Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

We consulted Angie's List and the first service provider we contacted was eco-plumbing. They were very pleasant and responsive. Gave us a choice of time frames. Since we felt the problem was urgent, they were here in less than 2 hours. Chris contacted us before coming with a precise time he would arrive. His service was excellent. I especially appreciated his detailed explanation of what the problem was and how it occurred; also, as I mentioned above, how to prevent the problem in the future. I was pleased with the price. We have had similar service from a different provider at this address in the past at a substantially higher price.

I called the company and was helped by an efficient office staff. She told me exactly what to expect and when Chris would be there. This was then followed up with an e-mail comfirmation. Chris actually arrived early and went with me to see what was needed. While he was there, he also listened to another sound coming from the house and diagnosed it for us (it is a City water meter problem). He quoted an exact price, including the Angie's List discount. He also fixed a problem that the sellers of the house were supposed to fix, for only a parts charge. Then he got to work and was done quickly. I'm not a plumber, but it seemed that he did a thoroughly professional job, then explained what he had done and told me how the battery backup worked.

The work was good, but the price was very high.

Replaced garbage disposal. It was an Angie's List Big Deal.

I now have an estimate for what it would cost if the repair that was suggested I try myself does not stop the leak. The fact that they would take their time to come out and take a look and then make a suggestion that would save me money and not involve them getting paid makes a very positive impression on me. I will definitely call them when the inevitable time comes where I need a plumbers services in the future.

They were very timely and responsive. They got in touch with me prior to the designated time for the Big Deal. They performed all work included in the Big Deal and did a good job.

Chris was very professional and arrived at the time he said he would. He was very knowledgeable about his profession and did a through job. However, he is lacking in college football knowledge :{) I would recommend this company to anyone. I hope Chris continues his excellent work as I do not think he has a very bright future as a sports annalist.

On moving day, my son-in-law shut off the water to the washer so that it could be loaded on the truck. Unfortunately, the shut-off on the washer kept leaking. We shut off the water to the house and called Eco Plumbers. They arrived within the hour and replaced the valve. They were very professional. They recommended changing out a couple of other older valves, but we decided to only replace the broken one. We did have to pay for emergency services, which raised the price, but it was worth it to be able to use the water. I have used Eco Plumbers in the past, and I really like their "green" philosophy.

He was running late, but they did call to make sure it was ok if he came later,I was going to be home so that was ok. The technician called when he was on his way. He ( Chris ) was very nice and did a good job, the toilet is working great. I will reccomend him and eco plumbers.

Since our leak was not constant, only when the tub was used, we scheduled the work for early on the next day after our call. Our man arrived an hour earlier than scheduled (after he called to let us know he was on his way). Luckily, we were home at the time...lol. He quickly found the source of theleak beneath the tub, cut a hole in to the ceiling of the 1st floor to access the drain fully and replaced it within 90 minutes after he arrived. He was pleasant, professional, and courteous. He cleaned up after his drywall work and left very little evidence of his work (except the hole, of course...we'll have to now find a drywall repair service on Angies List...:) ). Excellent work! We will use this company for all of our plumbing work from this point on.

Have had trouble with a 12 year old toilet flushing. Called Ecoplumbers on Friday because of good rating here. Appointment set for Monday. Technician Ammar arrive right on time. Looked over problem and recommended a new (low water consumption) toilet. I agreed and picked out one. He had to go back to office to pick it up. Returned and installed it. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it professionally. Cleaned up and took old toilet back with him. I was very pleased with the service.

Chris called ahead to let me know he was on the way. We couldn't locate the drain cleanout, so he had to remove the toilet and go in that way. He let me know that this was not the ideal way to do this, but with snow on the ground, finding the cleanout in my back yard was not an option. He got the job done very quickly, and the results are great. He warned me that this might recur and suggested I try to find the outdoor cleanout which I certainly intend to do. He was helpful, courteous and professional. This was the first time I used this company, and I was very impressed.

Eco plumbers were great to work with. Adam, who did the work, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He was right on time when he came out to our house. When he first quoted the work he told us the details of what he recommended and how he would do the work. He reorganized the pipes, which were a cluster-mess, so that our basement looks neat and tidy. He was even really great with our puppy who was determined to play with him:) Overall Adam was a pleasure to work with. We're loving the new tankless system too. It's more expensive than a traditional system but we felt comfortable after looking at a lot of reviews that it would save us in the long run. It's already getting us hot water faster than our old system did and it's nice to not run out of hot water in the middle of a shower. The one that Adam recommended has a very small reserve tank as well which has eliminated the "sandwhich" effect we'd heard others complain about between the time the water in the lines starts and the tankless system kicks in. All in all, great showers!!! The final really great thing I have to say about Eco Plumbers was that the day after the system got installed we found a water puddle in the basement... It was AS we were getting ready to leave to go out of town for Thanksgiving (Thanksgiving Eve, about 6 PM). We called Eco Plumbers who relayed us through their system and had Adam out to our house in about half an hour to check on it. It ended up being totally unrelated to the hot water system-- in fact, it was the furnace... sigh...- but Adam helped diagnose the problem and problem solve what to do next since it was the holiday. Despite getting called out on a holiday eve for something that wasn't even plumbing related he was polite and friendly and took time to help us out. Would definitely call Eco Plumbers again.

Angie's List "Deal of the Day" for new garbage disposal. Technician who came out installed the disposal as requested. I asked him about leakage coming from the discharge line of the sump pump and was told to "caulk it". His explanation seemed sketchy and made me question his competence. We contacted the office the following day and they sent out the Service Manager, Braun Bocook. We explained our concerns and he immediately offered reassurance and scheduled a time to come back to fix the faulty discharge line. Braun was so knowledgeable and helpful, we decided to use their services again.

Braun came out as scheduled, calling ahead as promised (very much appreciated)! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Very patient with all my questions, seemed willing and eager to educate. He also inspected our under sink valves and toilet supply valves at no additional charge. He also looked at our furnace because it was leaking water and was able to provide a referral on the spot. He also found the source of water leakage into our basement crawl space within 5 minutes of inspection. Our builder has been out 3 separate times and said they couldn't find the source of leakage. Thank you, Braun! He obviously went above and beyond and we are thoroughly impressed! We'll never have to look for another plumbing company again!

We had a toilet which was constantly flushing. We bought this deal and requested The Eco Plumbers to come. They came promptly but service required replacement of the flushing system. They did a good job and replace flush kit for all toilets in the home. We paid them directly because mentioned coupon does not apply to this service and advised us to refund the coupon.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was a good experience for me. My husband really likes the company. They were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and clean. They cleaned up after themselves, didn't leave a mess with the water heater and answered all my questions and I did have a few.

Chris Stinson did it again! Ask for him. There is no other plumber that I would have touch my house and the more I learn about ECO PLUMBERS, the more I like them. Their attention to applied technology makes the process sooo much easier. The chick who does the phone for them is pretty cool, too.

They were quick and professional. The installer also pointed out a minor issue with my dishwasher drain setup and corrected it.
