He was very good at what he does, plumbing.

He came in and flushed the water heater. The deal had said they would do a number of other things. He said that since I had not specifically asked for the other things they would not do them. He did answer a question that I had. I could tell that he was in hurry to flush the water heater and get out.

It wasn't too bad with Eco Plumbers. I had to fix a few things after they left, nothing really big. I had to redo some of the work around the toilet, but it wasn't big enought to call them. It was just running and I had to adjust it. It wasn't a real great deal but it wasn't unreasonable either. I probably wouldn't use them again.

They came on the same day and the problem that we identified, he could not find. Whatever he was supposed to do with the five-point toilet tune up, he did. My husband was so sad that he thought he was trying sell him plumbing.

They sent a man named Gary. He came within the time frame, but the estimate was very sobering and wasn't what I expected for services rendered. I told him I was going to look around for other providers, and he was ok with that. Gary was wonderful, he knows what he is doing and what he is talking about. He's honest, knowledgeable, straightforward, knows what he is doing, and he knows different ways to approach a problem. I would highly suggest his services.

I used a prepaid deal on the purchase. It went great. Jeff was polite, on time and thorough. Highly recommend!!

Went fine. Since they did not need to drill through brick, refunded the brick charging part of the install.

Everything went great. Braun came to our home and explained what they could do. A location was selected for the new tankless water heater, an estimate was emailed, and an appointment was scheduled. The plumber (?Andy) arrived right on schedule and worked all day to remove our old heater and plumb and install the new one. The basement was spotless after he was finished and we are very pleased with our heater.

I hired Eco plumbers on Thursday Jan 23 to install a new connection for a water meter at the house of a close friend whose water had been turned off for a week, and who turned to me for help. There was an urgent need to fix the problem right away. I called about 10 companies, but Eco plumbers was the first to say they could visit the house and give an estimate. They did so on Thursday Jan 24th, providing an estimate of $619.90, after an Angie?s List discount of 15%. I agreed to this, and Eco plumbers installed the required repairs on Saturday Jan. 25. My friend had been without water for a week, so we had to go with Eco plumbers since they were the only company available to do the job right away. I have no complaints about any aspects of the service that Eco plumbers provided, except the cost. They were courteous, prompt to respond, and they came during the time period they promised. In addition, they gave me the Angie?s List discount, and they waived their $75 fee for coming out on a Saturday. My issue with them has to do with their charges for labor and parts. First, the technician completed the repairs in less than an hour (40 minutes according to my friend, who was present at the house). The estimate they had given me stated that there was a minimum fee of $260 for the first hour for replacement of the service stop. In addition, there was another charge of $99 for ?additional labor?. When I was asked to pay the bill immediately on completion of the job, the technician informed me that the $99 charge was for the time it took them to purchase the parts for the job. There was NO mention of this cost on the estimate they provided. In fact, I was told by the technician who made out the estimate that the charge was for extra time to do the repairs, if needed, since he thought the job would take 2 hours. Second, they charged me $180 for the parts, but when I e-mailed them, they wouldn't say how much they actually paid for them. They asked whether I would ever ask Kroger how much they paid for things they sold to their customers. In all my experience, the plumbers I have hired have always told me exactly what they paid for parts, and charged me only what they paid. Third, they charged me an additional $85 "standard plumbing fee." They could not explain what that was for. I've never had to pay any plumber a fee like this. I guess the fact that they waived their $75 fee for coming out on a Saturday makes up for that! To sum up, they did a very good job, but they charge too much. Maybe other customers won't mind paying excessive charges for their work, but not me. Other plumbers provide the same excellent service at a lower and more reasonable price.

Arrived on time and courteous. Removed old toilet and installed new toilet. We've had them do many things at at home such as pipe repair and garbage disposal installation, and prices are no higher than I have experienced with other plumbers. I'm very happy with the Niagara Stealth. It is ultra low-flow, but actually has a much stronger flush than the old toilet it replaced and even a better flush than a newer toilet in our home. It never clogs, which was the problem with the previous toilet. I was concerned about parts because it is flapperless, but the toilet has a 10-year parts warranty and online it looks like the parts can be had for around $20. Will continue to use EcoPlumbers. They are always courteous and on-time.

They were really good. I worked with Gary West and I have their business card right here - I even wrote "GREAT PLUMBER" on the card. He was really good. Out of every company I've used from Angie's List, they're the best! Gary was really nice and he went out of his way to help me - at no extra charge. He also gave me some tips, as well.

Staff were very thorough with reviewing all of the sinks, drains, and valves (both inside and outside). He gave clear feedback about the condition of the equipment. The water tank flush included a discussion of the merits of a tankless water heater. This was at my request, not as a pressured sales pitch.

This poor man had to crawl into a very small space to repair (and eventually replace) frozen pipes. Because of all of the repairs that had been done over the years it was necessary to replace the lines. After the initial work we turned on the water and there were additional breaks further under the floor. So he started over again. He never once lost his temper or his good attitude although I don't know how. The appointment started around 5 and he left around 9:30 and returned the next morning to finish the job. Rehabbing the toilet was necessary since the flapper was leaking. This is a toilet that is around 6 years old, high efficiency. The flapper was difficult to find a replacement part for and the Eco Plumber group has returned several times, each time with a different flapper. (The company who manufactured the toilet has discontinued the toilet and its' parts). Eco Plumber has gone out of its way to find and order the right flapper. A word to the wise. When having a new toilet installed be sure to question how long parts might be available for the toilet (The toilet was installed by a different Plumber).

Chris arrived on time and was very polite. Fixed one toilet an replaced a part and also checked another one and got it working properly.

.Gary and Dan arrived promptly and were very respectful of my hardwood floors. (This is a big one for me!) They were so professional and explained the work they were doing as they went along. They even gave me a tip or two that I can use myself to care for my plumbing.

Very responsive and accomodating with the multiple rescheduling's due to countertop fabrication/installation delays. Garbage disposal installation was fine. Gas cooktop required a return trip due to subsequent gas leak -which they responded to very timely and effectively. Very polite and professional. Great service. Labor price was high for the services performed.

It went very good. They put in what's in the deal and take 35 extra dollars. I very much like them and I will use their services for additional and more work. Their price was not cheap but reasonable and they were here when they said they'd be.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. The Big Deal was for $59 and the final bill was in excess of $200. They were attentive, but I think I was overcharged. All they did was deduct the $59 I paid Angie's List from the total bill, such that I had no savings at all.
