Honestly, I don't think we'll ever call another plumbing company to do work for us.

I appreciated the company fitting my plumbing emergency into the schedule so quickly and would not hesitate to call them again.

They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves.

I got the Angie's List Big Deal to get a sewer line cleaning and camera inspection. Did have to reschedule to find the sewer line clean out and found scheduling easy with them. VERY nice customer service people--able to communicate efficiently via email and phone. As for the service itself, the plumber Chris himself was delightful and straightforward. The line was clean and perfect, as it turned out, and he told me so, and there was no attempt to add costs to it or upsell, which is always a relief to me. I feel like I'll be able to work easily with this company again, and will be treated honestly. I will be contacting them to have them do other work.

Arrived at time expected, completed work quickly.

Called and was able to get an appointment to install the new garbage disposal for the next day. The installer arrived on time and was very professional. The cost was what I had been quoted and the time was within the limits that was estimated. I will be using this plumber for a main drain clean out service in the near future.

Everyone I've met or talked to from this company was friendly, professional, & efficient. They scheduled my job quickly once I placed the initial call. The repairs look good & will hold up (unlike other plumbers I've hired). My only criticism would be the clean-up - the machine to snake the main line left some grease on the carpet of my basement stairs & the tech who snaked my kitchen sink (worked so hard he was sweating) didn't clean up the "sludge water" which had gotten on my counters & the side of my refridgerator. I was also a bit disappointed the newly installed overflow on the tub didn't fit as exact as the old one & there is now visible rust surrounding it - but what could I expect from a retrofit for a 1950's cast iron tub? Overall, this company ranks high on my list of service pros & I will have them back for future repairs/maintenance.

Chris arrived promptly and wore footies over his shoes to prevent getting anything on my carpet. He cleaned out the sewer line and removed several tree roots that were starting to clog things up. He was very thorough to make sure he got everything and cleaned things up very thoroughly afterwards. He also did a camera inspection and showed me how the sewer looked and what to watch out for in the future. He also suggested some steps to take to help slow down/prevent the intrusion of tree roots in the future. He was most kind, thorough, and professional.

We bought an Angie's list coupon for Eco Plumbers and they were prompt in scheduling an appointment. The plumber was very courteous and professional. Did a good job!

The EcoPlumbers have consistently given excellent service. A technician arrived a few hours after my frantic call. He was pleasant and polite, assessing the situation and giving me a written estimate (actually on his I-pad). As soon as I approved it, he went to work, snaking the drain and replacing the broken pipe. This was all accomplished quickly and effectively. I will continue to call them first, whenever there is a problem.

Angie's list stated we would be contacted by the provider within a couple days of the pruchase of the tune-ups. That didn't happen, but we weren't in a hurry and called them when we were ready. Provider was on time, friendly and professional. He called ahead.

Excellent. Very professional. Had them give me an estimate on additional work and had them back a week later to perform that extra work (air admittance valves, leaking faucet)

My kitchen sink was running slow with gunk back flowing from one side of the sink to the other. I contacted the office and was told they could come out that very morning and gave me a 3 hour time window. I was not able to answer the phone when the technician called me, but he left a message and was at my house at the time he told me he would be there. Once here, he made an inspection, gave me a price right up front, and completed the task quickly. In addition, he made sure that everything was cleaned up. He was VERY professional and friendly. He even spent time letting our puppy know he was nothing to be afraid of. I especially liked the office's e-mail notifications about the order being placed, then the technician being on his way, and the follow up receipts and confirmation. Used with my cell phone, these notifications let me know when I need to be home (or when the dog needs to be out of the yard.) Thank you. I

This is the second time I've used EcoPlumbers, and I am still just as impressed with their service and professionalism. We purchased a 'big deal' for a main sewer line cleanout and video inspection; tech called ahead and was very accomodating of my work schedule, arriving just at the time agreed upon. He was very quick to get the job done, and called me down to watch the video of the line from the street all the way back up to the house. I would have no qualms about using this company again, and most likely will.

They were response, helpful and clean

The experience was excellent from beginning to end. They were able to come out within days of my call and showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled appointment. Chris, the service technician, was friendly and polite. He was able to replace the saddle valve without any difficulties and had water flowing from my refrigerator dispenser better that it had ever flowed before. I also appreciate that they send email confirmations of the appointment and an electronic receipt. I will definitely call them again if I have any other plumbing needs.

I bought the coupon, then called them on a Friday to make an appointment for the following week. They were very polite and prompt. The tune-ups took about an hour.

We received the estimate one day and the person who came was knowledgeble and provided the estimate for few of the items we needed to take care of. Later we only chose three items to be fixed due to the price. We appreciated that the service could be scheduled the next day, however this is were it all went downhill. There were two technicians who came to do the repairs, they were out of the house within an hour. When we came back to check on the repairs, we found a very poor quality of work for few of the items. The laundry box was installed without even checking if it was leveled. We didn't even need a leveler to see that it was tilted on one side. Also they installed two blue attachments on the faucets for the laundry. Next, for one of the faucets they replaced outside, they damaged the siding, leaving a hole in it, without even considering to fix it. The faucets outside were also not securely attached and moved side to side when trying to turn on the water. Although, the shutoffs in the basement were installed properly, at least it looked like it was done professionally. We called them right away and they sent one of the guys back to address our concerns within few hours. The guys name was Joe, I think. I would not recommend him. Our issues were addressed, however, for the price and reputation that this company is trying to retain, I would expect a much higher quality of work without the need to redo their work. I would not recommend this company if you want high quality of work and don't want to waste your time on the phone explaining the issues and then wait for them to fix what they didn't do right the first time.

My tub leak repair required a knowledge of old plumbing and quirky installations and repairs by previous plumbers. The knowledge of the plumber (we had the same person each of the three times) was excellent. And the fixes are still fixed.

As usual, the guys were prompt, courteous and efficient. They did all of the work quickly and with minimal disruption to our home. The cost was a bit high because they initially had to come out on a Saturday to disconnect the broken hot water heater. This additional cost enabled us to continue using the second hot water heater that was still working, though.

Had to go to hardware store for faucet part did a good job Replaced. a toilet gave all the such repar old toilet or replacement . Did excellent job of replacement Repaired another toilet without any problems

EcoPlumbers arrived right on schedule and quickly cleaned multiple pipes making sure to test that they were in fact cleaned. The price was very fair and the service man was very professional. I would definitely use them in the future (and I already recommended them to others).
