The water heater stopped working. Two plumbers came out. First was Adam. He checked the water heater and advised that a new one is needed. I accepted his offer. The second plumber came out and his name was Adam also. Adam # 2 installed the water heater. He was punctual and very courteous. Both were very professional and I would recommend Ecoplumbers to anyone.

It was pricey, but they did a good job.

This went well. Everything went smoothly from scheduling, promptness of the technician and the work. They showed me the televising and explained what was going on while they were rodding. The rodding cleaned out the drain and no additional drain cleaning was needed. I have not had any issues since. I see nothing to improve on.

They were three hours late- no phone call- and when I called them to see if he was actually going to show up, they said, "yeah, he's always late". Uh, how about a phone call to let me know?!? Not personable to the point of rudeness, and wanted to upsell me to a totally new sump system instead of just replacing the float. What a ripoff.

They came out the same day that we called them, which happened to be on a Sunday. He worked for eight hours to replace our water heater for us. He was pleasant, happy and cleaned up after himself.

The drain was cleared, but the technician was unable to inspect the sewer line as listed in the deal (a miscommunication on our part).

Went very well. Work was completed in about an hour |and half. Area was clean when the worker left.

On Jan 7th 2014 I had a frozen pipe in my bathroom that's sharing a wall with my garage. I called Eco Plumbers, Adam came to my house, he was on time and completed his work, but did a very bad job of explaining why he suggestedone of the costliest fix. After my original review the owner called me up and explained me that Adam was a new guy and he expained me in detail why Adam sugested the fix, Hence I am changing my original review to this One, I wish the original guy did a better explanation of the work.

The appointment was easy to make and Gary West showed up as scheduled. He explained all the changes before beginning the work and completed the job within 45 minutes. He even had to trouble shot and solve a problem cause by previous plumber. Very satisfied. Will use Eco Plumbers again.

Following record low temperatures we experienced a significant pipe burst in our basement leading to flooding and no water for several days. We consulted Angie's List to determine the highest rated plumbers who might be able to help us with this issue. They responded promptly despite the major wait lists across the city. A technician (Chris S) arrived as scheduled and quickly and professionally diagnosed the leak and created minimal drywall damage in repairing and refitting the section of the pipe that had burst. He explained in understandable terms the problem and how he fixed it. He provided good prevention tips for future use. Water flow was restored immediately with no future problems despite continued low temperatures. Additionally, when we stated that we located them on Angie's List we were provided a discount and services were provided lower than the original estimate which was also comforting. Although we hope not to require their services, they will be the first we call with any future plumbing issues due to their professionalism and high quality work. Can't thank EcoPlumbers enough!

The service turned out very well. They are very professional and punctual. They are good about putting booties on their feet, they are very clean with the work.

He showed up on time, reviewed the problem, explained he didn't have the correct part, made some calls to find the closest store that had the part, went and got the part, and made the repair.

It was fine. Not sure it was worth the money since I knew the toilets were older but they still work. I basically paid $110 to have someone tell me to buy two new toilets. It was interesting information though.
