Eco did a great job! Highly recommend them!

They were very punctual and professional. They worked with the manufacturer to make sure as much costs as possible were covered by them.

My overall experience with this provider was good. They got the work done satisfactorily and I have nothing negative to say about them.

Service was fine, cost a little more than I had anticipated.

I contacted EcoPlumbers through Angie's List and they were quick to respond. I asked them to coordinate the visit through my tenant where the work was being done. I did have to remind them to call my tenant a couple of times. They came out to take a look and after failing to get a hold of me (which is my bad) they made a quick fix. We later hashed out the repair options and they came back out and completed the work without hassle and everyone is satisfied. I thought they were a bit pricey, but they were easy to deal with. I would hesitate to have them take care of any other plumbing issues that come up at my home or at my rental.

Chris Stinson was the tech dispatched to my house. The company said they would call 1/2 hour before he arrived and they did do that. In fact, she called back a little bit later and said Chris was running ahead of time and would it be okay if he showed up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Very polite. Chris arrived, introduced himself, and shook my hand. He pulled up the work order and reviewed with me the work to be done. He asked if there was anything else that he could do while he was at the house. Let me preface this by saying Chris does not work on commission. They always ask that question just in case the homeowner forgot something that needs to be looked at. He has an app where he can plug in any repair work and give me an itemized price of what each job would cost. So, say I had three things I wanted him to fix. He would break down the cost individually so I could pick and choose which services I wished. I liked this because everything was spelled out. When Chris was done with the job you would never know he was at the house. No mess left and he wore booties over his shoes so as not to track any dirt or mud in. He had me check out the work once he was done and asked if I had any additional questions. the job was done quickly and I'm glad I did not attempt to do the work myself. Let me say that I was very impressed with the company and with Chris and the gal at the office that made the appointment with me. They were very nice, professional, and very transparent about their services and its cost. Chris was so pleasant to visit with, and did the work competently and quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to contact the company again.

They did a great job on a set of complicated repairs in an extremely large home, pointing out additional areas of potential issues they we may need to address in future.

The man was very nice, punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. He had to go inside and replace a section of piping because the outside part was difficult. He did it within a half hour or so (even though he had to go inside, outside, and to his van several times.) It was also sweltering hot outside (I felt sorry for him working in these awful conditions). But he didn't mind and had a wonderful attitude.

Pretty good - I've dealt with Eco Plumbers a couple times and are pleased with them. This was definitely a "package" though - and the fact our sump is sealed because of our radon system meant they didn't actually inspect the pump. I was expecting that - but was hoping I could pay a little extra and have that done as part of the inspection. Turns out that would've been a separate visit/full charge. It isn't THAT surprising if I would've not mentioned it prior to them arriving, but the fact I'd asked about it when I scheduled the appointment was a bit frustrating. Overall I'm pleased with them and the deal - I'd use them again and for further work.

Nightmare! The technician was in the basement for 6 HOURS & left without having solved the problem. He also ran the water faucet downstairs for an hour. The guy was unprofessional and left a huge mess on the basement floor. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. He had trouble removing the line's access cap, said he would have to cut it off. I suggested that he try using a cheater pipe for more leverage, which he he did & he cap came off easily. However, he did not have a bucket or anything at the ready to catch the water/sewage that came out. During the first 2 hours, he accomplished nothing at all. He just kept pushing the rooter into the pipe & pulling it out without removing any roots. At the end of the 6 hour ordeal, I was assured that enough roots had been removed that the problem was solved. I was furious the next day when the bathroom was still backed up, plus the pipe was now leaking on the basement floor through the access cap, so I called EcoPlumbers. They agreed to send someone out. I asked that a different technician be sent, since I lost confidence in the first technician's qualifications, and they agreed. A couple of hours later, I got a call from the 1st technician, asking when he could meet me to finish the job. I called EcoPlumbers again & insisted that a different plumber come out. I was assured that the first technician they had sent was their best!! I spoke with the owner about the matter & they agreed to send a different technician. The next day (yes, we had to go without use of the bathroom for 2 days!) the supervisor came out with a little guy. They brought a bigger rooter (which I was told was their biggest) & immediately broke it, almost taking out one of the guys with it. I was also told that it was not unusual for access caps to leak. In the end, I was out several hundred dollars - they didn't even refund my money, justifying that they had invested a lot of time (even though nothing was fixed!!). The supervisor was very professional & the two men clean up after themselves. That is the only positive thing I have to say about the experience. I had to call in another plumbing outfit, who was adequately equipped, to complete the job. It cost me almost $1000 because I wasted several days with EcoPlumbers. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY FOR TREE ROOT REMOVAL!!

Technician explained and showed every thing he did as he checked the sump pump and battery . He talked about the life of the battery. Outside Travis checked outside discharge of the sump pump and made a suggestion to remove more drainage away from foundation.

We purchased the Deal of the Day for outdoor water faucet ($49). Knowing we would get the basic plastic water faucet with this deal we asked the technician if he had an upgraded faucet we could purchase. He did for an additional $55. Well worth that cost as it is all metal. So for under $100 we received a new metal outdoor water faucet and installation. They did a great job and they will be our plumber's of choice in the future.

Once communications were made the service date was set and work was completed in an efficient manner.

6/16 night we found our disposal started tripping the GFCI and also leaked in the bottom. So we searched plumbing service from Angiesliest. Eco Plumbers ranks on the top. Therefore, we gave it a shot and it turned out as a great exprience. Professionalism - The plumber, Cory, quickly identified the problem and started the fixation. Also he was able to explain the whole in a plain English. Responsiveness - I called in the morning and Eco Plumbers sent people in the noon. There was no delay on any of my kitchen routine due to ths plumbing emergency. Price - Although I always heard urban myth like "an old neighbour served the community as a plumber for decades. The charge is minimal. etc. etc.", I did not know any of such plumbers. But I do know Eco Plumbers charges way less than another Plumbing company whose ads I listened to in the radio and vans I saw on street every day. Courtesy - Cory showed great politeness. He also shared me a lot of useful plumbing tips, and fixed a loose toilet flapper for free.

He not only diagnosed the problems, but deferred one to another contractor on the leak when it became clear that it wasn't the plumbing, and also taught me how to fix the clogging problem in my drains for a very small cost that will prevent a lot of much higher expenses in the future. Great job! I'll call these guys whenever I need help with the plumbing in my house.

Really friendly guys. Got along well with both. Gave a full list of things they could do and the prices before doing anything, but it was perceived as a bit of up-selling. Very prompt, professional and accommodating. Plumbers are expensive, so I should probably should not have given a B for pricing but I think it could have been a bit better.

Mike was able to get in and out quickly, he showed me that my sewer line was clear and explained what I was seeing on the camera feed clearly. He was able to refer me to someone to help with my indoor plumbing concern as well. Everything went great, and I would call him again if I need any exterior plumbing work done.

I called their office and they dispatched a plumber in a very timely manner. Travis described alternatives and gave us an estimate. Once we made a choice, he called and arranged delivery of the new tank, and began the removal of the old tank. The new tank came shortly thereafter,, and the installation was completed. Travis completed the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up everything. We could not have been more pleased.

Very prompt easy scheduling. Rosslyn in office worked to get appointment that worked with my schedule and since I was concerned with my sump pump, was able to work me in that day. Sean arrived promptly after receiving my notification call. He was professional and friendly, checked equipment, was able to get sump pump to drain all the water, even though we are not sure why it stopped working, it seems to be working fine now Sean emailed me quote for new sump pump and battery backup, >$900, I will wait to see on whether replace

Went ok...had to have them come back out to fix a problem from first service.

Eco Plumbing was on time. They completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Eco cleaned up the mess and left area clean. The only thing that I didn't like is they used a very cheap hose bib, which I did expect since it was a $49.99 special. I just wish they would have offered me an option to upgrade to a better hose bib. I would have paid the difference. When they put In the new bib, instead of soldering which I am used to, they used a compression fitting. I guess a lot cheaper and quicker. And when I ask them if they could install a shut off for the hose bib, they wanted to charge me $200. Ouch! A shut off runs under $10.00. So I didn't get the shut off installed. But for $49.99 I didn't have to crawl into the crawl space to replace it myself.

Representative arrived on time; very professional and helpful.. He checked all of the necessary things. We walked around the house and looked at the downspouts which are deteriorating. He gave me an estimate for replacement of the sump pump and bottom of the downspouts. Estimate seemed high when compared to others. But I haven't had the work completed yet. He may have been more thorough that others.
