It went well. The gentleman who came out was knowledgeable and professional. He installed new washing machine hoses for us as well.

I suppose it went ok----he was as friendly as a stuffed codfish---and we had to Pull info out of him----he was freaked out by our dogs---which we put in the garage----and he was suppose to do a plumbing inspection, but didn't offer. At that point---I just wanted it done and him gone

Unless you can afford to throw out everything that simply needs a little fine tuning and replace it with new items....I wouldn't use this company. They nickle and dime everything!!! I attempted to question what the different charges were and the rep that I spoke with was rude in explaining it....as if I am not allowed to ask why money is being flushed down the toilet?!!

Went well. We were very pleased with the service and installation of a garbage disposal. We used them at a later date for a clogged sink and we're very pleased.

The plumber came, was very courteous, professional, but did not have to do anything invasive. He only needed a screwdriver to look under our dishwasher. He checked the same things my husband and I already checked, visual of the fridge, washer, bathroom, sump pump. Then he went outside to check the dryer vent and concluded that the dryer vent was backed up and causing condensation to accumulate in the basement ceiling/upstairs floors. I appreciate his honesty in reporting this and not having to cut into the dry wall. However, he tried to charge me $189! And that was with a 15% Angie's list discount! He was here for half an hour at the most. I told him what the scheduler told me and then went and looked on the Ecoplumber website. For $189 I could have gotten a new garbage disposal including installation. I was not going to pay that for an estimate, come to find just a minor problem. I then went to a back room and called the home office again and told them what had happened. She told me if they do not find anything then there is a service fee of $75. That to me sound more acceptable and in line with what other services charge for a house call estimate. Seeing some previous reviews, I see some were charged only $59. I don't doubt that this plumber was good, however, I don't like being taken for a sucker. Be sure you know clearly what will be charged!

Arrived on time and completed work in about an hour. God work and neat.

This was my first time using Eco-Plumbers. I received same day service which was wonderful! Chris was sent to my home and he was very professional. He explained what he was doing and gave me several very useful tips! I will be calling again for my other toilets and any other plumbing related maintenance needs.

Spigot had broken. The plumber, Gary, searched the web for a match, and went to a couple of suppliers to find it since it is an unusual part. He found a supplier able to provide it, ordered it, put his charges on hold while we waited for the part (which had to be fabricated), then came back and installed it very quickly. Friendly and helpful.

The service turned out good and it was worth the $59 dollars I spent. He did a great job on the toilet tune up. The technician was polite and scheduling was okay. They did have to re-schedule because there was so many people that had frozen pipes they had to get to first.

They were on time and very professional. The techs were neat and cleaned their work area. I would definitely use them Ajani.

Fine. What I really appreciated was his down-to-earth assessment of our quite old toilet, what would likely happen to it, and his advice about how to deal with it (options for prolonging its life, but also a recommendation of where to stop). I had also asked for a drain snake; he looked, said it wasn't plugged beyond the catch, and suggested a cheap gadget we could use to clean it ourselves in the future.

They did a great job. I did have to pay a little more than I anticipated which my only complaint is. Scheduling went well and they were on time for the appointment. The technician was clean and professional.

Awesome experience! Came home on a Friday evening to find a broken sump pump and a basement full of water. Called and left message and got call back within 15 minutes. Was told service would be there within 2 hours. One hour later got a call that they would be there in 20-30 minutes which they were. Their employee handed me a business card when I answered the door! An awesome touch that I have never experienced before in 25 years of home ownership. He was polite and quickly fixed the problem. Even noticed that the drain from the sump on the outside of the house had separated and fixed this as well. And their after hours service charge was $15 less than the competitor that I called. I will always use them for any plumbing needs I might have.

The first visit was unsuccessful but they were very prompt with their follow up. They sent another tech who resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the service.

This was a stop gap repair. They did what they said they would do.

The hot water heater works much better since it was flushed, but now it leaks uncontrollably. Probably not the plumber's fault. He knew his business, but spent nearly his entire time trying to sell me water filtration systems, toilets, and hot water heaters. He didm' t have his basic science down very well. It felt very uncomfortable and I will not use Eco again for this reason. His price quotes were VERY high and I'll keep looking for my routine plumbing needs.

They scheduled very quickly and came out within a week of my purchasing the deal. The technician called prior to coming and he was able to come earlier than the scheduled time, which worked out well for me. It was awkward when he was there because they had replaced my hot water heater about a year ago, but he kept telling me they hadn't. The technician stated there was record of a service, but not the replacement of the hot water heater. I thought it was odd that he disagreed with me a couple times. But he did what he needed to do and completed the service for me. Overall the experience was ok. It was just a little awkward to have someone disagree with me when I was the one that called for the installation of the hot water heater. When they installed the hot water heater, we had a fantastic experience with them. I would still use them again.

Only my wife was present when the Technician arrived. He did some tests and some diagnostics and came to the conclusion that the whole unit needed replaced. My wife had him call me while he was on site. I feel that the answers I were given were somewhat bogus. He said that the whole "gas box" unit was probably bad. I asked why I could light the pilot, and I was told that when you push the pilot button it applies more pressure to the gas flowing through. Really? Also, once one fails the other one will fail too. Really? The solution was a replacement - with a recommendation on a tankless version. I called a different company to come out for a second opinion. For less than $200 the unit including the thermocoupling was replaced and warranted for a year and it seems to be working great.

Employee was in house one minute when the sales pitch began. Ten minutes on why I needed new toilet rather than replace the faulty valve. Finally he repaired faulty valve. I thought the price was way out of line at $219. They were there for their five point tune up. Don't think any of the items on that list were performed. Left with a toilet that now overflows. After the work completed more sales pitch...pushing four thousand dollar water softener. Now have to bring in another plumber to correct the defective work.

The company gave us several selections of water heaters. they were able to offer prices that compared the differences in the products they had to offer. The installers called to say when they would be arriving. They arrived and spent 4 hours replacing my old water heater, installed new venting for the new water heater. Plumbing from the removal of the old softner system was replumbed and they hauled away everything. They were nice and courteous. The men cleaned up and gave me instructions on caring for it. There is a 1 year warranty with Eco Plumbers and a manufacturers warranty too. It has worked perfectly since the install and we are very happy with the job Eco Plumbers did.

I called this provider, who claimed they installed residential gas lines, when my regular gas line contractor, Specialty Gas, was booked up for over a month. This provider told me they'd charge me $75 for an estimate, which I agreed to pay, thinking the price would be close to what I had paid in the past with Specialty Gas. Well, this provider came out and quoted me over $800 to install a gas line!! The work was relatively easy since the lower level under the kitchen was open and unobstructed, with a gas line to tap from very close. It was clear they didn't want to do the work! They took my $75 and left a mess in my lower level - rips in the insulation and left it dirty and insulation on the floor. I then proceeded to schedule and wait for Specialty Gas - they did the work professionally and quickly for their minimum $300 charge.

The repairs were made and I am very happy.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went fine. One guy came in, did the work the whole time, and he was early. There was no extra charge. I'm normally working from home at least one day a week and I think I was able to arrange it with no problem. The Angie's List price was a good deal. I don't have any complaints with the quality. He was excellent in his responsiveness.

This is our second experience with Eco Plumbing. My first review seems to have disappeared but without fail, they call to remind you they are coming the day before service is provided, the service provider himself actually calls on his way to your home, they are punctual, professional, focused on the job they are to do & will inspect other areas for you without more cost. Ironically, they spotted a major issue needing to be addressed. We had them perform some extra work while they were on the premises at increased cost, of course. They offer discounts for Angie's List customers if it isn't one of the Deals of the Day plus we got a military discount. We feel secure that the service they provide is high quality & most importantly, we trust them. We highly recommend Eco.

He was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will use in the future!
