the wall were gone, giving them more room to work. They were great to fit that into the kitchen remodeling schedule and even though it was a difficult job because my house is on a slab they kept working until the old pipe was out (and it needed to come out based on the rust and few holes it already had in it) and they were finally able to snake the whole drain properly. This ended up being a job strung out over several visits and Roslyn called to follow up to make sure everything was finally done, which was great service.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and we had used Eco Plumbers before when we needed a new toilet, so when I saw there was a coupon on Angie's list it was a no brainer. The guy came in, did the work, he was professional and friendly. We've been very pleased with the new disposal.

Ecoplumbers is just great. They are easy to communicate with and are flexible. I really, really like dealing with them. We are scheduling some more work with them (grouting our tub). So glad I found them!

Work was performed as anticipated.

We had an issue with water in our basement and we called EcoPlumbers to come look at the problem. The company sent Joe to our home and he was able to tell me that the problem was with the main water line to our house. Though they were not able to fix the problem for us (they only do work inside the home), he was very helpful in explaining the problem and showing me where the hole would need dug, etc. I was very appreciative that when he wasn't able to help us we were not charged for the visit to our house.

After purchasing for sewer main line drain cleaning with a camera inspection, I scheduled an appointment. The day before my service, I received a phone call confirmation. Right before the appointment, Chris called and gave an estimated time of arrival. He very thoroughly cleaned the sewer main line drain by running the cutter through twice because the camera showed some water still in the sewer line after the first pass. When he reran the camera through, the line was cleared. The day after the appointment, I received a call from EcoPlumbers's office to confirm that I was satisfied with the job. Thanks for a very thorough job.

They were fantastic!! From my initial phone call to the company to the service tech who was friendly and knowledgable, the experience was the best! He wore booties and put down a tarp to cover the carpet. (Other companies that I have used do not do this.) He cleaned the line from inside the house to the street. He ran the camera line to the street and showed me that all was clear. I even received a followup phone call. I will be using this company from now on!

The technician came to our house promptly in the time frame we agreed upon. He examined our plumbing issue (water backing up in the shower when the toilets were flushed). He said he believed the issue related to our main line being partially plugged. We were then given an estimate for the drain being cleaned, which was very reasonable from what we were told by other companies and read online. We asked about putting a camera down the drain to look for the problem. He advised against that, as he said that he was fairly sure the problem related to just a plugged drain and that the camera would be an additional charge that we didn't need to pay. He then snaked the drain and showed us how, after snaking the drain, the water drained with ease. Within an hour of starting, the job was complete. After almost a week after the job was done, the drains continue to work great. The technician was incredibly polite and kept us informed at every step of the process. We would definitely use this company again.

Our garbage disposal broke and we were covered under home warranty. We were able to upgrade our model at no additional cost. The repair man was prompt and very knowledgeable even educating us on how much and what types of food to put down the disposal. I am sort of a neat freak so I appreciated the mat they put down to work, the shoe covers they wore, etc. I would certainly recommend them.

Plumber was on time. Cleared access to plumbing; nothing in the sink cabinet to move. He had problems removing a large nut at the wall. Eventually he just pulled out the plastic part of the trap in the wall out. Once he did that it took him about 5 minutes to clear the sink pipe. When I checked similar repairs done by Columbus Handyman on Angie’s list my repair bill seemed a bit high in comparison. This was after a 10% discount and $20 dollar off Angie List's coupon.

Previous homeowners had remodeled the kitchen and changed the stove from gas to electric but left the gas pipe sticking out of the wall (it does connect to the furnace so is necessary). With the pipe sticking out of the wall the stove had to stick out 3 inches from the counter and 2 inches from the back wall, valuable acreage in a small kitchen. It's rare that a plumbing issue can be depicted in a photo but it was possible here so I e-mailed them a picture of the gas pipe sticking out of the wall to get an estimate. They called the same day to discuss and explained the initial charge for the 'exploratory surgery' in the wall and that until they saw what was back there couldn't provide an exact cost, which I completely understood. We scheduled the appointment for the next week and Joe called about 20 minutes out. He cut out a small piece of drywall surrounding the pipe and was able to replace the iron gas pipe with flexible pipe that fit inside the wall. I had a drywall scrap that I was going to use for the repair and he cut it to size, fit it in the hole and screwed it in place which was great. I have to tape and spackle of course but way ahead of the game thanks to his kindness. The kitchen floor is cleaner than before he started work and he was very thorough in going over the invoice with me, including the Angie's List discount. We also looked at a couple of other jobs for another day and he gave me good input on what should be done and the options for each job. He worked at my house in the morning and by 4:00 the same afternoon I had e-mailed estimates for 2 other jobs. I like this company, very responsive and they know their stuff. I felt like they were giving my house the same attention they'd give their own.
