The plumber arrived promptly. He Explained the process and completed the job within an hour. I was very satisfied with the work. I have used Ecoplumbers for other small plumbing jobs.

Arrived on time. Flushed the drain until the water ran clear of debris and then scoped the drain with a camera.

I was able to have them correct "running" problems on both toilets and replace a leaky toilet valve. They alerted me to a problem w/my water heater valve. Since the price of additional work beyond the Big Deal was adding up, I chose not to replace that valve and they gave me some tips for a DIY fix, which I appreciated.

Ammar arrived earlier than initially promised, politely calling to alert us when he was coming. When I showed him what I thought was the problem -- a leaking joint in the basement white plastic piping -- he did not accept my diagnosis and did more checking. It turned out, as he suspected, that the problem was NOT what seemed apparent to me, it was a leak around the wax ring seal on one second floor toilet. Ammar efficiently went to work and replaced the wax ring seal, also installing new stainless steel piping to the toilet. He then ran a test to confirm that the problem was solved, which it was. Ammar took pains to thoroughly clean up all the mess his work generated of necessity. Of course, while working he was wearing booties over his shoes to protect out carpet. I was very impressed with the knowledge and experience of this Eco Plumber technician. He solved my problem and knew enough to look beyond the initially obvious solution -- the repair of which would have been an error. He was polite, professional and worked quickly to remedy the problem. I felt the price charged -- $186 -- including parts and tax was very reasonable. This is the second time I have used Eco Plumbers this year. While I hope not to need them again, if the need arises I will definitely call them again. I will recommend them to my friends. UPDATE: Leak re-appeared. Eco Plumbers sent another plumber who recognized that I have a offset flange, almost oblong in shape, that requires molding the wax ring by hand. He completed the job and we have had no problem since. There was no charge since this return was covered by Eco Plumbers warranty.

From start to finish I'll grade the experience an A+ for their exceptional customer service and attention to detail in making the appointment go smoothly. Everyone was very polite, helpful and easy to get ahold of. Chris called before he came out and arrived on time. . He described what he was going to do and said he'd let me know when he was done with the test and the results. I had no question, from my impression of Chris, that he was a good honest employee that cared about his job and is an asset to ECO Plumbing.

Great! I scheduled an appointment the day before,Chris the technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving. I explained the problem to him. He gave me an estimate (including a discount he provided) and said he would try and finish within an hour to save further charges. To be honest , I was skeptical. I'de had the same problem several years ago and many hours and hundreds of dollars later was told by another company that this was just a temporary fix and that I would need to have my yard dug up to remove the yard trap. Chris did a great job and was finished within the hour . He said it was difficult but that he liked the challenge. He was very professional and friendly. Echoplumbers is very fortunate to have him as an employee. I will definitely use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Everything went very well. I was able to get someone immediately on the phone to schedule my appointment. They gave me the name and contact number of the person who would install my toilet. My plumber called to confirm our appointment time and that he would be on time. I was most impressed with the speed at which he removed and installed the new toilet. Roughly 45 minutes. I was truly pleased with his politeness, his explanation of the operations of the new toilet as well as his speed in completing the job. Only draw back was he informed me after beginning that he brought a lid where the color was different from the commode. It was my choice as to whether I wanted it or have it exchanged. The color variation was so minimal I could barely tell the difference that kept what was installed. Other than that issue all went well.

Price covered labor and an upgraded disposal. Friendly and helpful servicemen.

We purchased a Big Deal that included both labor and parts for a replacement toilet. They were able to come out within days of being scheduled to perform the service. Only issue is related to quality of toilets installed. The paint or finish on the lid and seat began to bubble and chip after only a few months. We actually purchased a second Big Deal several months later and questioned EcoPlumbers on the quality of the toilet. They replaced the seat and lid on the original toilet at no charge with a higher quality seat, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately the second toilet we had replaced is now also having problems (the lid and seat seem to be turning a dark yellow color compared to the actual toilet). We have only used standard, commercially available cleaning products on these products so it is unclear why there are so many issues. We have no issues with this company....just concerned over the quality of products that are being installed with these Big Deals.

They were able to come out the very next day which was great as I had no hot water. Chris was excellent. He explained everything in detail and what the charges would be. He removed the old unit and replaced it in less than 2 hours. I would definitely call them first when I have any plumbing issues.

The tech arrived on time and went straight to work. He checked each fixture and drain, adjusted the floats in the toilets, and then worked on the water heater. He was efficient and completed the work in about 2 hours. After he was finished, he reviewed his findings with us - just a couple of minor things - and marked the date on the water heater so we could keep track of the last drain & flush. I would recommend these folks and will call them in the future.

he came in, assessed the situation, fixed all three which did not take long at all. he was very polite and friendly. we felt the cost was cheap for working on all three. we will use him in the future and recommend him for sure.

It went well. He disassembled the shower and found the problem. He then gave me an estimate of the costs to repair, got the needed items and fixed the problem.

I can't recommend EcoPlumbers highly enough. I called at 11pm the night before they came to my property to work on the water heater. I am a landlord, and the water heater pilot light kept going out at the property that I rent out. I gave all of my information to the person at the answering service last night. I received a phone call this morning, just after 8:30, telling me that Gary would be at my property between 2 and 5pm to evaluate the problem. I was told that he would call me 30 min before his estimated arrival. Sure enough, Gary called me at 2:25pm, stating that he expected to arrive at the property around 3pm. I explained the problem, as I perceived it, and I also told him that the tenant would be at the residence. I asked that he call me with an estimate, which he did in a very timely fashion. He called rather urgently because the only store in Columbus that carried the part that he needed to fix the water heater closed at 5pm. I gave him permission to complete the job, and he was able to get to the store before it closed, picked up the parts he needed, and completed the job by 5:30pm. He called me again, when he was finished, and I was able to pay him over the phone. I spoke with my tenant after he had left, and she said that he was polite and cleaned up after himself. He fixed the problem, and there is hot water running in the house now. I am extremely pleased with how easily and smoothly this process went for both me and my tenants. I will definitely recommend EcoPlumbers to anyone who needs a plumber in the future, and I would definitely use them again myself as well. EXCELLENT, EFFICIENT, EASY....ECO PLUMBERS!!!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased for my daughter. I purchased two of the deals. She was perfectly happy and everything was covered by the Big Deal. Her actual problem was not one of their five points but they went ahead and fixed it within the time allowed and the material they had on the truck.

The scheduling and punctuality went very well as always. But the man who performed the work smelled of body odor and cigarettes. He left a muddy puddle under my sink upstairs and was not very professional when telling me I need to clean the drain out myself more often. He also couldn't really explain why this only happens to my sink so frequently and never before in my life have I had issues with a slow-draining sink before this one. I was especially irritated with his remarks about two of my children having to wear glasses (age 5 & 1). He even asked my 5-year old child why he had to wear glasses and when my son explained that he was born with glaucoma, the man scoffed and said HE told the doctors he wouldn't LET them prescribe glasses for his child. Unlike many other visits, I felt like this visit was way overpriced for the work performed and extremely unprofessional towards our home and especially my children.

I did not really know how to evaluate pricing, because we didn't get estimates, and I don't know the typical cost for this service. But I was happy to have the work done well and cleanly. The technician was pleasant and friendly. He handled payment on an iPad, so we have an electronic receipt. He explained how old drains (our house is 60 years old) gather lime and rust over the years, progressively narrowing the flow from the drain. He also explained clearly their pricing system, and when I told him we used Angie's List to find him, he gave us a discount. I liked that his father and grandfather before him were plumbers.

Very well. Very professional, fast and clean. I was very impressed. Tech forgot a part and had to go back to their office to retrieve it. This added to the time a bit, but other than that, service was perfect.

Great job! Garbage disposal has worked fine for a while now. The old garbage disposal was removed and discarded by the plumber as well as providing and installing the new garbage disposal. We have had no problems with the new garbage disposal. The plumber was professional, on time, and work with great efficiency. I would recommend this plumbing service.
