Purchased an Angies List deal for complete home inspection and water heater flush. Calling to schedule an appt. was a breeze. They gave me a three hour window on the day of the appt when to expect the technician to arrive. Chris arrived within that window and called 30 minutes prior to arriving at my door. He did a complete and thorough job inspecting all the plumbuing and drains inside and out of my home. He flushed examined the water heater and discoverd a faulty pressure/relief valve and replaced the part that day. Chirs was extremely knowledgable and proffesional as he went thru my entire house checking the plumbing . I would definately use ECO Plumbers and Chris again. Thanks for the MVP service.

Did a great job. Discussed options and helped me make a decision that was best for me. Removed old hot water tank and replaced. They were done in no time. Excellent job!!

Everything was great as usual. When the cause of the blockage was not readily apparent Dan kept at it until he found the issue (grass roots growing into the end of the drainpipe). It took maybe 2 hours and has worked perfectly since. He also went one step further and recommended maintenance that would prevent the problem reoccuring.

This is a revised review. I initially rated Eco Plumbers low after they failed to show (or call) for my scheduled appointment. However, the company addressed this mistake in a beyond-professional manner. Upon seeing my review, I was immediately contacted via email and a personal phone call from the company's management to apologize. Their effort was sincere and appreciated. I agreed to let Eco Plumbers get a second chance. Their service manager arrived the next day at our scheduled time to replace the dripping shut-off. He was very professional, provided a prompt estimate, and worked very quickly. I commend Aaron and Eco Plumbers for their handling of this situation. Mistakes happen, however they demonstrated that you can overcome them and provide a good experience.

They came to our house and did a walk through. The work we needed to have done was beyond the tune up. At their recommendation we did not have the tune up and had the deal refunded. They were honest and informative.

The company responded quickly to my call for service and they were able to send someone to do the job two days after the initial call. He arrived at the designated time and worked for about an hour and a half to locate and repair each of the three leaks. After locating each leak, he used the proper equipment to check for pressure drops in the line and continued to locate and repair leaks until all had been found. We were able to have the gas company come later that day and return service.

When something breaks I am incredibly inpatient and want things fixed right away! In a complete panic we called The Eco Plumbers and Chris came to our home that Saturday, attempted his best to fix our water heater. Unfortunately after almost 9 years, the water heater was no longer fixable. Chris provided us with options and gave us the best bang for our buck. Not only did he work with us on getting a new water heater in as quickly as possible with the best price, he made sure that it was sent to our home by that up coming Monday. He again, was prompt, efficient and incredibly friendly. I felt comfortable with him in my home and trusted that he would do the best work. Moving forward we will only work with The Eco Plumbers!

My house is 90 years old so you can imagine the plumbing problems that come up. MPV steered me away from trying to repair old galvanized pipe. We agreed on the replacement of both hot and cold valves under the sink since it appeared the other might be close to failing. At some point I intend to do some major upgrades to the plumbing in the basement and I certainly would use this company again but specifically asking for MVP

.Technicians Dan & Tim were awesome. I would rate this co. A++ and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Braun was very helpful. He brought over a book so I could look at different models of bathtubs and surrounds. He suggested a water saving push button toilet (we love it). Dan, Adam, Braun, Jim and Adam(2nd) were very friendly and they did a very good job. They got the job done promptly. They clean up well, and did not work messy at all. They are very professional. As they were leaving, Jim saw my sump pump and I told him it was 30 years old. Jim took time to test it to see if it was working and found it did not. So, they replaced it before leaving. When they took the bathtub out and saw mold damage, they were able to recommend someone.. I like that I didn't have to hunt for someone. I rate them MVP (most valuable plumbers).

Adam was very knowledgeable, professional and completed the work, promptly. He replaced the old toilet with a new one as the prior was not functioning well. The water line leading from the tank was also faulty and needed to be replaced. He replaced the line and suggested I could replace the tub faucet because the diverter was corroded and needed to be replaced and it was an easy fix. Unfortunately, I had to call again as water was beading around the line connected to the tank. I did replace the tub faucet but, it didn't work as I thought it would. I called and set an appointment for a technician. I completely trust this company to do the right thing. For this reason, I have and will call them back.

Very speedy response. Great service. Was disappointed I couldn't get the Angie's List special price on garbage disposal, but happy they could fix it as quickly as they die. Apparently I should have bought that before I contacted them, and then I would qualify. That wasn't very clear, but no arguments since I was back up and running in no time.

We wanted to upgrade our garbage disposal, but were told he wasn't sure if he could do that. We pointed out that the offer stated we could. He went back to the office, brought back an upgraded garbage disposal and installed it for us.

We looked at Angie's List for a plumber after discovering a large pocket of water on the downstairs ceiling. It signified a leak somewhere in the house. We placed calls to three different companies which indicated that they did Emergency Service. The Eco Plumbers responded first, after which we received one other response. We explained the problem, as we saw it, and were told someone would come between Noon and 3:00pm. A later call from them alerted us to an earlier arrival time. Adam arrived promptly and went right to work to find the issue. He quickly determined that we had an upstairs toilet that probably had a bad gasket. After a couple of hours, the toilet gasket had been replaced, the toilet reset, and the area completely cleaned. Adam made recommendations and thoroughly explained what he'd done. He was friendly, respectful and professional in dealing with us. The cost to repair the toilet reflected charges for Holiday Service. We felt it was fair. We will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs we have.

Everyone from the scheduling girl to the installer were amazing and very professional. They were on time and everything was done professionally. The installer was great and he answered all my questions. He cleaned everything up just great! I can't say enough about this company. This is the plumber I would call again and also refer to neighbors and friends.

Called at 8:15 am and tech called about 1 hour later to see if he could come earlier than scheduled appointment time of 2 = 5 pm The tech, Adam Kennedy arrived shortly after that. He was clean, put down carpet, shoe covers, and went up to evaluate the problem. He offered two options, one just replacing the defective gasket and repairing the rest , or simply replacing the whole mechanism. The price difference was not that great but appreciated the option. He honored the Angies list discount. The work was done promptly, he cleaned up and it is fixed.

It was outstanding. We had a little problem where one of our downspout goes into our home drainage system and apparently a root had grown into the drainage pipe so it wasn't draining correctly and everything is kind of backing up so he came out and took a look at it. With them, I did have to spend a little more extra because they basically had to dig up the pipe and then re-lay another one down and do all that kind of stuff. Since then, we haven't had any problems with it so again, they did a great job.

(I bought the Big Deal for a toilet tune-up, knowing that I probably needed more work done. The plumber explained that it would not be much more to replace the toilets than to fix them (plumbing is circa 1986). I had a gut feeling that that was the case. We decided to replace the toilets. He also looked at two leaking sinks and we decided to replace the faucets and drains in each. He replaced at outside faucet that has been leaking for a long time. The work was done quietly and efficiently. The plumber had the parts he needed delivered to my house and while he was waiting he did the valve replacements. Our water was only off for about 20 minutes. We have two really nice, new toilets and the faucets are all great. The bathroom faucets are Moen. We used Eco Plumbers once before when our sump pump died. They came out at that time on a Sunday and only charged $45 for the service call. We were so grateful, because very few plumbers will come on a Sunday and most charge a service fee that is hourly for after hours calls. They replaced the sump pump (which was very old) for a reasonable price and did the work efficiently and quickly. We would definitely recommend them and we will use them in the future.

Dan was on time...Friendly and professional... He provided great service and was very honest. He gave a great discount!! He also provided a great eco-friendly solution to avoid this issue in the future.

Everything turned out well. The plumber showed up on time, did thorough and quality work, and cleaned up after himself. Ultimately, it was a good experience.

We have used Eco Plumbers before and every time they have been responsive, professional and respectful of our home. This last time we came home from vacation to a broken water tank that left a pile of water on our floor. I immediately called Eco Plumbers and Chris came out the next day, assessed everything that I wanted him to and scheduled me for first thing the following day to replace the water heater and a toilet that we were constantly having issues with! I feel like they are becoming my "go-to" plumber. *MVP*

Toilet was flushing but flapper not closing completely -- a common problem, I thought, and an easy repair. I called Eco Plumbers. The technician was polite but did not inspire confidence. In fact, I was worried that he didn't actually know anything about the toilet " tune - up" he was performing. He suggested that my system needed additional work, but I insisted he only do the job I contracted him for. Well, he did fix the original problem but left me with a toilet that emptied it's bowl twice with each single flush. Weird. And wasteful.

They did a fantastic job and I would use them again in the future. Chris was excellent. He was very neat and effective.

My review actually starts 2 years ago. We'd only been in our new home for 10 days and the water heater broke. AND it was Memorial Day weekend! We called every local plumber in the book, to no avail, until we reached The Eco Plumbers. Although there was an extra charge for a holiday weekend, they came to the rescue! The technician showed up a few hours later and 3 hours after that we had hot water and could finally take our showers. (Cost $1,026) Fast forward to June 5th, 2014 and AGAIN, no hot water. I called at 10am and although they had a full schedule for the day, Adam the technician showed up at 5. After 20 minutes of trouble shooting, including several calls to his supervisor, Braun, it was determined the gas control valve needed to be replaced. Adam ran out to get the part and returned within 45 minutes. He installed the necessary part, everything looked good and by the time he left the water was warming up! He left at 6:30. An hour went by, and still no hot water. I called again and spoke to Braun, who then sent Adam back out to trouble shoot the problem. It was baffling to us all why a two year old water heater had gone bad, and of course, it was no longer under warranty. I felt awful for Adam, as it was almost 9 pm and still no hot water. Again, he called Braun, and to his credit he called the manufacturer and convinced him to honor the water heater warranty (even though it had expired) and replace it with a new unit, which is exactly what happened. Adam showed up the following day and installed our new water heater, followed by Braun to ensure that we were happy customers and neither of them left until the hot water was flowing! (Cost $249) While here, Braun gave me a quote on a whole house water conditioning system called Halo 5, a SALT FREE system that would alleviate carrying 40 lb. bags of salt down to the basement. I'd explained to him that the water softener we had was drying out our skin, burning our eyes in the shower and tasted awful, causing us to buy bottled water for drinking and cooking. Well, after doing some research on-line, it was a no brainer! One week later, on Friday the 13th, Braun returned with Dan in toe to install the Halo 5. In just 3 days, I could feel the difference in my hair and skin after a shower and I couldn't be more grateful! ($3,115) In short, The Eco Plumbers are the MVP'S (MOST VALUABLE PLUMBERS) in my book! Adam, Braun, and Dan were the best, most professional plumbers I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I'm in my late 50's! BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!!!
