Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Eco Plumbers were prompt and helpful. They also applied my coupon toward the cost even though it was an emergency situation. It did take 3 trips and a referral to another company to fix the problem.. I felt they did a quality job but I have used a local plumber since that time since Eco Plumbers are on the south side of Columbus and we live north of Columbus.

They did a great job. Very professional and quick service. I was able to schedule online and had a return phone call with an appointment within the hour. I would definitely use again.

We were very impressed with this provider. The plumber appeared to be quite efficient making quick work of the slow running drain. He was not rattled by our additional requests. When he did not have sufficient parts to replace the sink stoppers, he went to a local store and purchased them. He did not charge for the additional time this errand added to the job.

3/29 ? 1st clog. $29 Lowes. Bought a manual snake. Couldn?t get it to work. $44.08. Rented electric snake from Sunbelt. $50.00. Roto Rotor came out. Since I had the snake he just supervised while I did the work. Drain cleared. 4/7 ? 2nd clog $29.03. Rented electric snake from Sunbelt (4 hours) $13.95 ? Lowes - Root killer $200.00 ? D&D Plumbing. Snaked line twice. 4/21-3rd clog Guaranteed Work. D&D plumbing snaked line with ?revolutionary head? 4/25-4th clog D&D Argued with me. They can go F themselves. 4/28 - Called Eco Plumbers. The pipe started leaking the very night Eco plumber fixed the leak. Cameback and charged me again saying it was a different leak. The next day I receive a picture from tenant showing me massive amount of water under the sink. I Called a different plumber who fixed the leak and said the leak was not caused by any of the things Eco plumber claimed to be the cause. Called them and spoke to manager who said he was sorry and he would refund me my money. I have made three calls to them since January asking when they will refund me. They would never put be through to the manager and he has never returned my calls. HE NEVER REFUNDED ME. Poor customer service. Not honest with me. Will not use or recommend

They were very polite and prompt. They knew exactly what they needed to do and did it. He first looked at the drain at the street and removed some things and then started flushing the drain. Two people came out. It only took them about 45 minutes to fix the problem. We have used them in the past and they have always done a really good job. When we need a plumber they are who we call, fortunately we haven't needed to call them a lot. Their professionalism stands out. They are very mannerly, friendly, and are there when they say; all of the things that you want from a service person.

They came out and gave me a quote, but couldn't do the work that I wanted them to do. They were professional at our appointment, however. We're looking at putting in a tankless water heater in, and I've been working with them on that.

I had to reschedule my appointment with Eco to the next day as the kitchen installers moved their installation date by 1 day. When they showed up, I was charged an extra $25 (or $30 -- don't remember the exact $$) for the shoe covers they used and for the wash cloths. Fact is I never had anyone charge me extra for these items and more interesting fact is that they never had to use the towel (or wash cloth).. there were simply no spills.. On top of all this, the guy who showed up was simply arrogant and said this is how they do the business.. I would NOT recommend or use Eco again. Thanks.

Technician Chris checked both toilet tanks for leakage, found that the master bath only leaked, replaced it. Offered to do the second one for a much lesser price. I told him to go ahead. He showed me the end result by flushing several times. He then showed me the breakdown of the bill, and pointed out the warranty. All in all a very favorable experience.

I needed the service in a rush. They managed to come out within 2 days! Chris, the installer, is so friendly, helpful, professional and even remembered another job that he did in our home and asked about it! The bathroom looks great, by the way, and everything works!!!!!!

It went great! Dan showed up promptly, talked over fees with us first, gave us an Angie's list discount and got to work! He was very careful to cover his shoes and the wheels of the rooter in our house and talked me through the work he was doing as well as the results. He finished, cleaned up, and gave some recommendations as a new home buyer. What a great experience! Dan was a real MVP for us.

Plumber called before arrived advising me it would be 30min before he arrived. Arrived in the prearranged time that we scheduled. Friendly, professional and quickly identified the issue. Was tidy and protected areas around sink so there would be no damage from his work. Explained charges fully before and after work was completed. Overall very good experience. The only issue I had was that when you call their phone number you get a phone service that takes your information. If you miss the follow up call from the Columbus provider and you call back you get directed back to the phone service. I actually set up my appointment online and had no trouble with that.

I've used this company in the past and they were great. Unfortunately, I just encountered a worker who was not skilled in the area that I needed service for and he was a little rude. In contrast the office and other staff that I'd dealt with in the past were always professional and helpful.

Andy came out and performed the job well. He was careful about not dirtying upper level of the house. He was friendly and informative. He had difficulty getting new tank into basement. We have a two landings on the basement steps, not a good design. He had a power assist dolly that he could not use. He eased the tank to the basement by himself. The basement area was left neat and clean with no parts of pieces left behind. Eco Plumbers slotted us in very quickly since when the estimator came out he felt the tank was in immediate danger of a full rupture.

My water heater was not working properly so I agreed for the first available appointment which was later the same day. I agreed to the $75 after hours fee. Several hours later Adam called to see if I would be home earlier than the original time because he was in the neighborhood. He was polite and professional when he arrived with a co worker that I can't remember his name. He evaluated the water heater and explained what he thought had happened. Of course it was working fine while they were here. As he was leaving he told me there wouldn't be a charge. I told Adam I would pay him if he would tighten a leaky pipe for me in my bathroom. He agreed to look at it. It was a quick fix so he didn't charge me! I would highly recommend this company and I will gladly give them my business the next time.

They installed new kitchen sink faucet. Everything went well and looks great!

The technician from Eco Plumbers first asked if I had had the water heater flushed before. I told him I had not. He advised that to perform the service now would likely cause it to break because of the sediment buildup, and to call in the future if either I lacked hot water or I noticed a leak. I greatly appreciated his honesty and integrity!

Overall, the responsivenes of Eco was great. However, they are way overpriced. I needed this job done quick so I didn't have time to shop around for price. The parts they used to replace my drain trap were standard parts. I've done small plumbing jobs myself, so I know these parts were not very expensive. They were here less than an hour and somehow the bill was $400+. I think they did a good job, but, next time I will be much more price conscious.

It was a recommendation from Angie's List. They did a great job. They were prompt, clean and very easy to talk to. They're responsive, they care and they are dependable.

We had concerns about a small leak from our water heater. Eco Plumbers set the appointment and arrived in less than an hour from the time I called. This was partly luck, of course, but they always make this kind of effort. As soon as the plumber looked at the unit, he knew how old it was and how close to total failure. I was very impressed by their system of starting with an evaluation then having a special driver bring large equipment to the house if it's needed. This seems like a very economical way to manage their fleet of service trucks. The plumber kept me completely informed of what needed to be done and how he would do it. He worked very efficiently and with a good sense of humor. He showed great concern for any breakables that might be touched by the new or old unit being moved in and out of the basement. After finishing the installation, he showed me how the gas pilot works and explained the process for the required city inspection of the installation. Next he asked if we had any concerns about slow drains. We said we didn't but he explained the best way to handle them in the future. Then he asked if he had a sump pump. When we said yes, he asked to inspect it. It turned out to be long dead. He had new ones on his truck and could install one at a discount and without the cost of a separate call. This is the second time Eco Plumbers has come quickly to avert a water disaster for us. We were satisfied with our previous provider, but are now very loyal Eco Plumbers customers due to remarkably high level service, knowledge, timeliness and emphasis on ecologically focused solutions.

Job was completed per our request for a 6 inch cutter. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable about the work. The camera was broken during the initial appt., but they called when it was fixed and came back to the house at my convenience. They did a great job.
