Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Setting up the appointment was very easy on the phone and they offered a lot of times. They sent an email to confirm, and called to remind me. When teh technician arrived, he donned the protective booties to ensure he didn't track dirt in the house. The camera had broken the day before, so he just did the sewer line snake on the first visit and promised to return. I actually wondered if they would reschedule, but they did call about 2 weeks later to set up the return visit at no additional charge. Once again, they sent both an email reminder and called to remind me. The technician called about 30 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way (may have done that for the first visit but I don't remember.) The camera image was really clear and it was reassuring to see the line was not filled with little bits of tree root, as I had feared (we have several large trees in the yard.) The technician was cheerful and pretty quick. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Technician was outstanding. The technician was a true expert in drain cleaning and he did a tremendous job. Work was done on time. I used an Angie's List coupon so the cost was VERY reasonable for this service. The company was very easy to deal with...they sent a number of emails notifying me of the progress of my work order. I was impressed by the professionalism of the technician and would not hesitate to call this company again.

the guys came to flush hot water heater and help me diagnose funky smell emmanating from unfinished basement. They completed job and did some extra sealing around utility sink area to help eliminate smell. It worked. These guys were extremely professional and thorough. All around nice guys as well as being good at what they do. I have done several of the Angies list deals in many categories and these guys are one of the few that stick out in my mind that I would most definitely use again as well as refer to friends.

I would probably use them for routine plumbing work. But I would go to another source to buy and install low-flow faucets, etc.

Went fairly smooth. GREAT communication. Installed dishwasher, removed old one for recycling, used all existing parts so there was no need for an upcharge for new stuff. Called that morning service the same day. Took about an hour and a half.

On time. Actually upgraded to larger disposal because they were out of the smaller ones, for no charge

On the scheduled date, the technician showed up a little before the appointed time, and got to work, quickly diagnosing the issue with the toilet. He got on the phone to try to track down parts, and after making calls to suppliers and the company, gave me the bad news that parts were not available for my 7-year-old Crane toilet. He gave me some options of various models that Ecoplumbers sold, and said that the amount I had paid for the Big Deal could be applied to installing the new toilet. I ended up going with a unit similar to one I had installed elsewhere, and contacted Ecoplumbers to remove the old one and install the new one. Two technicians arrived a bit before the appointed time, and the old toilet was taken out and the new one installed in short order. The total was a bit more than I was expecting to pay, but they did allow me a credit for the original amount of the Big Deal. All other aspects of the experience were outstanding.

Believe me , my experience with The EcoPlumbers went a whole lot smoother than my experience with Columbia Gas. The EcoPlumbers were in and out of my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and gave me the documentation that I needed for the gas company. I would highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. They were very informative nad use better testing equipment than Columbia Gas uses. I finally got the outside repairs complted, had the gas turned on and have had no further issues.

I needed to move the kitchen sink and the gas stove as I am remodeling the kitchen. I called EcoPlumbers and they came out the same day for a free estimate. They give you a three hour window but they call when they are on the way so you are not waiting around. The service manager was very professional and after he knew what was to be done, he went to his truck and did and estimate on the spot and then came back in and explained everything to me so I could understand. I agreed to the price and they said they could do it on Monday. The plumber showed up on time and completed the work in the time that was allocated. The work was done very well and he explained everything to me as he was working. When EcoPlumbers called to confirm the appointment I asked if they could look at a slow running drain at the same time and they said fine. The plumber that did the job knew about the change and we agreed on a price and he fixed the drain before he left. I am very pleased with the quality and the service. They even called a day after the job to make sure everything was working.

Work was done per request, but not to the best quality. After tune-up, one of the 2 toilets had large noise when flushed. The other one was much quieter. One of the 2 work areas was not cleaned adequately after the work.

Service was prompt, and small easy to repair issues were either fixed on the spot without hassle or the issue was identified so that we could take care of it at a later date. Questions we had related to the inspection and our water heaters were answered promptly by the office after the inspection.

I called the Eco Plumbers because I had a slow drain and also a little water in a basement crawlspace. The technician arrived promptly, verified the work to be done, and asked some questions about the problems I was having. He then went about his work in an efficient and thourogh manner. He confirmed my suspicians that my outside drain was clogged, causing water to get into the crawlspace during heavy downpours, and took extra time to ensure that everything was cleaned properly. He did all of the billing from an Ipad, emailed me receipts, and was on his way. Very good work.

Great service call. Showed up on time, did everything I asked and gave good advice. Was reasonable and friendly, would definitely use this company again.

Ecoplumbers was on time and the repairman was very professional. We had two minor problems which were easily solved for the cost of the service call.

They came out on time and did a great job, however I was charged a little more than expected.

Disposal installed quickly and works great. Bathroom faucet needs to be replaced so we decided to wait on that. Main sewer drain could not be cleared using equipment they have (cable/snake), and required us to call another company. EcoPlumbers worked very hard to clear the drain, and recommended a good company to do finish the job (required water-jetting). They are very professional and we will definitely use them again, but not for sewer cleaning as our home is very old and characteristics of the drain make it necessary to use water-jet to clear. I didn't realize that they lacked this equipment or would not have called them for that job. I do appreciate the effort they put into it, and their recommended company (CPR Drain Cleaners) came out the next day and was excellent. We have had a number of other companies do the water-jetting over the years, and been dissatisfied with all, so thanks to EcoPlumbers we now have a CPR to do this in future. I will continue to call EcoPlumbers for all other plumbing needs. I love that they all have iPads which make estimates and payment so easy, and they email you a copy of everything.

Very good. Left my basement very clean, and did a good job of communicating arrival time, etc. . Eco-plumbers sends service updates via email, along with invoice info., which is very handy.

They were absolutely wonderful. On a scale of 1-10 they get a ten!

The handle on the toilet was broken, the toilet wasn't filling properly and I suspected a bad flapper before I called to set up the appointment. The gentlemen from Eco Plumbers were very friendly and professional. One of them had to go get a new handle for the toilet. While he was gone, the other gentleman did the other work on the toilet. He noticed that the hold-down bolts were so high that the caps didn't come close to touching the bottom of the toilet when you put them over the bolts. He filed down the bolts so the caps fit properly and fastened them down with something. If there's one thing I hate it's those caps coming off every time I clean the toilets! And, of course, when they come off they tend to roll behind the toilet! I've had plumbers working on toilets in my home for 35 years and NO ONE has EVER fastened those caps down like that. I didn't know plumbers did that or I would have asked someone before to do it. I thought the caps always sat loosely over the bolt. The toilet is working great and I'm very impressed with Eco Plumbers!

I called into Ecoplumbers regarding standing water in my dishwasher. My call was immediately answered and the woman answering the phone suspected the issue was not with the plumbing, but my dishwasher. She could have dismissed my concern at this point, but instead paged a plumber who returned my call. After asking several questions, he confirmed it was not my plumbing and directed me to an appliance repairman. I appreciated the attention to a problem that was outside their area, and especially appreciated it was addressed without the cost of an unnecessary service call.

The gentleman showed up and went right to work. He was very knowledgable and professional. He seemed like a very straight-up, trustworthy individual. He did the job thoroughly and I was very impressed with him. I would definitely call them again and I would have confidence in what they told me. He completed the work in a timely manner and even gave me his opinion on a few other plumbing matters while he was there.

See above. It all went extremely well. We were pleased that the appropriate replacement parts were available in the truck.

Eco plumbers responded quickly to my call which was important because i suspected my toilet was leaking for several weeks. During the inspection Eco plumbers diagnosed the problem as a worn flapper and the replacement was included in the coupon! They offered advice on how to prevent future premature wear. I felt this service was an excellent deal.

They set up an appointment date and time on my first call, arrived exactly when they said they would and were very professional throughout the inspection. As they performed their service they explained what they were doing and why. I was very happy with their work, knowledge and efficiency. Fortunately, they did not find anything that needed to be done additionally.
