Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

It w ent very well. The heater blew on the weekend and Eco was able to come on the following Tuesday. Not fun to be without hot water but nothing could be done until Tuesday. The fellow who did the work was very conscientious . Did the job.

I have used them a couple of times and they are very personable. They are good and they come out quickly. The price is good.

The tech was very nice. He did a good job explained and answered all of my questions throughout the day. He was very good with my dogs.

We requested quotations for a water heater replacement from plumbing contractors with high ratings on Angie's List. Eco Plumbing had the best price and was selected to do the work. Their plumber showed up on time the next day and in a short time completed the repair. The entire procedure was handled with extreme professionalism, the utmost courtesy and skilled workmanship. A follow-up phone call was received the day following the completion of the work to check on our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

It always goes well. They are punctual, professional, tidy, responsive and reasonably priced.

I called ecoplumbers on 01/19/2013 and requested service for my clogged toilet on 01/21/2013 and a very efficient person took my information and said that a service person would call me within 15 mins. I received a callback within the promi in the time he stated andsed time and an appt. was set up for 01/21/2013 between 2-5 pm. .On 01/21/2013 a service tech called and said that he would be at my home within 30 mins. ChrisStinson arrived at myhome and politely explained the cost and what he would be doing. He was very friendly and very efficient. My problem toilet was repaired quickly and very efficiently and I will certainly contact them again with any future plumbing dilemmas.

The worked turned out fine and we have no complaints so far.

Only took 20 minutes. No surprises, no problems.

I call their office, tell them the problem, give them the phone number and name of my tenant, they call them and set up the appointment with the tenant. This saves a lot of calls back and forth since I have no idea what the tenant's schedule is. They arrive when they say they will be there and they do a good job. The tenant is please with their work also. And they keep me in the loop - since I am paying the bill.

Very professional and on time. If they weren’t on time they would let us know. I would recommend them hands down. They were thorough and courteous and professional. They pointed out some issues with a couple of the commodes but other than that their inspection was pretty perfunctory but they did what they were supposed to do.

THey offered a special price to do a general inspection of the plumbing in my house. They promptly scheduled an appt. arrived on time, and looked over the plumbing. THe only work I needed was to have a bathroom faucet replaced but they said it would be less expensive to do it myself. I had no work done at the time so can't provide a recommendation for them but they were prompt and respectful.

Woke up to no hot water. Ugh. Attempted to re-light the pilot, but no luck. Ugh. Searched Angies List for a plumber and located The Eco Plumbers. Yes! From my initial phone contact, to the installation for a new hot water heater, the service and attention to detail were top notch. Gary was my initial service tech and he tried so hard to get my old tank to work, but unfortunately could not. He located an issue with the actual piping, which had been leaking into & around the back side of the tank for most likely years?being unnoticed since this is a true dirt & stone wall cellar of an old house. We determined the best route was a new tank, he was able to get right on his tablet and had me a quote within minutes. Today was the scheduled tank installation, since it is a cellar and difficult to access we had two guys show up. They were courteous, through, and took great care to not damage the new tank or my house since it was so difficult to access the cellar. I think all work was done in record time, they cleaned up after themselves, and were very nice guys. I would definitely refer others to The Eco Plumber and will use them again if the need arrives, but I hope it doesn't. :-)

Don?t promote yourself as eco-friendly and then instead of trying to make a faucet work (reuse), suggest a customer spend close to $300 for a new faucet when he was specifically told the kitchen was to be remodeled soon.

Everything turned out fine. They had excellent communications - letting me know when they'd be out. They were on time, once even early. The guy who came out was very personable & everything is working fine. The only thing I didn't like is that they invoice via email & that they send way too many emails about things we already talked about over the phone. Aside from that, the work was fine.

Bought a coupon for a half-priced purchase and installation of a new garbage disposal. Hey were very prompt on setting up the appointment with me and were on time and performed the services very well. They also installed a new kitchen faucet I had bought he had no issues at all installing it also. Would hire them again.

When the installer arrived he told the resident that there was additional pluming and electrical work to be done. There would be an additional $135 - $150. (do not recall exact amount. The electrical work had already been done and was ready to attach to the disposal. I asked to have my funds returned which was done immediately. Following this, I phoned another plumber who did the bit of plumbing needed, sold a larger motor disposal to me, and attached the electrical line - all for less money than the $165. So sorry to see this happen.

I thought my furnace was malfunctioning when it did not come on but when my gas stove did not light, I knew it was a problem with the gas. Columbia Gas came out and determined that water got into the line. They corrected that but discovered a new problem that there was a leak in my house line. They shut the gas off to the entire house until it could be repaired. I researched several companies until I saw the reviews and chose Ecoplumbers. I like the fact that they are environmentally friendly. Thankfully the gentleman completed the work very quickly( It was very cold that week), explained the situation to me and showed me where he did the work on two leaks, the pipe to the stove and the pipe to the furnace. I was pleased with the service and definitely will use them again!

Eco Plumbers was easy to use, professional, timely and knowledgeable. Setting the appointment was easy, I was offered a range of times and selected Monday AM from 8-10. I was contacted at about 8:15 and informed that Gary would arrive shortly. He arrived at 8:30 and assessed our situation. From 8:45 to 10:00 he worked on the drain, spout and faucet rig in our shower. I mentioned that we wanted to be careful because of past experiences we had with leaks from the piping in our house. Everything he did seemed professional and accurate. Gary did have to leave for about 30-45 minutes to retrieve parts, but once back to the house he installed quickly and efficiently. All aspects of this experience were quality. The price quoted was almost exact with the estimate and this included new parts and also extra work. Gary was helpful in explaining our situation and answered my every question. I would use Gary and The EcoPlumbers again without hesitation.

I purchased a 5-point toilet tune up as a package deal online. Aaron promptly emailed me back and we worked on scheduling a time for about a week later. I thought that we had scheduled a time on Wednesday from 4-7, but no one showed up. I emailed Aaron, and he was very apologetic for the mix up, and someone was sent out a few days later. Their work was efficient, thorough, and clean. I was very impressed with the service, and I would definitely use their services again.

It was great. The technician was prompt, polite, and quick. The sewer drain was in preparation for some major bathroom work and we wanted to be sure it was clear. The bathroom shower drain was almost completely blocked. The drain is clear, the shower drain runs normally, and we are very happy with the price and the service. Yes, I will use EcoPlumbers again.

The service was fine overall. They showed up late; I had to call them after waiting for a couple of hours, but once they should up, everything was okay. They ended up finding no problems.

I highly recommend Eco Plumbers they were very professional friendly and courteous. I will be calling them again for any plumbing needs.
