Good communication with office. scheduled quickly. explained who would be coming and when. He arrived right on time. Very professional, wore shoe covers, explained everything to me, seemed very knowledgable. I would definitely use this company again

Braun called to let me know his arrival time, always important. He brought the new part but decided to use an upgrade and ran and got the new part. Actually he brought back two, one for each toilet. Although only one toilet was having the problem he went ahead and placed the upgrade on both toilets, NO CHARGE. The second toilet at first checked out OK, after a minor adjustment. Just before leaving Braun checked one more time. He decided to replace the flap. His thoroughness is top-notch. This company is very thorough and professional. They deserve their A rating.

Work was done professionally and on time within cost estimates. After work was completed received a call from the company soliciting feedback on their performance.

Gary was very professional and helpful. He investigated and found that the water heater was still under warranty. He picked up the replacement one and installed it. He showed up when he said he would, did a professional job, and went out of his way to explain some preventive maintenance I could do to prolong the life of the new one. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend Gary's company to anyone needing plumbing services.

They actually did a very good job. They did an excellent job. They came in and took care of it. They were in and out. It was very good. The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable. He took care of things. They were timely. They showed up when they said they were going to be there. They were there within a couple of days of calling.

The problem with the expansion tank was discovered yesterday by the furnace repairman. The expansion tank was full of water and was in jeopardy of separating from the pipes and causing water damage. I called Eco Plumbing first thing this morning and they told me they would have someone here between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Chris showed up and did an excellent job of replacing the tank. We were concerned with having to go through the weekend, but thanks to Eco responding quickly, the problem was fixed.

The provider determined that the drain was not plugged up. Apparently the plastic pipe close to the road had collapsed. They showed my husband where it had collapsed and instructed him on how to fix it so we could save money.

The handle of my kitchen faucet broke off and I had water leaking, so I turned off the water and went to work. I called them and Rossilyn called back right away. Even though Monday is a very busy day for all plumbers (acc to other companies I called), they were able to work me in. Adam called so I could get home and came right when he said he would. He was efficient and professional and had me fixed in no time!

I had two toilets in the house that were running, so I figured I'd watch them take care of one and I'd do the other. One ran when it flushed and had a leak so we started with that one. He took a look and explained to me what was causing the leak - it required shutting off the water, taking a few things apart and then putting them back together - which was not within the scope of the $59 Toilet Tune Up package I purchased on here. So he went to the other toilet and worked on it. He replaced the flapper, showed me what was causing it to run, and even went to the truck and brought out a new flush valve and showed me what to do to replace that myself. I loved how everything was done online to cut down on 'paper waste' (which I found to be a hilarious pun) and he wore shoe covers and slipped them on and off when he came in and out of the house. I'm pretty handy and am always looking to save $$ so I really appreciated him showing me how to do things myself. That's the kind of thing that makes me call a company when there's something I can't handle on my own.

I had attempted & failed. After running our of cuss words I contacted ECO based on their Angie's list rating. They had availability the following day. If you like technology embracing companies, you will like them. Replied to emails promptly, sent me the work order in advance, used an ipad for the quote and the invoice and paperless. Love it! The repair person who arrived was very personable, professional and even replaced a part I have bent in my frustration at no cost. A great experience throughout. Thank you for your help!

It was okay but when I had to call them back for another thing, I think it was pretty expensive so the deal through Angie's List I would give it a "B" but when I used them after that, probably a "C" rating because of the cost. They were efficient and they were in and out in no time. Without a Big Deal, I wouldn't use them again because of the cost.

Called half an hour before arriving and installed in 30 minutes. Answered some questions I had not related to garbage disposal.

No problems, very nice and friendly company, garbage disposal was able to be fixed so no need to replace it.

Recently my husband replaced an old, worn out flush valve system in our toilet by ourselves. The repair we did was easy and painless. However, when we hooked the water hose back onto our toilet, we noticed a leak. We tried to find the source of the leak, and tried repairing it ourselves to no avail. Time to call a plumber! I called Eco Plumbers, and they were able to send a technician out within a couple days to work with my schedule. I received email confirmations of my appointment, and a reminder. The technician was prompt, and within one minute discovered that my husband and I had forgotten to replace a tiny, black, rubber nut? washer? on the inside of the hose, and said he would pop a new one in there. It was a very simple repair, but the technician was honest, and quick, didn't try to upcharge me for other services, and appreciated that. The customer service was great, as they had follow-up calls. This is DEFINITELY a company that values good customer service in addition to great plumbing work. Will use again!!

We noticed our garbage disposal went out on Friday evening of Labor Day Weekend (with company staying with us ,of course!!!). We found Eco Plumbers on Angie's List and called. We figured with it being, not only Friday night, but a Friday before a 3 day weekend, that we would get a call on Tuesday and maybe have it fixed by Thursday. Eco Plumbers called us that night!!! They made an appointment for us on Tuesday at 10am. They were on time, very friendly, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and gave some good advise on using a disposal. Our out of town company was so impressed, when they went home to St. Louis, they joined Angie's List.

The work was performed. I was a little disappointed that they did not honor the half price deal, since that was what I purchased. They actually did do what the deal offered, but actually had to do more. So, I don't understand why they did not offer everything at half price.

very well. Had a problem with cleanout cap and work deligently to remove without breaking. Explained issue before he worked on it.

The removal and installation of the porcelain sink was the most complicated part of the job. We wanted to re-use the Grohe sink faucet which proved to be difficult. The plumber stayed with the project and got it done successfully. Removal of the old toilet (original to the house) was also tricky but was done professionally. The bath tub would not hold water. The plumber at first installed a pop-up stopper which did not work. Several plumbers came out and tried to fix the pop-up stopper. They finally installed a new stopper which did the trick. We were not charged a service call for the subsequent visits.

Adam called with a estimated time of arrival and arrived within that time frame. He was friendly and courteous, very professional for what turned out to be an easy fix. Eco Plumbing was up-front about an extra weekend charge, so the cost was a little bit higher than it could have been, but understandable and expected. Adam was in and out within 15 minutes.
