Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

It went well. I wanted service on a Saturday and they provided it. The technician was courteous and did an outstanding job.

Hired Eco Plumbers through Angie's List to inspect sump pump including battery backup system for $49. Plumber spent as much time trying to sell a water filtration system as inspecting the sump pump. Less than a month after the "inspection", the sump pump back-up battery died. Thought the whole point of the inspection was to head off problems before they occurred. Plumber indicated that no alarms or warning lights occurred during the inspection. I didn't need to pay $49 to have someone tell me that the alarm was not going off. Charged $300 for an hour of labor (it actually took 15 minutes) to replace the battery. Beware of "special offers" from this company to inspect some part of your plumbing. It's really just a way to get in the door to try to sell you something else.

Eco Plumbers did two jobs for me this month (May 2015). Their service personnel are courteous, friendly and go about their business professionally and competently. I want to particularly recognize John and Travis who replaced my hot water tank and outdoor piping. They were very enjoyable to deal with, and while they informed me about other services to consider in the future, there was no high pressure sales pitch, which I appreciated. They arrived at 9 and were finished before noon, including going over everything with me and clean up.

Braun and his team are out standing in everything they do. I have been using Eco Plumber since 2010 for my home and now use them for my business. I had a very bad experience with another plumber that created a huge gas leak at my business that forced me to shut down for a whole day. I called Eco up and they walked me threw what to do to turn off the gas and such. It was such a horrible day for me and they were there to pick me up and make it all better. Not many companies I have come across do what they did for me. We ended up having to replace the old tankless system that wasn't working with the amount of water I use (I own a pet grooming salon, so we use a lot of hot water) to a 2 system tankless. Every time I need to call them they know me by name and make me feel that they truly care for home and business and not just another plumbing stop. They are easy to work with and have after hours which I always have to use. I would not have another plumber work on my house or my business.

I do not like that this provider will not give rough estimates over the phone. After reading some of the Angie's List reviews and prices paid, I feel that this company is over-charging people who know nothing about plumbing. $300 to tune-up 3 toilets? $150 for a water-shutoff valve (part only - not including labor)? Come on.

The service did not work out for me. They could not or did not do what I was asking them to look at. They came out the same day I purchased the Big Deal. He said it was not a problem so I did not get an estimate for it. There were no issues and my interaction with them was good. I would maybe not consider using their service in the future.

Chris was very professional, pleasant and thoughtful. It was a pleasure meeting him and working with him.

Last year, we started to consider replacing our hot water tank. Because it had to be 75 gallon to handle the jacuzzi tub, we knew it could be costly. After several quotes for both standard tank vs tankless, we thought it would be better in the long run to go with tankless. Braun was very good at answering the myriad of questions. He was quick to say it was a big purchase and I deserved to have all the info to make an informed decision. The communication was very good at confirming when the techs would be there. Really appreciate the email alerts too. Adam and Corey arrived exactly as scheduled and quickly got to work. They both were courteous and respectful of their surroundings, ensuring they left everything as clean as they began. They kept me in the loop as to what was going on and gave me a quick re-cap along with basic instructions at the end. They reminded me of a follow up visit and then inspection, which both events were completed in a timely manner. We love our tankless! We never run out of hot water, even when filling the jacuzzi tub. Very efficient. So often a person can have buyer's remorse when making a large purchase. Thanks Eco-plumbers for your professionalism and proving this was a worthwhile investment.

Your company arrived promptly to do their service, The service man informed me that there was going to be an additional cost of $150 + for a water shut off valve. I asked how much the valve was and he said around $21, I questioned the very large fee when they are already at the job site. After having the work completed and seeing it took a max time of ten minutes to install the shut off valve (additional piece) (would make the labor rate $780, 10 minutes @ $130) to put the shutoff in (whole job, valve and shutoff, only 45 minutes, good job),; I am happy I questioned it to the service manager. The service manager agreed to include the shutoff valve. A very nice gesture! Then, when my neighbor had the same service performed, he was not told that it was code for the shutoff to be put on. So IS IT CODE OR IS IT NOT. When I hire a provider, I hope that I am getting told the truth. So is my neighbor's fawcett not up to code? After the technician left, when speaking with my wife, it was decided we should see how much it would be to do the other Fawcett? This was never discussed with me, as it should have been as a part of the "Free Comprehensive Plumbing Inspection.? so it was decided that they would give me the Angie?s List price of $49. Great!! I then wanted to find out how much more it was going to be for the shut off. The office was not able to give me a price. The manager said that as a part of the "Free Comprehensive Plumbing Inspection,? the plumber gave me a sump pump Quote!! This WAS NOT TRUE, we never even went to look at the sump pump location!! If he gave this quote, I would like to see the description of that area and what type of equipment is there! It is a concern when a service is not performed and the service provider says tha it was. I discussed this with Eco Plumbers. Waiting to hear the result. They came out and id the same service on my other outside fawcett, I still question why I was told that it was code for the shutoff and my neighbot who litterly live 2 houses away and is in the same development was not told the same thing.

Ammar arrived right on time. He introduced himself and asked about the problem. He assessed the situation and then explained how it needed to be repaired. He gave me the estimate for the job. I approved the job, He started right away and worked very efficiently. He took a picture of the finished job. He was clean and put everything way that needed to be moved when he was finished. He even checked the water heater and sump pump to make sure they were ok. Free of charge.

Shawn was very professional throughout both visit - the first consultation and then when he came to fix it. He knew right away what the problem was and how to fix it, which was a welcome change from the MANY other people I've had look at this problem. They fixed the problem, cleaned up and were out of here within an hour.

The plumber was clean and knowledgeable. He came to my house around 3:30pm. He told me it will cost me $290 to unclog it including $50 chemical. I told him that it cost me around $100 to unclog it last time. He told me I can get $35 off as I am Angies list member. I had to let him to do the job as it was late Friday afternoon and I need to cook for my family. It cost me $255 for 25 minutes work.

They quoted promptly and took a few days longer to installed than initially quoted but not too bad. Once scheduled they were punctual, they called ahead to tell us they were on their way and worked efficiently and in a professional manner. I think the price was a little high but am not sure since did not get a second estimate.

Gave me the dreaded 4 hour window for service call, but I understand that they can't know when the previous call will end. They called within 1/2 hour of arrival, arrived and got to work. I received email confirmations that they would be arriving and a second email alerting me that a second person would be arriving as well. When the new heater was unpacked, they discovered it had been damaged in shipping and immediately returned it for another. One person continued working to prepare everything while the other returned it. Saved me and them an hour I'd bet. The finished work was very good, I understood all I needed to and I now have hot water again.

The best part about Eco-plumbers is they send an email when they are on their way and they give a 30 minute call ahead. They arrived promptly during the scheduled time (Chuck was the name of the plumber). They are very professional and wear shoe covers in the house to keep floors clean. They quickly got to work and replaced the outside faucet. They also capped our gas line that ran to an old outside grill and they took the grill apart and removed the gas pipe that ran up to the grill and securely buried it. They did not charge us additional for the quick grill gas line removal. EXCELLENT PLUMBERS!

The service was fantastic - from the call ahead, to the repairs, to billing. The quote for the refrig line repair was quoted at $300, but only ended up being $195. Due to the age of our water heater (20 years old), we asked for and quickly received quotes for a standard water heater, as well as a tankless model. Our technician was friendly, wore booties while in the house, and was really an expert in all things plumbing. Eco Plumbers is a paperless company, so the quote for the work (and the potential replacements) and the receipt were emailed. They also provide their technicians with clothing with their logo, so they look very professional. We are really pleased and will definitely use them again.

They came on short notice, I called them that morning and they were there within a couple hours. He was very description on what he was going to do. They had the supplies they needed. He worked all day in a small space and he did a great job.

I had to replace a garbage disposal in my mother's home. This was a relatively new, named brand disposal but the plastic housing at the neck broke for some unknown reason casing the unit to fall to the bottom of the cabinet. This was a rather straight forward job and the installer arrived on time and completed the job with no issues. He was friendly and professional. The unit installed was a Premier brand 1/3 HP. I would imagine this is a contractor unit. Three months later, all is good. By the way, my "B" grade on the price is probably unreasonable. This was an Angie's List "Big Deal" and the price was lower than market, but plumbing costs in general are pretty outrageous even for trivial jobs IMHO.

Pearl and Travis were extremely professional, punctual, and efficient. Pearl came out a week earlier to conduct a sump pump check up and drainage inspection. We knew there was a problem with the drainage but we didn't know exactly what we needed to do. The EcoPlumbers helped to diagnose the problem and provide a solution. They completed the entire job in one day and we couldn't be happier with the service.

They were here for two things: Take information for a quote for replacing faucets (free), and a five point toilet inspection(prepaid as a package). We had no problem with the quote. But the toilet inspection lasted at the most 5 minutes! He came in and checked the toilet in about 2 minutes. He found a bent hose and went out to the truck to get the new hose and put on. Seems like he did all of this within 5 minutes. Don't know how thorough the toilet check up can be in the little amount of time he spent on it. I was expecting a much more detailed inspection I guess? Or maybe that is all it takes to do it? He spent the rest of the time taking information for a quote that we needed, to change some faucets in our bathrooms. We have no complaints during the quote information taking time. He took pictures and promptly emailed a quote. (The faucets were ordered and we were told that they would be installed that same week but we are still waiting after about 8 days.)

We had a basement drain back-up causing the basement to flood. Eco Plumbers came the next day, evaluated the problem, and determined that our sewage line needed to be cleaned. Chris was our service guy and he did a great job explaining what the problem and what he had to do to fix it. He also provided recommendations for preventing this from happening again. Eco Plumber is our preferred provider for any problems related to plumbing!
