The gentleman who came out was very nice. Everything was good. We will use them again in the future.

The workers were very professional. They were on time and fixed the issue promptly and the issues has not reoccur since they fixed it. It had been abt 2 years since the repair - I would recommend them to anyone.

It was one of the best service experiences I have ever had. They responded quickly on a Sunday, quoted me electronically and finished in a short amount of time, the service technicians were well trained in customer service and they were very punctual.

Very prompt return calls. Service AOK. Neat & clean. But here's where these people were exceptional: I asked them to live up to their eco-name. In the midst of a drought, I hated to see 40 gallons of water go down the drain. So they unhesitatingly found a solution, and said they'd bring a pump along. We put a garden hose through the basement window. The plumber connected it and pumped the water out to our parched lawn. It took only minutes, and made me a happy customer.

When a surprise sewer back up struck on the weekend between Christmas and New Year's, I was concerned that I might not find anyone to help address it before I had a huge mess on my hands. The Eco Plumber customer service representative was so helpful. She discussed the issue with me and explained the overtime charges that I was facing, then suggested that I schedule for the upcoming Monday. I was able to avoid most use of my line during that time and she reassured me that, if I needed rush service before Monday, she would fit me into the schedule right away. It all worked out - I survived until Monday and saved quite a bit. The person who worked on my drain was very fast and remarkably tidy, given the situation at hand. I would definitely hire them again.

Scheduling was was easy. We got a reminder call the day before and the technician- Chris- called on his way. He arrived promptly and was friendly, professional and quick. He provided exemplary service, answered many questions about the plumbing in our older house, and cleaned up after he was done --which is rare, in my experience with plumbers. We will definitely use this company for our future plumbing needs.

Our old hot water tank sprung a leak. Water shut off valves would not move to stop the water from filling and leaking everywhere! ECO plumbers was my third call, our normal go to plumber was overbooked and could not get us in for 48 hours. ECO was able to come out in with a few hours. We were given a rough estimate of between $750-850 over the phone for standard replacement of a 40 gallon tank without seeing set up to know for sure. Tech arrived with in the time frame given and was very polite and professional, looked everything over and said it was all standard, said be back in a few minutes with cost. Returned with cost of over $930 dollars and that was even AFTER the Angie's List 15% Discount. I discussed the price with him being high compared to phone conversation and competitors, so he called his employer and was able to reduce it by $50 dollars. It was still over $130 dollars more that competitors, but we were in a pickle since we could not get the water shut off to stop further cosmetic damage and went ahead and had them replace it. Everything went well and did best to keep and clean up the work area. I would use them again because of responsiveness and work completed, but their pricing is on the higher side. You do have to pay for a permit to have this work performed, that is one thing I still have not received in the mail yet in order to have the finished work inspected. I will need to call them for that, the permit I paid for was $99.

Chris arrived on time, and was very helpful. After cleaning the drain he used the camera to inspect. A year before another company told me that our line was broken and needed to be replaced for ~$10,000. Chris used the camera to determine that our line was in fine condition and definitely did not need to be replaced.

They showed up right on time and went to look at the leaky toilet. After determining what was wrong, he gave me an estimate which I thought was high but I went ahead and fixed it anyway since it was Friday afternoon and I didn't want to go the weekend with the leak. The plumber was very professional and very nice. I think they are a good company I was just shocked at the price for a 10 minute job. I would definitely call them again in the future for a big plumbing job but for a leaky toilet I probably should have just called a handyman.

I selected this company based on the reiviews. The company was professional and helpful when I called, and the plumber they assigned for our work, Adam, called a half hour before both visits and arrived on time. He was efficient, very polite and his work was perfectly done. The pricing was extremely competitive.

They arrived as scheduled. I assume that the hot water tank was flushed appropriately but I didn't stand there and watch. I was given an estimate for a replacement for the faucet that was outrageous. It included a bunch of stuff that was in no way necessary as can be proven by the company that did come out and do the job for 1/4 of the price.

Their main phone number was not answered on a Saturday morning. There did not appear to be an emergency answering/messaging service available. I might try to use them in the future since they have many positive reviews, but emergency calls do not appear to be available.

The Eco Plumbers came out and they did just fine. They did a good job.

Adam was great; he hauled the new toilets in and the old toilets out on a Friday. Eco Plumbers called me the following Monday to see if everything was going well, so I had the opportunity to tell them that one of the toilets was not flushing properly. They sent Adam out that evening, and he was able to reproduce the problem. I got a call today (Friday) that that toilet will be replaced on Tuesday. Awesome service, great products, fabulous follow-up!

Chris from Eco Plumbers was my service technician and as usual he did a Magnificent job

Each time the service technician was Chris and he is now my permanent plumber He is fantastic.

Chris the technician performed admirably He explained everything he was doing And was a very hard worker I won't hesitate to rehire Eco Plumbers again Chris is a real credit to his trade

The service person was nice, took care to not track dirt into our house, and worked hard to fix the issue. However, his inability or unwillingness to work to snake the actual shower drain was the big problem. The shower worked fine after he left... for a couple of weeks at least. Then, the clog came right back just as it always had before. I decided to buy a simple 25' pipe snake at Lowe's, and I managed to get it down the shower drain its full length. Since then, the problem has never returned over a seven month period thus far. Also, we never received any kind of estimate information. Granted, we didn't follow up, but I assumed if they were interested in my business they would have at least come up with an estimate. Not a great experience.

Water started backing up in my basement around 10:30 pm. Logged on to Angies List to find an after hours plumber. Eco Plumbers was at my house in about an hour, removed a mass of tree roots from my main line, and was finished by 12:30 am. Extremely nice, extremely professional men. And a very reasonable price, considering it was an emergency.

Very professional. Contacted ahead of time to confirm appointment. On time. Did work as described. No extra fees/charges.

It was a good expereince overall. They said they would be at my house from 12-3 and called around 12 and said that he would be there in a half hour. He got to my house introduced himself and gave me his card. Showed him what was going on and he agreed the line needed to be snaked. He then showed me the breakdown of the bill to make sure that I was okay with it. He then took the machine downstairs and did what needed to be done. We talked a little bit as he did the job. Once he was done showed me what was blocking the pipe abd answered whatever questions I had. Overall the job took abou 45 minutes.

Gary arrived. He did not have the tools to repair the damaged gas line. He did not know how to repair the inner parts of the Fire pit. He only had a Home Depot card to get parts, which not sure if they would or would not have what was needed to complete the repair. He recommend I call the manufacturer. The Firepit is out of warranty so no need to contact the manufacture for replacement/repair. I called Jack's Plumbing, they stated they did not repair firepits and referred me to call Specialty Gas House. I would suggest to Eco to not schedule someone to repair a fire pit in the future. It wasted my time and Eco's time. I could have called Speciality Gas House earlier had I known Eco could not provide the service. Now Specialty Gas House can't repair my fire pit until Thursday 5/9/13. More waiting. I'm sure if I had a average plumbing or gas repair need, Eco would have done a fine job. Eco was very responsive. I received emails with status and received a call to notify me they were on their way, even a little earlier than scheduled. They did not charge me for the visit, which was the right thing to do. They are paperless and they use a iPad or something similar to invoice on the spot. Their truck is very, very nice. Clean and well maintained. The truck provides good advertising.

Called Eco Plumbers early this morning. Explained situation. Said it was an emergency. I also contacted them through their website contact page. Within half an hour, received an email asking if this was an issue that demanded immediate attention. I replied yes. Within another half hour, I received a phone call saying that Chris would arrive between 12-3, and that he would call 1/2 hr before he arrived. Chris called at 12:20. He arrived at about 1. Checked out the problem. Explained his initial hypothesis. Received my authorization on the estimated work. Completed that work within 2 hours. Explained that a more long term fix would be needed sometime, but no emergency on that. Completely trustworthy. Efficient. I only gave a B on price because I really have no idea how much anyone else would charge for this level of problem fixing. I don't think I got a bargain, but I don't think I overpaid, either. I was very pleased with all aspects of this job. Except one--again, I don't know what the norm is. So maybe everyone has to mop up their own basement after the sewer drain is snaked. If that is the norm, fine. If not, I wish that the basement floor had been cleaned. The bathroom where the toilet had to be resealed was clean when he left. I will definitely call them again.
