The $300 included the repair and replacement cartridge of the kitchen faucet. When the repair was complete and the representative left, there was a worse drip with the kitchen faucet but only in a certain position. The company came back later and removed some of the calcium build up inside the faucet no charge. The toilet leak was fixed promptly by replacing the 2 bolts inside the toilet tank. The company representative gave a free estimate of $300 to fix everything. The garbage disposal was "free" since the blades were stuck. The $300 estimate seemed a little high to me compared to what Eco plumbing charged other clients on Angie's List. I realize I could have said no thanks but when everything was apart, I just wanted it fixed at that point. The company was prompt and the people from the person making the appointment to servicing the problems were professional. My only concern was that I felt the price was higher for the repairs that were being completed.

Gentlemen were polite, professional and on time. They inspected inside tank.

Angie's List offered a big deal on a toilet with Eco Plumbers. Arrangements were made, a date and time for installation were set. Their technician arrived on time. He was courteous and efficient. He made the installation in about an hour. Everything is quite satisfactory. We would recommend them to others.

This was smooth as silk up until getting a copy of the permit so I could schedule an inspection, and that was not their fault. The city web site was down. Office contact was pleasant and efficient, the installer was friendly and a good worker. Made no mess, so had little clean up. They were $900 cheaper than another company on this site for the exact same installation. Inspection went off with no problems and I'm quite happy with the whole experience.

I had been told by my gutter topper installer that my drain lines are clogged and at his recommendation had rerouted the downspouts above ground away from the house as an interim fix until I was ready to deal with the issue. Recently I have been getting water leaking into my basement at the joint between floor and walls and also at the corners when there is heavy rain. I think this must be due to the drain line issue and my interim fix. When I saw Eco Plumbers advertisement on Angie's List I called to make an appointment and was scheduled for about a week later between 2pm and 5pm. About 1:50pm Chris called to say he would be here in about 30 minutes. He came in a neat, nicely marked truck. He handed me his card and introduced himself and Omar, his assistant. Chris ran water from my garden hose through the drain line that carries water from two downspouts and my sump pump to the street. Practically no water was coming out at the street. He then used his high pressure machine to try to clear the line and was only able to get through from the downspout to an area parallel to a large tree in my front yard. He then worked from the street end. He got enough debris out that some water was passing through to the street but couldn't clear it entirely. He ran his camera in the line and determined that the drain pipe was cracked by tree roots in the area next to the tree and the two pieces of pipe were no longer aligned. He said that we need to replace about 10 ft of the drain pipe next to the tree. Several times his machine tripped the circuit breaker and Omar went with me to basement the first time to reset it and I went the other two times. He examined the drain line on the other side of the house and reached in to remove mud packed in the pipe at the street end. He said he would give me an estimate to repair the first drain line and bring a smaller hose to see if the second one could be cleared that way. When he ran his camera in the pipe and saw that the pipe was broken within the few feet closest to the street and that the two pipe halves were cupped inside each other making the opening very small he determined that it definitely needed that section replaced. He ran my garden hose down the pipe at the front and back downspout connection and some water did come through so he felt that the 3 ft of pipe between the curb and sidewalk were the only area of the pipe needing to be replaced. He only charged me today for cleaning the first drain line and not for the second since he knew from the first look that it also would need a section replaced and he didn't work to try to clear it. He ran an estimate for the recommended repair on both lines on his tablet computer and explained it to me. It included a $75 discount. The estimate will be emailed to me and is good for 90 days. There was no pressure to make a decision quickly although I do intend to have them do the work as soon as possible because I think it is a good price compared to what friends have paid other providers for similar services. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I also asked about some other services I will need in the future like replacing my garbage disposal. I was told to watch Angie's List for special's they run periodically on garbage disposals.

They cleaned the drain and tested that water was successfully draining to the street. They also performed a camera inspection of the entire line. Best of all they determined that no additional work was needed. I am very pleased with the service and the value.

Eco-Plumbers called me in advance of their arrival, which is greatly appreciated. Gary arrived and did a thorough examination of every area I mentioned we had water trouble. With the cause of the leak being unseen in our 1940's home, it made things very tricky. Gary was very professional and tried to investigate every aspect he could think of, without having to do much damage. With a scare of some water under the toilet, which could have meant some serious replacement, a small hole in our kitchen ceiling improved our spirits, as all the plumbing was dry. A few small holes in our kitchen wall allowed him to determine where the 'break' in the line was, actually behind a cabinet. Since they cannot take down cabinets (liability), we had to reschedule for the actual repair, which was unfortunate, but I understood. While we had to pay for this exploration visit, I didn't mind it so much, as being in an old home, it could be any number of major issues, but with his time, we found that it was only one pipe break, thus only one easy replacement, and we scheduled our next appointment for the repair. Gary was there for about an hour.

Gary returned to our home to replace a rusted and cracked drain pipe within our kitchen wall. After exploring our home the week prior, we had taken down the cabinet ourselves allowing him to easily access the area where the drain pipe was broken. Gary tried to not cut too much wall out, just enough to get the job done. He was very professional, and had the pipe replaced efficiently. He also cleaned up the work area very well. When discussing the costs of labor with my husband, he was very fair and openly discussed the charges and how he tried to make sure the cost was the least for us (but still fair to his company). We are very happy with the work done and will call Eco-Plumbers back on any other plumbing issues.

The plumber first came out to give an estimate of the scope and cost of the repairs and then came out a week later (best fit my schedule) to complete the repairs. He did a great job of replacing the 40 year old connections with more modern ones. His work was precise and very neat. We now have two functioning sinks with no leaks.

While we are very happy with the Navien tankless water heater, we would never use this company again. Their installer left a holy mess and did not clean up after himself. Personality wise, he was also a bit of a jerk and rushed out because he had some sort of a personal appointment. A few days later, the city came out to inspect the installation and failed the job because an incorrect type of piping had been used for one of the drains. So we had to schedule time off from work again so that EcoPlumbers could fix the situation. They said they'd been getting failed on this one issue several times recently. Well, if that was the case then why didn't they do it the way the City of Columbus wants to begin with? To top it all off, a couple weeks later we noticed our refrigerator wasn't making ice any longer. We researched why and all the online sources said it would be a clogged filter. So we bought a new filter for it (not cheap) which didn't do the job. Turns out EcoPlumbers closed the water valve to our fridge when they did the installation and never turned it back on; since our fridge didn't have water any longer it couldn't make ice. Sure sounds simple, but was a frustrating thing to track down, all because EcoPlumbers didn't turn the valve back on properly. We did a ton of research on tankless water heater brands and companies--both on AngiesList and other websites. There are many great brands out there (Rheem and Navien being two of the best we found). There are also plenty of highly rated companies which can do the installation (you definitely want a professional to do this job). We are disappointed in EcoPlumbers and will not be recommending their service to anyone or using them again in the future.

Chris with Eco plumbers was extremely professional. He came into my mothers home (her property is a twin single) checked the pipes and toilets in my mothers side found all were in good working order, in my sisters home he found the toilet that was causing the problem. Chris gave my mom the cost to replace the part in the tank that was causing the toilet to keep running. The cost was less than $200 which was great. Chris got everything fixed very quickly. My mother was extremely pleased and even stated if needed will call them again.

I reached out to then on their website on a Sunday night explaining the problem. Someone called me within an hour to ask if it was an emergency. It was not, so we scheduled for 4:00 the next day (Monday). They called me Monday am with a noon appointment open due to cancellation. Chris Stinson was the technician who showed up. He had the problem diagnosed and resolved very quickly. I have had no re-occurring issues. They were timely, professional and effective. I highly recommend.

It worked out well. They were on time. When they came in I had some other plumbing questions to determine whether I wanted to do future work with them and the guy they sent out did not know anything, I mean asking about several thing oh yeah I have heard of that, I have never put one in, I don't know how it works. I just didn't get any ceiling of special knowledge. He was very good, very professional and very nice. I liked him but he didn't seem to know whole lot about plumbing. After he left the overflow valve now leaks and it wasn't leaking when he came here. He did what he was supposed to do. I would not use them again.

Chris was amazing as he always is. 1st he came out and gave an estimate. He was his normal friendly, professional self. He told me exactly what had to be done. 2nd he came out to do all of the work (I didn't even know that a new water shut off valve could be put in for such little money). He did it quickly, efficiently, and perfectly. He took before and after pictures which were great fun to see (he sent them to me as well). Oh...and the cost of it was over $50.00 less than quoted and he did more. Love Eco Plumbers and Chris!

The first visit, Adam took apart my shower valve and could not discover why I had a leak. He felt my frustration, as I had already replaced the individual cartridges. After some time, he put it back together the way he found it. I made the determination that we should just go ahead and change out the whole valve mechanism. I was given an estimate that needed to be adjusted, due to some of the things on the automated estimating system did not apply, namely cutting open the drywall to access the shower valve. Also, it was just assumed that I would change valve styles, until I asked and found they were going to change it. I wanted one just like the one already there, a three handle one. I think that may have been something that was discussed, not assumed and I am glad I asked. When the proper estimate came though, I had to wait a few days to get them to return. Once there for the second time, the new valve was changed out in no time and I was once again leak-free in the shower.

Overall, it went well. They were on time for all appointments. They did have to come back out a few times for toilet because it sounded like it was reflushing. They told us that they would come out as many times as it took to completely fix it. We would use them again in the future.

Not only did he repair the faucet quickly but showed me how it all works and what tools & parts I might need in the future. He remembered being at our home before and asked professional, yet appropriate personal questions. He was a good teacher. Always willing to answer questions and I will always call this company for all my plumbing needs. I have recommended them to all my friends.

Had to saw a part of my paneled wall in the utility room to get to the leaky pipe. Offered to me to have someone else do this. I wanted him to do it and he did a great job. Was very professional, courteous and prompt. The finished job was better than I had expected. Will definitely hire again if needed!
