Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Chris called ahead to let us know he was on the way. He arrived in the block of time that we given. He was very informative and efficient and a very neat worker. He was able get all of the requested work completed. He had all the tools and materials he needed and did a great job. I asked Chris to give me an estimate on some upgrades to lower level shower stall and he took some pictures and will be getting back with me on ideas and costs. I would definitely call Eco Plumbers again and I would request Chris. He represents the company very well and is and Eco Plumbers MVP.

Good person. Told us that what we had was 0.5 HP and the deal was for 0.33 HP. So, I had to pay extra. He did his job and left. No unnecessary chatter. Was respectful.

It was fine. We had some issues in regards to pricing and the deal that they had wasn't exactly what we needed and we had to pay more money for it and that didn't make us happy at all. I don't think that's the route we're going to take in the future. He quoted us something less and we had to pay more for it. $165 was the price of what we paid but we ended up having to pay more. The one they had for the "Big Deal" was like a cheap one and we don't work like that. What I would have rather done is call the company directly, get a price quote because they probably would have quoted me the same exact price of what we actually wanted as opposed to the deal that we got on Angie's List. It was okay. The work was okay.

Very well. Eco Plumbers provided status every step of the way, from booking, to plumber's arrival, a detailed overview of the pricing and service to be performed, and then invoice. They respect the Eco part of the name and were paperless in the process which was great to see. The plumber was very personable, helpful, and diligent in doing the work. Further, I was ecstatic at how quickly (same day) they were able to accommodate me in their schedule. I'd definitely use them again.

Plumber was on time and very professional. Replaced the hose bib in a reasonable amount of time and reviewed what he did with me.

We are loyal customers of EcoPlumbers since we moved into our 100 year old home almost 2 years ago. They have helped us from the mundane to the complicated. They are very responsive and on this most recent project completely rearranged their schedule to help us in an emergency that couldn't wait. We had 100 year old pipe crack somewhere behind the wall in our hallway and leak into our basement. It was a messy job and included going through drywall to get to the pipe, but they did it quickly, cleanly and left a panel instead of a hole so it's not too unsightly until we can replace the drywall. We're having Tim and his team come back in a couple of weeks to replace all the old pipe in the house. Highly recommended!

My experience was good. Scheduling the appointment was easy. There was one person here doing the work.

First time out they cleaned the drain; however, the camera the plumber had was too large for the drain. So they set up another time that was convenient and came out with the smaller camera. The camera showed a small dip in the drain which probably explains why it needs cleaned out occasionally. I understand from elsewhere, that small dips are not uncommon and are in some circles thought of as a feature. Price was right and service was exactly as advertised for the Angie's coupon. Plumber was pleasant, courteous, and professional.

The service and professionalism was wonderful. I would definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs we would have come up.

The technician (Adam Kennedy) showed up on time and inspected and repaired a couple leaks (really just drips) that we're driving us crazy and causing me some concern. He was very knowledgeable and professional and fixed all our concerns in less than a couple hours. We were very happy with the service provided which was done at a very reasonable price and will continue to use the ecoplumbers in the future.

They have been out and were very punctual and professional. But it turns out that the deals are not what I was needed from them. For example; the tune up doesn't fix what I was needing in the toilet.

It went very well! Chris, the technician with Eco Plumbers came to the house and diagnosed a complicated situation. He took it upon himself to make it his personal mission to fix the problem. Many would have walked away but he persisted and freed the drain. He worked very hard in a cramped space and it was a very hot day. We felt we really made out having him do the work! They were professional and had a Ipad to communicate with the office on timing, estimate and billing. We were pleased with it all!

Dan was very friendly and professional and he was punctual. His first visit was to try to clear the lines and if not clear estimate where the lines were blocked. I knew there was blockage somewhere in one line because the rain water was coming in the little basement window near the drain for the downspout on the house. He estimated the work as to price and location of blockage. The other line on the other side of the house were also inspected and found to be clear. The end of that drain was below ground because it had sunk due to time and needed to be raised back to ground level. He also suggested using a drainage line that would spread the water underground and not just at the end to the line. Unfortunately, I can't remember what that line was technically called but I remember what the purpose was of the underground drainage line. All the work was done expertly and proficiently. They were great to work with and they have cleaned and estimated the work that needs to be done at our primary residence.

The plumber was really nice and explained everything to me. He was punctual and polite. I think his name was Braun.

I received a return phone call just a few minutes after contacting Eco Plumbers. They were able to give me a window between 12-3 the same day and the technician was here in that window. Chris greeted me with a handshake, gave me his card, put shoe covers on, checked the problems, gave me an estimate and went to work. All of the work was explained to me, and the areas were cleaned up very nicely. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Professional and competent from the time they walked into the house until the work area was cleaned and tidied. Today they cleaned two sluggish drains and attached old galvanized pipes, one drain in the kitchen and the other in the laundry area. Both jobs were straightforward and the team worked efficiently. I look forward to maintaining those drains with an environment- friendly drain maintence product Ecoplumbers carries. The price was fair. They have done work here before and I have confidence in the company. MVP
