Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

It went very well. Not extremely fast, but there was no wasted time. And one drain had not run freely for 20+ yrs.

The work turned out fine. They showed up on time and I have had no problems with the service.

While Eco Plumbers ultimately did (at least part of) the job I wanted, it was like pulling teeth. The technician arrived promptly at our first scheduled appointment. He was extremely polite and professional but could not do the job because the countertop was too thick and he was not able to fasten the new sink fixtures in place. He also noted theat he did not have the experience needed to install the bathtub fixture. He left and we re-scheduled for 2 weeks out as that the first available time they had. So my husband worked on the countertop support, creating a thinner base, and we brushed our teeth elsewhere for a while. The same technician arrived at the second appointment and, again, he was extremely polite. He was able to install the sink fixtures but could not work on the tub. When I asked why the more experienced plumber was not on site, he replied that the more experienced plumber had a doctor's appointment. Heavy sigh. And then he left after giving me a quote on the tub work.. Note that he left at 3:00 pm with three other appointments on his book that day. Now I'm thinking that he really did not have the time or inclination to work on the tub. I work full-time and taking time off work to meet the plumber is not easy. Taking time off on potentially three different occasions is not what I am going to do.

I noticed water around the bottom of the toilet and called Eco. I was told the plumber would be here between 2 and 5 and I believe he arrived around 2:30, which made me very happy. The repairman, Chris, was very friendly and upon entering my home, put "booties" on his shoes. I told him my issue and within minutes he found the problem. All told, Chris was here for about 30 minutes and left my bathroom as clean as he found it! I am very happy with Chris and Eco. I was a little surprised at the cost to replace washers and bolts, even with the $25 discount, but this could be a competitive price for all I know. I would definitely use Eco again!!

I think I spent a little extra because they found a problem with one of the toilets but it wasn't that much extra. It was a very nice young man that came. I was very pleased with that. His work was fine.

Everything went very smoothly. I got a call ahead to tell me when they were on the way, and the whole job was done start to finish in less than 45 minutes.

I am re-reviewing Eco Plumbers. I had initially hired them in November 2012 based on a special offer via Angie's List. The offer was to inspect and clear the drain followed by a camera inspection. Eco plumbers scheduled the inspection, they arrived on time, they were very professional and helpful and performed the initial inspection and services but their camera wasn't working so said they would reschedule as soon as it was repaired. Later in 2012 I called them to see if the camera had been repaired and if they could complete the inspection. I also asked if they could inspection a downspout. They said they could do that at the same time as the camera inspection and that it would save me a service call however the camera was still not functioning properly and they would have to call me back. In March of 2013 when Angie's List requested a review on Eco Plumbers I complied and wrote a review. But because Eco Plumbers had not contacted me since my call to them in late 2012, the review I wrote was not too positive. The day after I wrote the review someone from Eco Plumbers called and apologized for the oversight and immediately scheduled an appointment. On their second visit the technician again arrived on time and not only checked the original drain but also checked the downspout at no extra charge. He was very helpful and again apologized for the oversight. Based on the fact that they responded so quickly to my Angie's List review and completed the services above and beyond expectations I wanted to revise my review. I was more than pleased with the outcome and would recommend Eco Plumbers. Furthermore, I intend to call them again if I need any assistance with drain issues.

Eco Plumbers were great to work with. They missed their appointment window because a couple of jobs earlier in the day went longer than they'd expected, but were willing to come out after 8pm at night in order to get the job done on the day that we'd scheduled. The plumber was friendly and professional, and the work was good.

They were competitive. Everything they did, I would give them an "A" on. They were nice and on time. It was a nice guy that came.

Eco Plumbers was great! Serviceman located and fixed the gas leak on our old water heater problem with minimal time and cost. Definitely recommend!

I purchased the deal for a new garbage disposal with installation. Scheduling the appointment was easy. The technician arrived during the scheduled window and installed the new disposal. He was knowledgeable and personable. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

Eco Service ran a special in Angie's List for drain cleaning and camera inspection for $99. I thought it was a good deal so I called them and scheduled an appointment. They came to our house and and checked the main drain pipe. As far as that went it was great. They were on time and professional but their camera was not working so they said as soon as it was fixed they would call us and schedule an appointment to come back and do the camera inspection. When I didn't hear from them for several weeks I called them and they said there camera was still not working but as soon as it was they would give me a call. I also said I was interested in some additional services so that when we scheduled the camera inspection maybe they could do the other inspections as well. This is March 2013 and I haven't heard back from them yet. So they might be a great company that just got caught with a lot of orders due to their special and couldn't keep up because of faulty camera equipment but they really needed to do a better job on the follow up.

We had our hot water heater go out at 2 AM so we called the 24 hour number and the local office in Columbus called in the morning. They scheduled an appointment that day and brought out the proper hot water heater (40 gallon, 40,000 btu, 5 foot) so that they could check our old one and put in the new one. The one man (Chris) was friendly and a very hard worker. He completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself, and taught me how to use the hot water heater. They have a great transaction management system so they can email you the receipts and quotes. They also itemize the receipt so you actually see what you are paying for. I highly recommend. They provided a great product and service.

We finally found where the "drip" noise was coming from. We got the recommendation for these guys from another trusted contractor. Chris from EcoPlumbers was great. He did all the work extremely well, everything looks top notch, and he was very easy going (which made him very easy to deal with). Even when he was running in and out of the house to do the add-on of the new hose spigot (and taking those little boot covers on and off every 20 seconds), he was still smiling and working hard without a complaint. I can't say if the price was "excellent" as this was my first home plumbing repair. I will say that I felt their prices are very fair, very competitive, and very well explained. Even if I paid a little more, I can see that it was done right and that to me is totally worth it. Next time I need a plumber, I'm calling these guys.

It all went very smoothly and we were pleased with the work. We did have to reschedule the actual camera scoping to a later date, as the camera was not working on the originally scheduled date, but the scoping was subsequently completed with no problems.

I used their Angie's List coupon, and am very glad I did. They arrived on time, and were quick to understand the problems. They explained what was going on with both problems, and then fixed them in short order. Both jobs were done well and quickly!
