Great. He was very professional and punctual.

We purchased an Angies List deal for a toilet tune-up. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and ended up repairing our flush mechanism rather than installing a new one. He then spent quite a bit of time with me discussing high-efficiency toilet and tankless water tank/heater options for our home. I got the sense he was using the deal we bought as a way to make an additional, larger sale. The systems sounded great, but were a much greater investment/purchase than I was prepared to make that day. He followed up the visit with quotes for the various items he discussed, which I thought was helpful -- and good salesmanship. I would definitely call Eco-Plumbers for future maintenace needs, or when/if we decide to make additional plumbing efficiency upgrades/purchases.

The service provided was good, and he was able to fix a worn-out seal successfully. What made my experience less than positive was the fact that the technician kept trying to get me to spend more money; first he encouraged me to purchase a new toilet for $400+ dollars, and when I said that wasn't possible, he tried to sell me a drain treatment solution for $50. When I declined both of these options, he was went ahead and fixed the toilet and completed the call very professionally. I just didn't like the fact that he used the big deal to try and sell me on unnecessary items.

Adam did a great job. The line was extended from our existing gas line from the hot water tank to where the gas line needed to be near the new dryer. The materials used are of good quality. The line was then routed in the ceiling of the basement in a good spot for when we do eventually decide to finish the drop ceiling. The line was also mounted to the wall for stability (and I assume code necessities). Adam was careful with protecting our carpet and hardwood floors by using booties and a mat. Checkout was seamless with the iPad app, and the quote was 100% accurate. We also received a follow-up call today from their support team to ensure that we are happy with the work. We couldn't have been happier and would definitely use and recommend The EcoPlumbers in the future.

Came out and performed the service, I prepaid for, in a timely manner and arrived when they said they would. Good service at a fair price. No complaints! Would use again.

The provider initially suggested a minor repair and then progressively escalated his estimate to an entirely new remodeled shower. He cut off the hot water pipe and then abandoned the project and never returned or called as he promised.

Toilet tune up went fine. Fixing leaky faucet finally fixed after 3 tries on 3 different dates. First 2 times, seemed to be fixed, but after a day or They were very responsive and polite about returning twice to fix the same issue on the same faucet. The same worker came the first two times, and then I requested that someone else come the third time, hoping that the leaky faucet would finally be fixed. It was fixed the third time (so far anyway).

He came in and immediately handed me a jug of pipe cleaner he said was "only" $50. I had purchased tune-ups for 2 toilets. He looked at the first and said it was too old. I asked about the 5 point tune up. He checked the stability of the toilet and said it was OK. Then we went to the other toilet. He said the pump was bad. Then he said it might be ok. He adjusted the arm a bit. He told me to wait and flush it again while he went upstairs to change the flapper in the first toilet. I asked him about the dye test. He gave me two packets of dye test then left. Definitely not worth the price.

Project went great. The technician arrived in a timely fashion and replaced the disposal quickly.

The whole experience was very good and they found that there were roots in the line. The response time was relatively quick. When you call it is a little strange because you don’t expect to go to a call center. They also offered some other remedies to be proactive to prevent things in the future and he was very honest. They got the job done in about one hour.

They were professional and responsive. They were very knowledgeable about their products and gave us comparisons. They were respectful in our home and they were neat and tidy. Even the owner came out and talked about the water system. We have been very pleased.

Great experience. Adam called before he arrived, as I requested. He thoroughly inspected the situation and agreed that the drain runs between 3 layers of brick and stone, which is not helpful. He gave me a price quote to which I agreed. He used his best effort to unclog the drain with a long snake, but the drain turned out to be stuffed full of decades worth of sludge. Since he did not have the tools to fix it, he called Chris. Chris arrived quite shortly thereafter with more powerful tools and had it unclogged in minutes. He even replaced the piece(s) that I broke when I was trying to fix it myself. When he was done he gave me a micro-biotic stuff to keep it from happening again AND ended up charging me LESS than the price to which I agreed. Lessons learned: (1) I needn't go 6 days without a kitchen sink before I call these guys; (2) I should stick to my day job and leave the plumbing to the professionals.

Chris Stinson from The Eco Plumbers called 1/2 hour ahead of my appointment and said he was on the way. I have used Chris in the past and was glad to have him come back. Chris is very professional, friendly, and very experienced. Chris did the job efficiently and explained the whole process and gave me lots of info for the future to prevent problems. Chris cleaned out my main drain line of tree roots. I would recommend Chris and The Eco Plumbers very highly to my neighbors and friends.

Very well. Braun was very polite and courteous. Wanted to make sure everything was as it should be at the meter. Called ahead and showed up right on time. They will be quoting my generator hook-up. I'd recommend them to anyone!

My mother discovered a leak in her hot water tan in her basement. The carpet was soaking wet and many storage boxes had collapsed into the puddles. It was early evening when she called Eco Plumbers for emergency service. Tim, the service man called her back within 15 minutes to get details of the problem and again to tell her when he was on his way. He arrived about 90 minutes after she first called. He found the leak within 5 minutes and was able to repair the line and about an hour. Time was very kind, courteous, and professional. He was on overtime, so he could have gained financially by taking more time with the repair, but he did not. The office staff that took her call was also very kind and courteous, which was especially helpful given "PANIC MODE" that my mother was in given the state of the basement and not knowing what to do. I recommended this company to her as I have used them before, having gotten their name from Angie's List in the past. Mom will definitely call Eco Plumbers again the next time she has a plumbing issue!!

Great! This company is wonderful on customer service details. They called to confirm, when en route; followed up by e-mails of invoices, payment etc. Chris was the extremely friendly technician who went over everything very thoroughly (he performed an inspection of water heater, sump pump, and other water pipes ... totally unexpected but included in the package I purchased)!

The service and technician were excellent. He went right to work and took minimal time to install it. I plan to use their services again for other plumbing projects in the very near future.

They were able to come promptly. We were out of town and did not want the tenant to have to wait so we scheduled Eco-Plumbers for the service . Normally it is something we would have handled ourselves: fishing a clot of hair out of a drain and installing a toilet seat. Expected there would be a charge for the service call and then an hourly charge for the actual work. We were not available to approve or disapprove an estimate since we were in transit. When the bill came it was for $225 and they gave us an $18 discount -I think as repeat customers. The bill was itemized with flat rate charges; for example $60 to install the toilet seat provided by the tenant and $20 for "Miscellaneous Supplies" and an $85 item called "Plumbing installation per plumbing code . 1 year parts and ,,," I think this is a pretty outrageous bill. Paid it because we were not here to approve but will never call Eco Plumbers again.

Tim and his team worked tirelessly and in the rain to replace a badly broken drainage line. The weather was terrible and I was sure we were going to have to reschedule, but they kept going so the project was done same day. Very happy with final product! Highly recommended!
