This company is exceptional. From the moment the rep entered my home, he was professional and very considerate of my home. He used shoe covers each and every time he came in and out of my house. He even tightened a faucet for me (no extra charge) and took off the shower handle and base plate, cleaned the wall, replaced and recaulked at no charge. He even swept up after. He was great and I would not hesitate to use Eco Plumbers again. Great experience. Gave me info on tankless water heaters which I asked for and discussed with me. Just a gentleman and very professional. Did fantastic work and I would definitely use them again.

I was told a plumber would arrive between 12-3. They arrived 30 minutes early at 11:30. Ammar was the plumber who showed up. He was very pleasant and professional. He fixed the draining toilet immediately. Went for parts that were needed and carved the wood floor into a circle to fit the flange that was needed. He was extremely good at explaining what he was doing, cleaned up all residue, and was extremely professional and pleasant. Would highly recommend them.

It went well. Only thing i didn't like is repairmen was trying to sale me backup batter systems and would require a entire new sump pump. Once he got in door he was trying to sale me more expensive equipment. I hate solicitation and they should of done on the phone when i scheduled work. The repairmen was being quite pushy. I just had a brain tumor the size of a baseball removed from my head and not 100% and get stressed easily. He was stressing me and I had to tell him to stop. Make your sales on phone when ordering not get in my door and try to upgrade me. Didn't appreciate

It was fine. There was some additional cost to do a repair on a toilet. I was a little surprised by the additional cost because it took him like 5 minutes to fix it.

I was very happy with my experience! The technician was very polite and didn't push me to get a more expensive model. The installation went smoothly and the disposal works beautifully. I would definitely use them again.

The installer pointed out that my sink was pulling away from the granite counter top. After the garbage disposal was installed, the on/off handle for the water is twisted and it is difficult to turn the water off. Another employee checked it out but said that the sink dropping likely was pulling on the on/off fixture. I propped the sink up myself but the on/off handle is still twisted and you must be careful that the handle is pulled to the right slightly when turning water off or it will drip from the faucet. We have had one sink overflow by leaving the faucet drip over a sink that had the stopper in.

The communication was amazing, thorough and the cost was explained to me every step of the way. The service engineer was great - friendly and very knowledgable about that he was doing. Earlier than expected and for a weekend very fast and friendly. These guys are the best of the best. THANK YOU

Eco Plumbers are very easy to deal with from scheduling, appointment reminders and e-mailed receipts. There technicians called before hand, were courteous (my kids were sleeping upon arrival and they made a point to do things that wouldn't make noise). The hot water heater installation took the exact time they said it would. Did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and even did a great job of describing their work and walking us through the process. They also reminded us afterwards to schedule the inspection (only required for our area of town).

Snaked through outside plumbing to the street to help rain water drain properly. Beforehand it was backing up into the yard and garage because there were tree roots blocking the pipe. All clear now!

We are in the process of selling our home and contacted The Eco Plumbers to replace leaking pipes under our kitchen & bathroom sink as requested by the home inspector/buyers. The Eco Plumbers were very easy to work with. They called approximately a 1/2 hour before arriving to perform the repairs. The plumber (Amar) was courteous and professional during his time at our home. I walked him through the issues and he provided a quote to fix it before performing the repairs. Once he began the work he was quick and clean. A day following the appointment I received a follow up call from the company to thank us for our business and ensure I was happy with the service. I thought that was a nice touch that not all companies provide. I would definitely use them again.

He was punctual, cleaned up when completed, and very professional. I would hire this company again.

Gary West removed a five foot section of our iron soil stack and replaced it with a section of plastic soil stack. He was very good at doing the job. He carefully removed the old piece and carried it out to the truck. He worked quickly and did a wonderful job. It took less time than he had previously estimated so he adjusted the cost. Previously he replaced our garbage disposal, and did a great job on that also. When we noticed a small leak in the line the following day. Eco Plumbing sent Mr. West out and he adjusted the line at no further cost to us. On another occasion he came out to replace our toilet flushing system. As always he did a great job. We found him to be very polite, very precise in what would be done to fix the problem, and give us an estimate for the cost. We also found the company to be very nice about getting someone out as soon as possible, polite, and willing to work with us as far at timing for the job and respecting our request for Gary West to be sent out to do the work.

The plumbing company said that our toilet required more work than the $59 Big Deal would cover because it was leaking. That was accurate, and was the reason I bought the service. I accepted and paid $183, but Eco Plumbing also said that the $59 could not be credited and I would have to get a refund from Angie's List. My only disagreement with the actual repair was that the $183 final bill included $38 for parts and supplies. The only part that Eco Plumbing provided was a flush valve worth about $12. I supplied the rest of the parts. The plumber, Ammar, was competent and efficient, called to ask if he could come earlier than the appointment time, and explained everything as he did it.

They were great to work with. Great communication from office and both of the men who came out for the estimate and did the actual replacement. Follow up call from office to make sure everything went ok was much appreciated. I will use them again.

My regular plumber was not available so I did an Angies List search and found Eco-Plumbers. They were very responsive and came on time. Aamar was pleasant and professional, took his time and did a nice job. He asked if someone could help him lift the heater so I didn't have to pay for him to bring in a 2nd guy. I appreciated that. I did have several concerns with the charges: I was charged for both a service call and the time it took for Aamar to go get a new water heater and pan, for which I was additionally charged more than 3X the actual cost. Since I was also charged for labor, it seemed like double or triple billing. Service charges are fine if I need something small done and it covers a set amount of time, but for a big project, it seems like it should be waived or included in the cost. Plus, if I am already paying for a pick up fee to get an item and the labor for that time, to pile on and triple charge me for a pan seems a bit obnoxious. Also, the form I signed at the beginning approving the work had different line items and different sub-totals than the final bill I was emailed (the final amount was the same) which contributed to my feeling of being taken advantage of. I asked for and was given a copy of the initial order. AAmar did a nice job and I was very pleased that they came so quickly In fact, everyone was very nice and the work was done well, but when you feel taken advantage of and over billed everything pales in comparison

Went very well, he arrived on time, found a way to save me an expensive rework by securing my existing poorly installed plumbing, and was quick and thorough. Although he forgot to take the existing toilet with him, they happily sent someone back out to pick it up.

Eco Plumbers was very easy to schedule and were on time. They sent emails to confirm the service appointment and called prior to arrival, as promised. Their plumber was on time and friendly. He also always made sure to put the plastic covers over his shoes in the house. I have nothing negative to report and would definitely hire them again.

The toilet had been running constantly and making dripping noises so I knew the problem was probably something greater than a worn flapper. Eco Plumbers spotted the multiple issues - and promptly replaced the internal elements and put in a new valve to replace the one that was causing the dripping and condensation. It's a huge relief to have this fixed. It was a little pricy - but completely worth it because if left unattended, the leak would've caused a lot of damage to our upstairs bathroom flooring.

Representative was on time and very professional. Job completed very quickly.

the folks from Eco plumbing discussed options with us and came through with an excellent alternate to having to disturb our finished basement dry wall. I was impressed. it ended up be less expensive than the original quote!

Satisfied with their services. Verbal estimate for replacing the down spout line vs actual estimate was not even close. Hundreds vs thousands, but overall satisfied with the work they performed.
