Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Making the appointment was easy and very flexible. The person who answered the phone to make the appointment was very nice and professional. Gary was the person who came to do the work. He was on time, very nice, professional and did a great job. He checked several things that I had thought might need some work. He checked everything and only recommended the work that he thought really needed to get done. The work was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend Eco Plumbers to everyone.

I had a good experience with Eco plumbers. The estimate process was quick. When I actually purchased the hot water heater, scheduling the service appointment was easy and I was able to get the time and date that I needed. I would use Eco plumbers again

I called Ecoplumbers around noon because I needed someone to figure out why our garbage disposal was not doing its job. They came out within 3 hours and described the problem and that I needed a new disposal. Since the disposal was old, I was ok with getting a new one since I thought the performance of the old one wasn't that great anyway. They were able to install it right away and it works great - much better performance. They also checked out my water heater upon my request and noticed a major problem with the piping that will be fixed Friday. Overall good job.

It was a good experience. The guy who came out was professional. He came and gave me the estimate and asked me if I had the Angie's List coupon so I gave him that. At the end, he showed me what they had done. So, it was nice. I think that he charged me about $170 or $180 which was a little expensive. But I never used anybody before so I do not know how to compare the price.

Provider was on time and very professional. Additional problems caused by the condition of the pipes were handled quickly and efficiently after first reviewing them with me.

The toilet was removed to check the flange and wax ring. Needed parts were replaced and the toilet replaced. The work went fine. I told the technician that I had an Angie's List coupon. I had a couple of other issues, though. I did not see a copy of the invoice in a timely manner...EcoPlumbers uses tablets, which is part of their "eco" thing, but what I was given to sign was nothing but a signature line and was told that I'd be getting a copy of the invoice via e-mail. (In the future I'll make sure I see that before I sign anything.) Later when I saw the e-mail, I realized that my discount was not given. I called the company and received a call back a couple of hours later and they said that they could see that and would issue me a check for the amount of the discount I should have received. The other issue is that my appointment window was 10:00 am -1:00 pm, but I got a call at a little after 8:00 am saying the technician was on his way. I am currently home recovering from foot surgery, so I had to scramble to get myself ready for someone to be at my house. It wasn't that big a deal, but I don't really like it when companies don't adhere to the windows they give you.

Easy next day scheduling over the phone with the office. Gave me a 2 hour window appointment time.Chris was the tech who serviced the toilet. Chris both sent a text message and called 30 minutes prior to his arrival to tell me he was on the way. Chris fixed the problem and was on his way within 45 minutes. Chris was very professional and gave me and accurate estimate of the work provided prior to starting the job. Very pleased - highly recommended!

The repair person was very nice and did a good job. My toolets are working much better now. A couple of weeks later I called ECO Plumbing with a question, and was only able to leave a message to return my call. I never did receive a call back. I suppose they are not into the possibility of repeat business. Too bad.

They did really well. They came and did what they were going to do and I actually had them do a little bit more work on all the toilets.

I needed somebody to take care of toilet valve leakage asap. A technician from The Eco Plumbers showed up on time. He was professional and did a good job.

I purchased the toilet tune-up. The cost for the tune-up and replacement parts was very reasonable. I think his name was Gary. He was EXCELLENT. He was on time and was VERY personable and professional. He did a good job of replacing parts and fixing my toilet. I will definitely call them again for other plumbing service.

Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything took about one hour, and i was very please with the service. He showed me all of his concerns with the pipes and faucets (fortunately none were major issues), and he explained what might be needed in the future.

I bought an Angies' List Deal for this service. They arrived on time as arranged, cleared the blockage, showed me with a camera where some roots were infiltrating the drain pipe, and overall were very nice and very professional. Would call them again if the problem returns (though I plan to dig in myself and fix it more permanently now that I know where the roots are).

He put on little cloth booties which I had never seen before. I appreciated that and felt it was very professional. He also did everything through his iPad. I liked how well they conducted the estimate and their honesty.

I was so impressed with this company! They made booking an appointment easy and arrived on time while keeping me apprised as to the estimated time of arrival. A thorough inspection revealed that I had a small problem. Rather than presenting the information to me as if the sky would fall if I did not pay to have it fixed immediately, the technician, Chris Stinson (?), took the time to explain the problem. He even told me that it was the kind of problem, that with a little effort on my part, I could fix myself. I really, really appreciated him giving me options. He could have easily made the problem seem much more severe and much more difficult to fix than what it actually was. This kind of honesty really goes a long way in my book! After inspecting my plumbing he informed me that I had one leaky faucet in the bathroom and that a pressure valve on my hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced, He gave me an estimate on the cost to replace the valve. Gary West was very thorough and answered all my questions.

He was very good. He advised me on replacing the sprayer in mykitchen. Overall good experience.

The Eco Plumbers just finished the work and they did a very good job. The original thing was $36 and the $60 for the unclogging. I got the Angie's List discount of 15%. He was on time. He was very courteous. He cleaned up after himself. He fixed the once thing and then there was another problem. He was able to give us a quote right away. He did a nice job with billing. He had an little Ipad where he could get the billing right on the spot. It was very, very convenient. The quality was good. They were very responsive. He called ahead of time and he was here. They were very professional.

They were very efficient. She emailed me the next day to set up the appointment for that week. The technician showed up on time and call ahead. They turned things right around and did a great job.

It went flawlessly as indicated by the scores. We definitely plan to use them again.
