Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

I purchased the Big Deal for a garbage disposal replacement. My garbage disposal broke a couple of months ago and when I saw this deal, I decided to purchase it. Also, since they were coming out, I had an outdoor spiggot that kept running water after I turned it off and I asked them to replace this. Even though there were issues beyond all of our controls - no power due to AEP shutting it off in the neighborhood due to working on the lines - they were still able to do all of the work! I thought I was going to have to re-schedule and I was told that they could complete the work and they did. I have used EcoPlumbers in the past for installing new water pipes and a new tankless water heater. They are really the only plumber I now ever use. They have been reliable and quick when a service issue arises.

It went really well and I was really happy with the professionalism of the technician. He was friendly and informed me on the offer to sign up for a annual special. My yard has several large trees which the roots enter the clay tile drain.

Excellent - only provider that I could find in Columbus that would provide same day service. I could have gotten it a couple of hundred cheaper but would have wait five days (old cold showers) !! Not worth it. I called at 730AM and the Tech and Water Heater arrived by 10AM !! He finished by 1130AM. Service par excellence.

I called and got an appointment. He came on time and did the work.

Adam was great. He was fast and professional. My toilet is back up and running. Note, this was a Saturday call and he had to check a second toilet for problems.

Adam did a great job. Got in, gave me an estimate, fixed it and got out. The prices was less than half of another quote I had. Will definitely use these guys again!

Bottom line result was smart, measured and efficiently executed. Definitely recommend using Eco Plumbers and do ask for Gary West!

Our water heater stopped working (A.O. Smith GPSH 200, 50 gals) and I contacted Eco Plumbers on their website. Within 20 mins a lady called me from a central number asking for more details on the job needed and if the job was at Columbus or Florida so she could pass it to the right crew. Very quickly I got a call from their Columbus office to schedule a time to send a technician. They were able to send someone next day. The technician, Adam, was very nice and professional. He performed some maintenance work to the water heater but was not able to get it working as the Assembly Burner was far too degraded. He told me that he could order the part for me unless I wanted to order it myself from the manufacturer which I did ($116). He gave me all the needed information for the order. The cost for the service was $190.00 after the Angies List discount. When the part arrived a week later I contacted them to have it installed but they were booked for the next few days. I ended calling another company that was able to do the installation the next day. Consistently with their Eco name all the paperwork was electronic which was kind of neat.

Mixup in scheduling originally. Was scheduled from 4-7. Plumber called at 2:15 and said he was on his way. I was teaching and couldn't be there earlier. Tried to call plumber wbut he did not answer phone. Ithen called the office and receptionist said they had rescheduled and someone else would be coming at the scheduled time. He arrived a little after 7:00 pm. This was frustrating as I was involved with sutdents in the classroom and trying to remedy this. cheduling should have gone as planned without interruptions.

I like the paperless approach used by Eco Plumbers. All contact and documentation was provided electronically. I received an email and a phone call 30 minutes before the technicians arrived so that I could met them at the home. They were very prompt and went right to work. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to all the details. They also carefully answered my questions. This was a very positive experience and I will use Eco Plumbers for future plumbing needs.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special purchase for this service. This is the first time I have used this company. My experience was very good; I thought they did a good job and I recommend them. This was preventive maintenance and we are not having any issues.

I was very impressed with how quickly my voice message was returned. the lady on the phone was very and understanding. She obtained all the information, double checked to be sure she had it correct and said that someone would be out the same day and at a time that was convenient for me. I did not have to leave work. I was very happy with Chris, he was very nice to and all my dogs. he wore the covers on his shoes, even taking them on/off after having to go outside and back inside. he was thorough. The price was great and well worth it considering it was my one and only toilet. I had asked about another service (drain cleaning) and was a little disappointed with the price (way too high), makes me want to look for other providers with online deals. oh well, all in all I was VERY happy with Chris and Eco Plumber

I was scheduled for 12-3 and the technician arrived before noon and left a note to reschedule. I arrived home exactly at noon and then called the company very upset. The representative calmly informed me that the technician could return that day. I felt better but was still a little upset that he didn't wait until 12:05 before he left. The technician returned and did a great job! We discussed the issue and he updated my information by including my cell phone for future appointments.This was a really good deal and the company was very professional. I would recommend this company.

They were very courteous and prompt but they're not able to fixed the clog in my drain in the basement. They called Water Woks, thinking that they needed to have them come out with the scope because it was blocked. They were able to fixed it with no problems, so I don't really know why Eco Plumbers couldn't.

Very professional from start to finish--called me back & emailed appointment information. Guys actually called and asked if they could come earlier on appointment day, which they then did. Very pleasant and polite! Determined the problem, showed me the estimate, then did the work. We were chatting prior to their leaving and I asked if I could have them back to work on my gas fireplace. With no expectation of this whatsoever, they took a quick look, found the quick fix, and both my hot water and my fireplace were restored that day!!!! This company has clearly earned its well-deserved reputation on Angie's!

They were right on time as usual and performed the work quickly & thoroughly. They wore protective foot coverings to keep my home clean. I would have liked the man to clean up his mess a little more (vacuum the carpet where he worked), but he was very nice.

I called EcoPlumbers to schedule my appointment. They called me back within 15 minutes and set up the time and day I had available. Chris from EcoPlumbers called on his way over and arrived right on time. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Every piece of equipment had protective covers including Chris and his shoes. He ran the drain cleaning and scoping explaining every detail as he worked through the process. After he finished up he brought in rags and cleaner and cleaned the floor as well as any other surface that had water splashed on it. Afterwords he quickly wrote up my receipt on his IPad and was gone. The whole process took about one hour - probably extended by my questions. I was very impressed with the entire process from start to finish.

This guy definitely spoiled me regarding what to expect from service personnel. Prompt professional competent and just a pleasure to deal with. Use these guys, you won't be disappointed!

One of the owners of the company did the installation. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. They have big deals often on Angie's List. I always look to see what they have to offer, i would use them again.

Chris was amazing. He was friendly, punctual, worked cleanly and efficiently and now life is back to normal. I appreciate his help very much.

I am exteremely happy with Eco Plumbers and with "our" plumber, Gary. When scheduled I received an immediate e mail confirmation of the appointment. I received a call the day beofre confirming and then an e mail and a call from Gary that he was on his way. Gary arrived as scheduled, gave me an overview of the work to be done as well as the cost of the job upfront. As Gary began the work, he noticed a problem with the isolation valves on the tankless water heater. Gary informed me that he needed to replace the valves, that it was covered under warranty, and that he could take care of the problem right away. Gary then completed teh valve replacement and thr originally scheduled flush of the system. Throughout this Gary was very personable and professional. Excellent Job Gary. Not only will we be calling Eco plumbers in the future but we will be requesting Gary.
