$200 (including Angie's List Discount) to fix a leaky faucet that took about 15 min...ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! I did not have them fix this. I bought the part myself at Home Depot for $5 and had a friend fix it for free. I can understand that they are in business & can't fix things for free, BUT $200!!?? This should not have been more that $70/$80 parts included. At this point, I really wonder why I joined Angie's List. I feel ripped off & taken advantage of. Furthermore, the service order I was sent was in a file format I could not open easily--not a pdf, etc. But from what I could see, it wasn't itemized--just fix a leaky faucet.

They did a fine job. But I felt like they were more interested in finding future work than providing current services.

They were very professional and tried to fix the leak, but it must be something in the wall that's more in depth than what they can do. They came out twice to fix it and I even had someone else try to fix it, but it still leaks.

I purchased the Toilet Tune Up Big Deal for $59. I scheduled the tune up. The day of the service, Eco Plumbers called to say they were running late. They ended up being a few hours late. I would have been very angry had I taken time off work for this. As it is, I work from home, so it was an inconvenience due to minor scheduling conflicts. While the gentleman from Eco Plumbers was performing the service, something broke inside the toilet, requiring additional work. They performed the additional work, including providing additional replacement parts at no charge to make up for them being so late. While they were here, I inquired about whether they could fix my leaky kitchen faucet, which I would have been pleased to pay additionally for that. The technician tried as hard as he could to remove the faucet above the sink; however he was unable to budge it, and scratched the finish on the faucet in trying to do so. I was disappointed that the faucet was scratched and that he was unable to fix it. He told me that it was stuck and he couldn't remove it. I had another technican from a different company check the faucet after that. I was informed that the faucet could not be removed from above the sink (as the Eco Plumber technician attempted to do). Rather it had to be removed from below the sink.

We had a leaking garbage disposal for several weeks when I got an email for Angie's Big Deal-165 for 1/3hP garbage disposal and installation. I purchased the coupon and when I called to schedule, I asked about the size. Our current garbage disposal was a 1/2hP. I was told by EcoPlumber's that I could upgrade for an additional amount of money, but that it wasn't necessary. They could install the 1/3hP without any issues and that it was a standard size for my house. I truly appreciated the honesty and not being sold something I did not need. I scheduled the installation for Thursday between 8-10am. I received a call from Joe at 810 letting me know he would be at my house in 15 minutes. I was just about to take my son to school and asked Joe if he could push back his arrival by about 10 minutes. He was completely understanding and arrived promptly at 835am. He installed the new garbage disposal quickly and showed me how to address common issues without having to call for service. My entire experience with EcoPlumbers was excellent and I will be sure to use them again, if and when the need arises.

Chris arrived on time. Used foot covers & wheel covers to prevent dirt to carpets. Did the work in a clean & expeditious manner. Very professional job!

Plumber came on time and fist changed flapper and dye tested for water leaks - there was a small leak. So, he changed the valve - cost of valve was a bit high (about 2x of store price) but we got it changed as it was cheaper than calling him again.

Great company with which to work. Did not have the necessary connection to clean 1 drain but returned at a later time at no additional charge. Very professional and personable.

I was disappointed since the pump they installed made a sharp knocking noise when it cycled. I called them to return to fix the problem. They did respond, but could not fix the knocking even thought they installed a check valve in the line. The pump that they replaced did not have a knocking as it cycled and I don't know why the new pump couldn't be installed without the knocking.

The drain was cleaned, and things work much better now. It didn't take the technician too long to complete the work. He was careful bringing the machine in & out of the house. My only disappointment was that I wanted to see the camera inspection -- I was home but before I checked on him he was done and packing up.

They were very professional. I timed their installation call with the arrival of the unit from the big box store. They helped get it in the house and took 2-3 hours to install the device. They were very professional and helpful. I would totally recommend these guys to help with any plumbing service in the house.

I appreciated how useful their services were to my household at the time. The gentleman who did the service, I think his name was Brock (?), was super duper nice and made sure I understood what was going wrong and why the piece failed. They are a very reliable company and I would easily do business with them again. In fact, they're my go to plumbing company in Columbus.

They were timely and professional. I would feel comfortable in using them again.

The technician took the time to show me how to flush the water heater myself the next time it needed to be done. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

We were extremely pleased in every respect. Service was on time each time and both technicians were extremely conscientious and efficient.

It was great! The employee (I think his name was Braun) did a great job. He was very professional and very friendly. In fact, I have a pit bull mix that was just enamored of him and he was of her, too!

Called me back within a day. Very prompt since I said that this was not an emergency situation. The quote was prompt and informative. Even described in good detail what was invlolved.

The plumbers installed the auxilliary meter backwards, and the remote meter not according to code. So, needless to say, it did not pass inspection. The Department of Water inspector laughed at what he called "freshman mistakes". Did not expect this from licensed plumbers. Also, when the plumbers came the first time we had asked about our well, why it ran out of water after about 30 minutes, but then came back after another 30 minutes. Joe said he thought it was the pressure switch. I asked him to give me an estimate, which he sent via e-mail. When they came the second time to fix the mistakes they made the first time (though no one in the company assumed responsibility but passed the buck around), Joe also installed a new pressure switch on the well, though I had not agreed to have it done then, and then charged us $623 for the work (he also repaired a leaking main meter, but the price was still steep). I was also under the impression that he installed an electronic pressure switch on the well, since the price was such. When I ran out of water on the well again, and it did not come back I assumed something went wrong with the well. We called in Beinhower Bros, well specialists from Johnstown, paid $150 for them to do an inspection, to simply tell me that the pressure switch that the Echo Plumbers installed was a manual switch and then showed me how to turn the water back on. The Echo Plumbers did not give me that information or showed me how to turn it back on, so I had the extra expense of calling a well specialist because of their shoddy work. In the end we had to have the deduct meter inspected twice, so a lot of extra time and headache because of very shoddy work on the plumbers part. Would certainly not use them again. I do not think the company deserves an A rating on Angie's List, because it was on the strength of that rating that we hired them. We do not want anyone else to have the experience we have had with them.

Chis is very professional, prompt, and even cleans up after he is done. That's a first for us. In the past it was always a night mere having work done by plumbers. Not this time, he left our basement clean. Thank you Chris and Ecoplumbers!

Eco Plumbers were to come to our home on 10/31 to repair a leaky pipe. Despite being told by the city of Columbus that our water would be turned off by 9:30 the city had not yet turned the water off when Joe arrived around 11:30. He was very understanding and had to go to another job. When the city finally arrived, I called Eco Plumbers back, and Joe was able to return. His patience with the situation was much appreciated. He was able to fix the pipe fairly quickly to our satisfaction.

Put in a gas line from my outside of home to my island in my kitchen. Having a finished lower level, they had to be careful routing it, and did a great job making minimal cut outs. I plan to have them out again to do some work on re working our water heaters and some work needed on a water line.

Service tech was very courteous. Gave us a call before arriving to tell us he was on the way. He quickly surveyed the situation and developed a very reasonable cost estimate for the work to be done. He showed me step by step what the problems were and what solutions he was proposing. He was meticulously careful with his work and careful to clean up after his repairs were complete. Again, he was very courteous and asked if we had any questions for him and to give him a call for follow-up if his repairs didn't work (and they work perfectly). I'm very pleased with the customer service; the quality of work; the clean-up effort; the work ethics; and the courtesy. I'd hire him again in a heart beat.

This service was done quickly and the end result was excellent.

I had them come out to fix a toilet and did a tune up per the Big Deal. I also had them out again to replacement a water heater. They were professional and did a great job.
