The service technician, Gary West, was very punctual and thorough. Even checked the line from the house to the street.

Gary was great, called 15 min. out and was a pleasure to have in our home!

They were fantastic. They were extremely professional and we were very happy. They did a bang up job!

The technician, Gary West was professional and knowledgeable. He explained what our problem was that we were having and how to avoid it in the future. He gave us some recommendations on our current system and some advisement on how we could improve our setup in the future which was very valuable. Highly recommend Eco Plumbers for sure.

My shower began dripping after shut off, so I took the faucet apart and removed the valve thinking I could replace some washers or seal rings or replace the valve myself. I've done that before on single lever kitchen faucets. I quickly realized that it would not be a problem I could solve so I looked for a plumber on Angie's List. The Eco Plumbers had a very high ratings from customers, so I gave them a call. It was Thursday and they were backed up with calls and could not come until the following Monday between noon and 3:00. On Monday the plumber, Chris, called about 30 minutes prior to his arrival indicating he was on his way and would arrive in 30-40 minutes. He arrived promptly at 1:00. I showed him to the shower. He recognized the Kohler mixer valve. He looked up the part on his electronic table. He located the exact replacement and a local supplier. He went to the supplier and returned in about 30 minutes. He replace the valve, checked it for leaks, and put the faucet back together. The whole process took about one hour. The bill was about $298. I priced the part prior to calling The Eco Plumbers and found it at Home Depot for about $120, but it had to be ordered and I wasn't sure I could properly install it. So, having an expert do the job and provide a one year warranty on the parts and labor made a lot of sense to me. At this point, I'm complete satisfied and did not have to spend a couple hours on this job and have uncertain results.

Technician Chris Stinson arrived at the scheduled time. He installed the sump pump that I had purchased from Angie's Big Deal. I asked him to look at the broken sump pump outside line. Chris told me how it could be fixed and he had the necessary parts to repair it without me having to pay for another service call. Chris was scheduled to just install the sump pump, so I was very impressed when he was able to fix the outside line at the same time. Kudos to Chris!!

Everything was clean and easy. They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would and they brought what they said they would.

My appointment time was schedule between 2-5 on June 16,13. I received a call and an email from their office letting me know that Kris (plumber) was held up at an appointment but he would still come when finished. I received another call and email at 6:30p.m. letting me know that Kris was en route. He was pleasant, considerate and professional. He found the source of the back up within 10 minutes and resolved it quickly. Since I had purchased a coupon deal for the installation of the disposal, I was told at the outset that depending on how long it took to fix the drain he may not have time to install the disposal. Even though it was late (and I'm sure he had a long day) he stayed and installed the disposal. I would definitely recommend them!!

Eco exceeded our expectations exponentially. When a problem kept Gary from going any further, he made arrangements to come the next day & returned to finish. We were amazed at what he accomplished given the scope of the work. Gary is such a professional & treated both our home & the work he performed as if he were the customer rather than the provider. What a perspective!

I've used Eco a couple times and have always had a great experience. Had them out again this week and will need my hot water heater replaced. I love how informed they keep you via email and phone. I called last night to schedule the installation and had to leave a message with the receptionist. Did not expect a call back as it was later in the day, but I got a call around 7:00. Will write another review when the work is done. In reviewing prices by other members for other plumbers, Eco appears reasonable.

We received a very high water bill and called Eco Plumbers to check for possible water leaks. The repairman checked each toilet and each shower. He determined some parts needed replaced on one toilet where the water was running continuously. The repair was completed and we appreciate his thoroughness in investigating the source of the problem. The repairman was very professional - arrived on time, answered all my questions and completed the work the same day. We would call Eco Plumbers again and highly recommend them.

They were very professional made everything really clear to us.

Our electric hot water tank ended up being a more serious prblem than anticipated and will need replaced. (It would be costly to rebuild and may not even be effective) Gary provided me with a great deal of information on the options for replacement and quotes for both a tankless and an electric hot water tank. He also checked out our bath plumbing and provided a quote for the repair service. Gary was polite and professional. Because the tank needs replaced and is a more costly project we need to evaluate the quotes before deciding on our course of action.

Things went very smoothly and we had a great experience. They were prompt, and called about 30 minutes prior to coming. The technician was very professional, friendly, and neat. He had the old disposal out and the new one installed and working in less than an hour. I would definitely use this company again.

The service turned out great. What stood out to me was their thoroughness. They were honest. They explained what the job would entail and just their overall explanation of what was going on.

I purchased a Big Deal for The Eco Plumbers and did not spend anything extra. He let my young kid take a look at the camera and explained everything to them, too. The work they did was fine. We've never had it done before and he showed it to me and it was clean and still in good shape.

We decided that it wasn't worth the trouble or expense.

Both plumbers on both occassions called prior to their scheduled arrival. They were fast, courteous, professional and very informative. At no time was I ever pressured for additional services and their work and attitude were outstanding. Will use them again for my semi-annual filter change out for the whole house water filtration system and any other plumbing needs.

The receptionist and technician were both very prompt and professional. The technician, Chris, diagnosed the problem (accumulated sludge) and effected the solution in less than half an hour. That part was great. I have two complaints. 1) The price. Half an hour of work, however effective, should not result in a bill of $215 and that is AFTER the 15% Angie's list discount and some other discount he told me about. At thatr price, he should have been wearing a mask. True, he showed me an estimate to which I agreed, but at that point I just wanted the work done. I get work done on my appliances by a professional for $69 for a service call. I see no reason why this job should cost three times that. 2) Chris, while incredibly nice, was VERY chatty. He just talked and talked and talked (and this was in my living room, not while he was working).. I'm sure these things vary a good deal among people. But I just want my service people to come in, be pleasant, assess the problem, fix the problem and leave. I don't want to hear long stories about other service calls they've had. Nice guy, good plumber, just a little too chatty.

I realize my primary complaint is with Kohler, who supplied a replacement faucet at no charge, but refused to pay for replacing its faulty product. However, Eco Plumbers, even though the leak was not their fault, could have made me a happy new customer if they had offered to comp some of the extra cost, since the labor on the second trip was so much shorter than the original trip. I felt being charged for replacing an entire faucet was unfair, since all he did was replace the faulty spigot in about 15 minutes.

Chris used a tool that he inherited from his father. It did a slick job of removing the threads from the old pipe that had snapped off inside a 90 degree elbow joint that sends water to the shower enclosure. No damage to my wall. The other job was installing a faucet upgrade in the kitchen. Simple. Chris works smart and hats off to his dad for teaching a neat trick.

Upon learning that our water heater was 10 years old and had never been drained, and that we are still on a well, Braun said that draining would be very risky because it may end up causing a leak. He did not recommend proceeding with a draining, and told us to contact Angie's List to request a refund of the $69.00 Big Deal fee.

It was wonderful. There were no problems. They were prompt and did what they said they would do. They cleaned up after they finished the job. They even checked the line that goes to the street to make sure it was clear. I was pleased.

Adam Kennedy was the tech. He was punctual, polite, and careful about getting the new water heaters into the houses and getting the old ones out. The work was performed to code with the installation of catch pans under the heaters. The water connections were made with new flexible braided steel hoses and the water connections were made with the Sharkbite fittings, eliminating the need to sweat any copper joints. Adam was very careful not to track up any parts of the houses, and he was quite efficient in performing the work. Overall an A experience.

We had had our sewer drain inspected a year ago by another company that recommended we inspect it annually. This time we purchased the Angie's list special for $99.00 and had EcoPlumbers do it. We have used them in the past and have been very happy with their work and professionalism. The technician came out and cleaned out the sewer pipe from our basement. The did charge us an extra $50.00 because we have over 120 feet of drain line and they have to use an extension to reach the sewer. We knew this in advance. When done they inspected the sewer pipe with the camera. It took about 1-2 hours for the job to be complete. He said all was fine and they would recommend doing this every 3 years as a preventive measure. Not every year like the other company told us. Again very happy with their service, honesty and professionalism.
