Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

The plumber was great and very knowledgeable. However, when he left he asked to see/hear our sump pump. It felt as if he was asked by the company to try and provide us with a service or in this case a product of a $300-600 value we didn't need. 066-419 Our biggest complaint is finding our materials online for significantly less then Eco Plumbers charged. My husband and I understand the need to mark products up to earn money, however, when we found that our products were marked up 100% we were very disappointed and unsatisfied. If we don't use the company in the future it would be due to the price jacking of materials.

We have a great experience with Eco Plumber. John was our service man and he was timely, professional, and thorough with his work. We are very happy with repairs that were made and would recommend Eco Plumber to anyone in need of any type of plumbing need.

We had a leaking water heater and called Eco Plumber. An appointment was made right away and we had Chris come out out the water heater to see what we needed to do. When he recommended a new water heater, he provided us with quotes and was able to get the supplies needed and replace the water heater that day. Chris was very professional. Someone came to help him ( I believe his name was Jon) - he was professional as well. We would recommend Eco Plumber to anyone who needs a water heater replacement or repair!

The installer arrived withing the agreed upon time window. He checked out what I needed done and explained his plan. He worked very quickly and was done in a timely manner. At the end of the job he was even nice enough to give me advice for when I change our electric stove out to a gas model. He even gave me some sealant and connectors to make sure I was set. I will definitely use them in the future.

Overall, it went well. This job was done at a rental property. The previous water heater was installed in a difficult location for maintenance. Eco Plumber technician, "Gary", did some creative problem solving and was able to replace the water heater. Additional plumbing was needed due to the limited space and poor design of the previous install. The install took longer than originally estimated, however, this was completely understandable due to close quarters/difficulty of the install. Highlights of the experience: 1. Install technician "Gary" was prompt, communicated clearly and managed my expectations well as he worked through a non-standard, difficult install. 2. Eco Plumber's customer service phone support is great. 3. Eco Plumber's work order tracking an email notification were great.

I believe the beginning process was well done but there was no follow up . I was told I would receive the estimate with 48 hours and it's been 2 weeks and even after a call to remind them nothing was done. Very disappointing

Eco Plumbers is a great service provider. The only issue I had was part of the work needed to be done by a subcontractor who lost the work order. However, Eco Plumbers worked hard to ensure the subcontractor made it out on the day scheduled.

I absolutely love this company. I have used them for 3 years and every single person who I deal with is professional and helpful. They always provide a lot of information, offer advice and clean up after their work. I think their prices are very reasonable. They are always responsive and timely. I've had two situations that required a lot of work to be done at the last minute and both times the plumber showed up and stayed until the work was complete (and my house was safe.)

i had a rinai tankless water heater that they tried to clear the #10 code with a shop vac and spent an hour or so here. charged flat rate of 270. had to call jack woods plumbing who said it needed a air compressor with at least 100-120 he spent more time on here and used the compressor. the unit now has stopped grinding and vibrating and tons of debris came out. eco plumber talked to the dealership and knew that a shop vac was not powerful enough to do the job and they should have been honorable and told me and not charged me except for a trip fee. this company is dishonest .. jack woods plumbing has been certified to work on the rinai water heater tankless pump. thus, ecoplumber should have referred me on... i'm so ticked and! the jack wood plumbing charged me $100. less for more work done, done properly and! fixed the issues... all the issues. UPDATE: 7/20/2017 Someone called me and promptly refund the money. Very apologetic, very good and very nice. They took care of the whole situation. They were honorable and full of integrity. He accepted that they were not able to fix the issue and provided me with a full refund.

I have a leaking water filtration unit/water softener in my basement. It is pretty old. The guy from eco plumbers came out, took some photos and left. I had a lot of questions about the unit but he wouldn't answer them. He just kept saying 'oh yeah, i'll let HIM know, He'll let you know'. Like he had to run everything by some big guy in the clouds. I also have a pipe that is constantly freezing and he barely even looked at it, just took some photos and said, 'I'll run everything by him and he'll answer all your questions.'. Then, in an email, I received an estimate for replacing the water softener unit. I received no information about the unit and no answers to my questions. I responded by email that I wanted more information and they requested that I call them back to discuss, but my days are very solidly booked and I really haven't had time or really the desire to call and have them explain everything. I think that they should be doing the educating at the time that they come to your house/business.

It was great - the representative was in and out. The one thing I didn't think about (which has nothing to do with EcoPlumbers) was that the new toilet back was smaller than what it replaced, requiring a paint job.

We called around 7:00 pm and we received a call back within 1/2 hour. We were able to schedule for 10 am the next morning. Barry came out and was able to hook up a pipe to the backflow for the pump and have the water drain away from the house. The customer service representative was very easy to talk to, Barry did a great job and is scheduled to come back and put everything back to together once the ice all melts next week.

They got the ice unblocked but was just too expensive for 30 minutes of work.

Adam Kennedy the technician was very professional did an excellent job explaining what he had to do to remove the auxiliary water meter and to repair the leaking waterline. His work was excellent. I would recommend to others to use Eco Plumbers.

arrived on time. very courteous. used shoe covers. explained pricing of job before starting. told me what I could do myself to save price of job. very quick. even looked over sump pump for free while here.

It went well. The company sent 1 plumber and it took him a half hour to do the job. They did have to reschedule one time due to weather but it wasn't a problem; they communicated well.

When I called this past Saturday to see if eco plumbers could provide someone on Monday they were very helpful and scheduled and appointment between 8 AM and 10AM. The technician, Chris Stinson, arrived on time and completed the job without a hitch. He was both personable and professional. I would definitely refer him and eco plumbers to my family and friends. Thanks for a job well done.

Eco Plumbers was professional and communication was excellent. I spoke with Christine to schedule the plumber and she was courteous, patient and it was a joy to speak with her. Email notifications were sent, I received a 30 minute call ahead notice and the plumber was on time. Ammar was friendly, knowledgable and once again, professional. He was honest and instead of installing new parts, found the source of the problem and was able to fix the leak without additional costs.

It took a couple of trips to get parts and Eco-Plumbers kept to their estimate. It was easy to schedule with Eco-Plumbers and they called the night before with an estimated window of time and during the day-of about 1/2 hour before they arrived. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful & I felt the price matched the quantity and quality of the work.

I had a fine experience with them. The guy who came out was very good. He found the problem and it was an easy fix and not expensive. I've used them once before. They're rated well on Angie's List. They had a special last time we used them for a new garbage disposal. We were impressed with how they handled that, so when we had this other issue, we called them again.

They installed a new shower head and shower knob and we couldn't be happier. They were very courteous and nice. The price was to be expected.

I purchased a Big Deal with them which turned out well. They did what they were supposed to do with no surprises.

Everything went well, and it was a good experience for the most part. They showed on time, did a quality job without making a mess, and were friendly and chatty. The only issue I had was with the company's answering service which is spotty. Ultimately, I will use Eco Plumbers in the future.

The guy installing the water heater called to see if he could come early. He was very professional and able to complete the installation in the estimated amount of time by himself. My only semi-complaint was that I asked the person who did the estimate the make and model of the replacement hot water heater, which was not in the written estimate and what I was told was not the make and model installed.
