We have a very tricky plumbing situation with geothermal heating and cooling and septic and well. They navigated around all of that with ease. We have found our permanent plumber for all future needs!

My experience with The Eco Plumbers was fantastic. I awoke one morning in January to discover that I had no cold water in either of the upstairs bathrooms however other sinks on the 1 st floor and basement were working perfectly. I figured that the issue was likely a frozen pipe however, as I had just purchased the home, I had no idea exactly where the issue was located. I called The Eco Plumbers that day because they had an overwhelming number of positive reviews on Angie?s List ? now I know why. To add a twist to the story, after I made the same day appointment, I received a call back from the dispatcher indicating that ABC 6 was looking to do a story about frozen pipes that evening. The dispatcher asked if I would be willing to let a reporter from the new station tag along with their crew to which I agreed. Aaron and his team were at my home on time that day when promised. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue and provided tips on how to avoid frozen pipes in the future. The team was very knowledgeable and professional. I even received a follow up call a few days later with an additional option to avoid the issue in the future. I will be calling The Eco Plumbers when I require a plumber in the future.

The price was $700 less than the other highly rated company we've used in the past. The plumber was creative in attaching the drain system significantly saving parts and labor costs. We are switching to this company for our plumbing needs.

Gary West was my technician this morning. The appointment was scheduled for 8-10 am. He called at 8:10 to say he'd be there in a few minutes. He was very courteous and professional. He completed the tune up and fixed an additional issue with the toilet that was not covered under the deal. The price of the additional repair was very affordable compared to other plumbers I've used. I'll use this plumber for all my future repairs.

This is the second job that Chris has done for us and he did a stellar job and helped us to save money by finding an alternative solution for the bathroom drain- avoiding having to cut a hole in the wall for an access panel. Chris explained everything in detail and itemized all of the parts and work. He was on time, freaky fast, tested everything, let me test everything and sent me an electronic copy of the work and warranty. Chris is very professional. Chris came by our house on the 3rd to give us an estimate on some items we needed fixed and then followed me to our rental property to assess the hot water tank. He made recommendations and provided an estimate and indicated that he could start work on Monday. I made arrangements with the renter. Chris was early, which was fine, finished early, estimate was right on and my renter was very pleased with his work, the result and his professionalism. We subsequently used Eco Plumbers for the items in our home.

A pipe burst in a second-floor bathroom under the floor. I called around to few different plumbers and nobody was able to come out for two days, so I scheduled with The Eco Plumbers and installed a couple of cutoff valves myself so that the rest of the building could have water while we waited. Two days later, Gary was on time and gave me a call a half-hour before arriving. Before we started on the ruptured pipe, I had Gary give me some rough estimates on other work I eventually need done around the place and I felt he was very up-front and honest about the cost factors for each project and gave me some pointers to save time and money. When we got to the leaking pipe, Gary started by searching for a way to easily access the area. Unfortunately, it turns out the pipe was below the floor and against an exterior wall in an overhang. We had three choices, make a hole in the ceiling below and reach out the overhang, make a hole in the floor above, through tile, or make a hole in the exterior wall, through stucco and wood, and leave the inner wall exposed until I could get that fixed. Fortunately, Gary was able to make a hole through the tile floor that was completely contained under the sink vanity and so I have not needed to repair the tile. The whole process took about an hour and he had the burst pipe replaced with a plastic pipe. He advised me to insulate the pipes and we turned back on the water and he tightened the two new valves and one old valve that was leaking. Everything worked well at that point and Gary used an iPad to prepare the invoice and accept a credit card on the spot. I felt he was very professional and I would trust him to do more work at our place.

So 3 days before Christmas our basement flooded because our sump pump died in the midst of heavy rains. I had 4" of standing water in my basement and stuff floating everywhere. Our basement is our master bedroom, walk in closets, laundry, and storage, so we needed immediate help. I started making phone calls @ 6:30 pm, mostly getting voicemails and being told I was on a waiting list. I had used Eco Plumbers recently for a Toilet Tune-up Deal so I called them also. I was told I was 3rd in line but they promised to get to me that evening. Other companies called me back during the evening to say it would be the next day, or didn't call at all. Eco Plumbers showed up maybe around 9 pm and had the new unit installed and all the standing water gone in about an hour and a half. The poor guy probably had to change pants and socks after he left our place. We were so thankful for the sense of urgency in their customer service. Even with an extra charge for an after hours weekend call, I felt the price was very reasonable. In actuality, they probably saved us over a thousand dollars because of what we were able to salvage and clean up on our own rather than having to hire a restoration service - solely because they came over so soon after it happened. Eco Plumbers will be my first call from now on whenever we have a plumbing problem, and I love that they are paperless.

Chris was very awesome. He was very patient and explained several times to me the complex nature of the plumbing/sewer drainage lines throughout the house. I would highly recommend his services.

We awoke to water dripping into our kitchen from the bathroom directly above it. After calling a different plumbing company and being told that they likely wouldn't be able to get to us that day, I called The Eco Plumbers; they stood out to me because of the large number of positive reviews they have on Angie's List. When I called the emergency line, I had to leave a message. The recording said I would receive a call back in about 15 minutes, and Aaron called me as advertised. He said they could get to us the same day, and a tech arrived at about 2PM as promised. He was able to tell us that the wax seal around our toilet was broken, and suspected that a clog may have been present in the pipe. Unfortunately, he did not have the equipment to fix that type of issue, so we were re-scheduled for Friday, January 10. Since we have another full bathroom that is in good working order, we accepted that. Chris arrived on Friday afternoon and determined that the section of pipe in question was not clogged, but had frozen; by Friday, the increase in temperature outside had eliminated that issue. Since he was already here, we went ahead and had him install a new wax seal. When my husband asked him about a problem we'd been having with the water pressure in the sink in the same bathroom, Chris showed him how to remove the faucet and clean it out. At the end of the day, we had a fixed toilet and a properly working faucet. Overall, we were really happy with the services provided by The Eco Plumbers. They were able to get us on their list quickly and solve the problem we were having, even though the issue wasn't exactly what they thought initially. Both techs were really friendly and great, despite how many hours they'd been working due to the deep freeze in our area. We'll definitely call them again if we need plumbing work done!

Gary was great. Eco said they would arrive between 2 and 5. Gary called around 3:30 and said he would arrive in 15 minutes, which he did. When he arrived he was super friendly and answered all of my questions regarding plumbing. He was knowledgable having 14 years in the industry.

They were really really busy, with the POLAR VORTEX of 2014 but fit me in on a same day appointment. Called 30 minutes out too, nice touch. Adam came out and helped start to thaw frozen pipes. I followed up with questions and actually spoke with Aaron the owner. Outstanding customer service and very honest about their work. This is the 2nd time I have used the Eco Plumbers and their work is top notch. Columbus is very lucky to have such a good company. If you have any plumbing issues, don't hesitate to call these guys. They are wonderful!

They came immediately and assessed a situation with our water heater. They determined it was functioning properly and did not charge for the visit.

My tenant was there to let him in. I had already installed a new thermocouple the day before and when the water heater didn't stay lit we decided to call for an estimate. My tenant stated the plumber went into the room where the heater is located, stayed in there for about two minutes, and then came out saying it was lit. He followed the directions the side of the heater and it stayed lit. He left a voicemail which I received later and when I called him back he stated that he reset it and that I owe $120. I asked to itemize what he did, he was hard to understand but brought up cleaning some dust off the unit and resetting it. I asked about the free estimate and he said that the services were performed after he could not get in touch with me. I confirmed again with my tenant as to the time duration and he said he wasn't in the room for more than a couple minutes. The invoice has No Data Entered under the Work Performed summary. *Update* I called two days ago and left a voicemail with my contact information and work order number which your voicemail instructed I do. I have yet to receive a call back. I also reached out to my tenant who stated the technician reset the unit to troubleshoot the issue, but when it stayed lit he brushed off the unit and stated that he didn't see an issue at which time he proceeded to call me with the 'free estimate'/bill.

I had called another plumbing service and as this "other" provider had not come to my home, as promised, I called ECO Plumbers at 3pm and the technician completed the repairs in about 30 to 45 minutes. I received a phone call the next day to follow-up and assure the repairs had no problems. Everything was very well.

This is one of the most organized and customrer friendly organizations of any kind with which I have worked. They were consistently friendly and professional. When I called and left a message they consistently returned the call within 15 minutes as promised, even in the face of the recent demand for plumbing services with the freeze and thaw. They have an excellent system in which the customer receives an email with the work order, email updates, an email when the technician is on the way in addition to a phone call, and an instant email detailing the services and the invoice. I wish all businesses of any type were this responsive and professional. I believe we will use them for all of our plumbing needs.

First, I called and was given a 3 hours window of when the plumber would come on the same day, which was great because due to recent freezing temps and high call volumes, other plumbers couldn't even pinpoint what day they would be able to come. He, Gary, actually was able to arrive early and called me ahead of time to make sure I was here. He arrived in uniform, very professional and made sure he covered his shoes while in the house. I described my issue and he gave me an estimate of the initial work he would do to find where my pipes had burst, keeping track of everything on an iPad. I turned on the water, he listened, and within 5 minutes he knew it was in the wall behind my cabinets. He carefully removed my cabinet making sure not to damage it, then made a small hole in the wall and located 2 different bursts in my pipes. He fixed both promptly. There was still water dripping from my ceiling so after some investigating he discovered a 3rd burst and and fixed that as well. As he corrected each problem he let me know what the incremental cost would be and showed me my running total. Before he left he made sure the water was running correctly throughout my house and then cleaned up everything thoroughly. He was here approximately 2.5 hrs. There is minimal damage to my kitchen - I need to replace a large chunk of my ceiling (due to water damage), patch a hole in the wall, and put my cabinet back on the wall. Gary was very nice, professional, and really respectful of my home and the things in it. Good service is rare. I'm impressed.
