The company scheduled me within a few days. They called to remind me of the appt. the night before and called when the technition was on his way. He was prompt, polite and fast. He thanked me for my business and assured me there was a one year guarantee on both parts and labor and to call if I had any concerns. The office made a follow up call to be sure I was pleased. What more can you ask for? I will call them next time I need a plumber!

The overall experience was very positive. Chris was very professional and competent.

As expected. Tech arrived when promised. Reviewed the situation. Offered an estimate of what would need to be completed. I accepted and the work was done and tested. Furthermore, I received a follow-up call days later to ensure my happiness with the work, which I was!

Called them out to look at a leak in the kitchen faucet. It was original and had never been replaced so I was expecting the faucet to be replaced and had purchased one from Lowe's. He determine that the faucet was shot and had no problem replacing it with one I had bought. Great job.

Great, great help. Plumber came out on Friday to fix a faucet change undertaken just prior to guests arriving for Easter. We initially attempted the fix ourselves but were scared we were slowly getting in over our heads. Guy came out with a cheerful attitude and fixed leaking new faucet. He also checked main water valve in condo that we thought was starting to leak. Wow! Wow! I wish every interaction with every service provider I contacted was as seamless and positive as this experience was.

I am very pleased; an issue that we've had for a while with water drainage and accumlating wanter around the house was resolved. Overall the service was good. Very professional over the phone; clear explanation of the estimate and quick resolution of the issue. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

My husband and I came home to find that our water heater had gone bad during the day and leaked all over our finished basement. We were looking for someone who had 24 hour emergency service. We contacted Eco Plumbers - got their after hours answering service. They called us back within 15 minutes. My husband walked through the scenario and was quoted a price. They could not come out that night because they didn't have all of the parts necessary to finish the job (mostly the pan to go under the water heater to prevent this sort of disaster in the future). We set up an appointment for 9:30 am the next morning. We did contact one other plumber to make sure their price was in line. I received an email in the morning indicating that the work order was in the system, I received another email indicating that they were on their way. I also received a phone call indicating they would be arriving in about 20 minutes. The first technician arrived and took a look at the water heater and spoke with the second tech to verify that no additional parts would be necessary. They got right to work - wore booties so they weren't tracking in outside dirt. They were finished in less than three hours including a trip to Home Depot to get parts to route a drainage pipe to a drain so in the event we had a leak or overflow issue, it wouldn't be an issue. I was also walked through an annual maintenance regimine. Checkout was done via Ipad, email receipt was received immediately along with a copy of the invoice. One thing to note - Angie's List discount is on their labor rate only - not the total amount of the invoice.

I called in an emergency situation because there was water leaking into my kitchen from an upstairs bathroom. They didn't have any openings until the next day, but I called several other places and they also could not do same day service, so I gave up and just waited. The technician, Braun, arrived in the middle of the 3 hour window they gave me. When the technician (Braun) arrived, he figured out that one of the upstairs toilets had a leaky tank, and fixed it. He also unstuck my garbage disposal (about 5-10 min). I asked about turning off the water to my whole home humidifier, and he showed me where the valve was. The entire operation took about 1 hour and did not require any materials. He was very professional and polite. I didn't rate the price because I don't know how much things like this are supposed to cost.

Although there was an ac power problem that affected my home alarm system after the main line cleaning, ECO Plumbers re-imbursed me quickly and in full for my home alarm service call. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and responsiveness.

They responded very promptly, came at the time scheduled, and performed the job in about half an hour. I was very satisfied with their performance.

They were fast, efficient, and the price was good. They will be my plumbers from now on!

We bought the toilet tune-up special because we had a toilet that didn't flush properly. The repair did require some additional parts, but the cost was reasonable. Company keeps you very well informed about when they will arrive, repairman was efficient, neat, and even asked if we would like the toilet set so it would use less water to flush. We did opt for the reduced water use and it has performed well, just as he said it would.

Everything went well. He check the disposal first and unclogged it. He determined it wouldn't work (it was froze up) and that it would need to be replaced. We decided to take care of that at a later time. He then ran a snake down the sink drain pipe and cleared out all the sludge which had built up and clogged the line. All of this took about an hour. The only downside was his delay in arriving. Mine was a mid-afternoon appointment and his previous job took a lot longer than expected. As a result, he was about 3 hours late arriving at my job, but he did call twice to keep me posted about his revised arrival time.

It was a great experience. Chris came out and determined very quickly that we needed new faucets. I bought the faucets and he came back several days later and installed the new faucets. Chris was very friendly and professional. The job was completed quickly and we have had no problems since.

Scheduling was easy with the office and reminders were emailed. Chris arrived early in the window for arrival time and then my power went out. He waited for it to come back on which was really helpful since we didn't have to reschedule. He cleaned the line, ran water through and showed me the pictures from the camera. The camera was really helpful in calming any worry I had about our main line.

Has them come out again in June, more "deals" Also had them replace faucets, fix problems. Just wonderful. Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.

The two gentlemen were very professional, on time and knew what they were doing.

We used a Big Deal opportunity to purchase this toilet and installation trough Angie's List. The usual price, acc. to the Big Deal, was $400. The Big Deal price was $199, and we paid $59 extra to get the (more comfortable) oval seat. The technician, Chris Stinson, arrived exactly on time. He had to run out to get a replacement part, so the installation took about an hour and a half. He was pleasant and courteous. He removed the old toilet as promised, and we now have a Gerber.

We wanted to replace our sump pump BEFORE it broke down and we ended up with a flooded basement. We called "ECO" and they returned a call within a reasonable amount of time . We explained what we wanted to do and set up a day and time and they were here as promised. As they looked over the job they suggested that we consider a sump pump with an emergency back up pump and expained why and how it works. With a completely finished basement we agreed. They completed the work in a good amount of time and left it in good order.

The technician Chris was great. I went over the work I needed done, we talked about the estimates and he got to work. Chris made sure that I understood everything he was doing and pointed out some deterioration under the sink in the master bathroom. For the shower work had to turn off the water main, and quickly got it done first. We had a good laugh about him having to clear all the junk from under the sinks, if I had been more prepared it would have been open for him to do his work. Once complete Chris took the time to show me the work done and answered my minor questions. I do love the fact that they could do everything from the tablet, I got my receipt, an invoice, and the work order all in email by the time he was walking out the door.
