Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

They guy came out and took the lid off. He said there was a rubber band preventing the toilet to work properly. He just took the band off. We are still having the same problems. No one followed up on it.

I made a mistake in hiring them to do something that I should have gotten the gutter people to do. I paid plumbing price instead of gutter price and I was pissed. They redeem themselves. I have hired them twice. The first time was because I had a facet issue and instead of replacing the facets he replaced four shut offs one of which was new and a $100 job ended up being $500 and I was not happy. The owner of the company is responsive and he redeemed himself because he did not like bad reviews. The second time they told me that my foundation was going to be ruin because the underground gutter had leaking pipes. So they dug up my front yard to put in new drain pipes in and I realized that the gutter company could have done it for one third the price. They did not cleaned up after themselves and I called and complained and the owner came out and cleaned up the front yard. They are also a green company.

Braun was the service provider, he did an excellent job, told us step by step what he was doing and made us aware of holiday pricing. He was very pleasant and professional. I will put them at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs. They are the best

The company scheduled my appointment between a two hour window of 3PM to 5PM. At approximately 4PM I received a call stating that the tech would be late because he was installing a water heater. I wasn't given a estimated ETA. The tech arrived a little after 7PM. After the tech arrived he gave me an estimate of $254. He did not explain that the estimate only covered the first hour and that additional hours cost $99 per hour. The tech was very professional and seemed to have a wealth of experience and knowledge of plumbing. He seemed to stay on task and continued to unclog the drain for 4.5 hours. I was unable to observe the techs performance during the whole procedure due to the fact that I had to go to work. I receive a call from my daughter explaining that the tech had finished and the total cost was $541. At about the same time I received a voicemail from the tech stating that he had just completed the task and asked for a call back. I called the tech back and explained to him that I was experiencing sticker shock. He explained that he had never had a drain that backed up with slug, and that he had to call out another tech and had to use another piece of equipment that was needed to complete the job. He said that he cleaned out the bathroom sink and tub drains due to the backup. He then explained the additional hourly rate. This was the first time that this was explained to me even though a representative whom I spoke with a couple of days later (who wasn't present at the time) insists that the tech explained it to me. The original tech also stated that he would be sending someone out the next day to clean up and sanitize the basement and that they would be contacting me. He also explained this to my daughter when he accepted payment from her. He informed me that the cleanup service as included in the price. At this point it is after midnight and I'm at work, so I decided to wait until the cleaning was completed to discuss the total cost. The next day I didn't hear from anyone about the cleanup. The following day I contacted Eco Plumber inquiring about the cleanup. The person I spoke with seem to of never heard of the process before, but said that she would inquire about it and call me back. She never called me back, but I did receive a call from Eco Disaster. They came out and evaluated the situation and gave me an estimate of $400. I informed the gentleman that I was told that Eco Plumber was paying for the service and that I would contact them and get back with Eco Disaster if I needed their services. I then called Eco Plumber and explained to the female rep about my experience. She took note and said that someone would be contacting me about my call. Within about an hour I had received a return call from the second tech who came out to help the original tech after I left to go to work. He explained to me that the estimate only covered the first hour and he was certain that was explained to me because he verified it before calling me. I explained to him that it wasn't and that I understood you don't know how severe a project is until you actually attempt to do it. The tech then said that he was able to get the cleanup done for $200 because of his special relationship with the Eco Disaster agent. I explained to him that the original tech said that it was included in the total cost of the job. He said that it wasn't. I explained that the total experience was leaving a distaste in my mouth. I explained to him that I selected them because of their great reviews and that they cleaned up after themselves. I told the tech that a still had a 5 gallon bucket full with sewer water still there and the wall had stains on it from where the snake was going down the drain which was attached to the wall. The tech acknowledge that they left the bucket because they didn't want to carry it through the house. (Even though the bucket was in the basement on a concert painted floor with a floor drain 20 feet away.) He also told me that they didn't charge me for dispatching an additional tech or charge me an additional equipment charge. Neither one of these charges where explained to me during the estimation period. I declined the $200 offer and told the tech that I would clean up their mess myself. This ended my conversation with the tech. I feel that the original tech gave his all to correct my problem even at that late hour of the night. I felt that he was determined to complete the project, when perhaps others would have called it the night. But when I'm told that someone would contact me the next day to cleanup and sanitize and it doesn't happen and its going to be done at my cost, this is a problem. I was comfortable with the total cost because of the effort given and the cleanup promised. But after payment was received customer service and follow up went out the window. Eco Plumber did keep the lines of communicate open and was very professional in communicating with me. But, they did not clean up after themselves and attempted to cover up facts and conditions that were not thoroughly explained prior to starting the project.

We have used The Eco Plumbers twice. In January of 2014 our furnace went out and we had a pipe freeze and rupture in our house. We called around and Eco Plumbers were able to get someone out the next morning to take care of it. The plumber who came to the house was excellent. He was very professional, nice and got the pipe fixed very quickly. This fall we decided that we wanted to replace our old water with a tank-less water heater. We were able to get someone out to give us an appraisal within a few days and then we scheduled the work to be done soon after that. Both the appraiser and the plumber who came out and performed the work were again quite professional and courteous. The water heater was installed in less time then was originally estimated. Both of our experiences with Eco Plumbers were wonderful and we will definitely use them for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

I noticed a leak under my sink over the weekend. (Just a small leak so nothing urgent. I am still able to use the sink and have a bucket underneath.) Eco Plumbers is my "go to" plumber so I contacted them regarding sending someone out. Christina told me she could send someone today between 4 and 7 pm, and I told her Tuesday or Wednesday was preferable due to my schedule. She told me that either day was available between 4 and 7 pm and I told her Wednesday would work better. She then told me that there would be a $75 appointment fee because it is "after hours." This makes no sense to me because they are the ones who are telling me that is the only appointment time they have, I am not telling them they need to come after hours and this is not an emergency situation. I am fine with them coming anytime during the day. I told her I would contact another plumber. Very disappointing.

Great customer service from the start. Dan set up my appointment he was super friendly and helpful. Adam was our technician,he was very professional and easy to talk to. He and his team members were fast and efficient. I will definitely use this company again.

They did a good job. They came out once and cleaned and they didn't do an inspection so I called them back out when it was still overflowing and they came back out and came out with their video and identified the problem. I thought their prices was a little high.

Extremely well. As promised, the serviceman called prior to arrival and after putting covers on his shoes went to work. Installation took about thirty minutes and after asking about other services, i requested replacement of washer hoses which were eleven years old. Also purchased some green drain cleaner to use in place of the commercial product i had used in the past. I asked about water heater replacement that would be more "green" than my present tank, which is also eleven years old. Received informational brochure on the product, but as yet have made no decision. Service man was well qualified, personable, efficient, polite and not at all "pushy" about the extra's that i inquired about. This is an "eco-friendly" company and anyone interested in protecting the environment should consider them.

Columbia Gas shut off our gas service unexpectedly due to a gas leak inside and outside our home. Unfortunately this occurred on a Friday afternoon, and my husband and I were going out of town the following day. We called Eco Plumbers first because we saw their great reviews, and they did not disappoint. We called them at 3:00 p.m. that day and they were at our house by 5 p.m.; they understood the urgency of our problem. The technician was very professional, knowledgable, and courteous. He performed the necessary work in less than an hour and was up front about cost. We will definitely be using them again.

They did a good job and everything was fine. I would tell family and friends about them. The cost was a little high, but I had him clean up the drain all the way back to the main line again and then, they charged $99 to put a camera down and look at it. Frankly, I thought the cost was a little bit high, but they did a good job. So, I would not complain about the cost and actually, he claimed the cost had some kind of a discount on each of the procedures that he did. They did it back in May and the drain was clean all the way down. He said there was no use to put a camera down it because he found nothing in it, but this time around, I thought I better had him do that. If they would have done it the first time, it might have been a little bit better. It took them two days to get here. They were just a hair early. I would use them again and this was the second time I have used them.

They were eager to please, they were prompt, courteous, and all the people were pleasant to work with.

Service team called the evening prior to the appointment to confirm the service window of 8-10 am. The morning of the appointment, the service man called @ 20 minutes prior to appointment and arrived soon after 8am. Excellent! Service man was efficient, knowledgeable, and well spoken. He gave me estimates on 2 jobs and explained why a 3rd could not be done. Price for toilet replacement was significantly below competitors so I had both jobs done today instead of waiting for the second repair. Service man also showed me water damage that had occurred to the sub floor due to the leak. He was very helpful and did an excellent job and cleaned up after he was finished. I would definitely recommend The Eco Plumbers an will use them in the future for repair needs.

They were on time and the price was definite. They did a good thorough job and a great clean up.

I have used this provider before and was pleased with the service before. The most recent visit did not go well. The technician was rude and argumentative (thus the F on professionalism). I called the company after his departure & told them about his behavior. I asked that he not be sent to my house ever again. The woman on the phone was very apologetic, attentive and responsive. She assured me the feedback would be shared and made note that he was not welcome here.

It went excellent! I upgraded to the next horsepower model for the disposal and I was very happy with Tim, the man who installed it.

They were very professional and helpful. I trusted them and didn't feel they were trying to do more than I needed. Would definitely use them again!

We noticed our old water heater wasn't heating up like it had been and so we contacted Eco Plumbers because of the positive reviews they received on Angie's List. Tim from the company came out the same day. He was efficient, professional, and courteous. He had a proposal drafted for us later that afternoon. After doing some research, we felt the price was reasonable and we felt confident the job would be done correctly. Within a couple of days, our new energy efficient water heater had been installed without any problems. We would definitely use Eco Plumbers in the future.

He was excellent. They were prompt and came when they said they were going to come.

The technician was very prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable--excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the price was the drawback for these services. In hindsight, I think that we should have obtained another estimate. The technician did have to run out to purchase the part for the toilet. There were 2 parts in the box, but he said that we did not need the other part. I have to wonder if we paid for the "entire" mechanism, but only had part of it installed. What happens if this other part goes bad? In the future, we will probably seek estimates from additional plumbing companies as well as Eco Plumbers.

Tim handled the job and was awesome. Will definitely be using Eco-Plumbers again for some future plumbing projects we have in mind and will be requesting him specifically. This is the second time we have used them, and will use again in the future, but will always request Tim as really liked him.

Went Great. Hired this company to complete additional plumbing work for condo. All workers were prompt, courteous, and left work area clean. Would definitely recommend to my friends!

I needed someone on short notice and Chris was there promptly, which I greatly appreciated. He knew is job very well and soon had our drain flowing again. When I discovered a toilet was not filling well with water after being flushed, he replaced the mechanism that was wearing out. He suggested replacing the cover to the sewer lateral with one that is easier to open, which I appreciated. He does like to talk, by the way.
