Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Ordered two toilet tune ups for my house as Eco Plumbers were running a special. From the time I placed the call to when they arrived, I was notified every step of the way what was going on. The plumber arrived promptly at the time arranged and was very courteous, neat and clean while doing the work. Explained to them that I was having some trouble with a leaking toilet and asked if perhaps they could replace a wax ring for a reasonable cost during the service. Wasn't a problem at all and the additional cost of the ring replacement was quite reasonable. Certainly would not hesitate to use them for other plumbing needs I may have.

My experience was excellent from making the initial appointment to conclusion of the service. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and knowledgeable. They booked the appointment, called to verify and called the morning of the appointment to let me know they were on the way and would arrive in less than 30 minutes, exactly as promised. Showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up afterwards, even disposed of the old faucet and disposal for me. I am very happy with the work performed. Chris made a point of showing me the sticker to keep for the lifetime guarantee of my new faucet and explained the process for contacting the manufacturer if there were any warranty problems. Everything was exceptional. They did everything as promised and I was very satisfied. They are very professional and prompt and very cautious about keeping our house clean as they worked.

I called Eco Plumbers to fix my kitchen sink faucet which was not only spraying water above the sink but leaking below as well. Everyone I spoke with and met from Eco Plumbers was very professional. Not even 15 minutes after calling them, I had a technician at my house (there happened to be one in the area) despite the fact that I told them it was not an emergency. Braun, the technician, completed the job quickly and was friendly throughout the entire experience. I love the fact that the work he had done was guaranteed for an entire year, and the entire experience was paper-free!! I feel I was charged a fair price for the work that was completed, so to sum it up, I will definitely use Eco Plumbers in the future should any other issues arise.

Overall great experience. They even called to advise they were running ahead of schedule if we were available to meet earlier.

Chris (the tech from Eco Plumbers) called and showed up within the early part of the appointment window (I had arranged a 10 to 1 appointment window). Chris called before 10 AM and arrived about 10:40 AM. He looked over the installation and went and got his tools. He wore booties for the installation (putting them on as soon as he entered the house). He completed the installation in about forty minutes. This is an older house with plumbing that has been worked on by multiple owners with varying degrees of proficiency. Chris was able to still able to complete the installation, clean up, and write up the invoice (which was emailed to me) in forty minutes. He had to do some minor modifications to the plumbing arrangement to get the new disposer to fit properly. He explained to me what he was doing as he was doing it. He was quick and professional. Even though there were some twists to the installation there were no additional charges - the cost was covered entirely by the Angie's List Big Deal that I had purchased online. I tested the sink for leaks after he left by filling it with water and releasing the water. So far so good. No leaks and the installation looks clean and professional.

They were on time and very nice to work with. I didn't know where the water was coming from in my bathroom. they did good job finding the tleak fast and repairing the problem. it leaked again and they came back free of charge and was very kind,and quick about it.

It took approximately 45 minutes. The plumber is nice and professional. He did struggle a bit with our pedestal sink and scratched some paint off wall behind faucet. The drain insert was installed a bit crooked some some water does settle in sink. Overall for the price it was good.

They did everything they said they were gonna do and got it completed in one day. It turned out well

I was extremely happy w/ the service provided. The toilet I had them look at actually had a part that needed replaced which I fully expected to at least pay additional for the cost of the part (I had bought a $59 toilet tune up package as an Angie's List Deal). However, they did not charge anything for either the extra piece or the return visit needed to obtain and install that piece.

Job was very smooth from the beginning to the end. The scheduling process is a little different but efficient.

Gary West came out & did a great job. He's prompt & put plastic booties on his shoes when he came in which my wife liked. He was very professional & did everything correctly. He was very personable & we were very pleased.

Everything went fine. He was very courteous and friendly. He did most of the basic inspections. I wish I would have kept him around longer until shower issues redeveloped. Only con I can say is that they were going to get back to me with cheaper alternative option to fix my outside faucet but no one ever got back to me even after I called in to request it for the 2nd time.

I purchased the deal; $165 for a new garbage disposal and installation. I was initially concerned about the size and quality of the disposal as it was smaller than the one I had that broke. I was advised over the initial phone call, I could upgrade for an additional $35, but that the disposal they install is completely sufficient for my needs and it was the same disposal he had in his home. I greatly appreciated the honesty and not being upsold for no reason. The day of service, I received an email and a call from the technician advising he was on his way. In less than an hour he completed the work and emailed me a receipt for the work completed. The disposal works great and the service was exceptional.

The plumber was very good. He worked very hard from start to finish explaining everything he was going to do and how much the cost would be. He was very polite and listened to us when we explained about the work that we needed to have done. The cost was understandable because it included the cost of the disposal.

The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and explained everything very well. I will use this provider again.

I called the company & they were able to schedule the work in 2 days. They arrived on schedule, did the work very professionally. They are a e company, no paper , which is handy. All the invoices, etc, arrive immediately on email. Very easy to do business with.

The Eco Plumbers were very professional and efficient in processing my request, scheduling, and service delivery. They provided clear communications of arrival time via phone as well as email. I particularly liked the email updates with the work-order details. They made it easy to coordinate the repair with the property tenants. Also, they had a great coupon for service discount through Angie's list. Bottom line: I will use their services again and I highly recommend them to others.

When I discovered my water heater leaking all over the basement, I called eco plumbers. That same day Gary arrived and told me I needed a new water heater. I was interested in going with a tankless water heater, and let him know. My current water heater was only 4 years old. Gary did some checking for me and found out that it was still under warranty! He picked up the replacement tank and only charged me for labor and a whole house water filter that I decided to have installed. I am so impressed by the fact that he could have charged me thousands of dollars for a new tankless system, yet he chose to save me a lot of money and just replace the existing tank. When this tank goes, I will definitely get the new one with Eco plumbers. He also gave me an extimate on a new tub and surround that was about a third of the price of Bath Fitters estimate, although I would have to do some drywall repair. Single gals, don't hesitate to go with this company!

They cleaned the main sewer line from the house to the street. Showed me the results of their work using a line camers. Cleaned up after the work and left the house clean because they wore over shoes.

Great group of guys ran new lines and pressure tested lines. Awesome company!

Great service! Gary was very friendly and super helpful. He gladly checked out every plumbing concern I had and was able to fix and replace incorrect plumbing along with replacing the garbage disposal. I am very happy with my second experience with The Eco Plumbers and will continue to call them for any plumbing needs.
