Great! Adam Kennedy performed the work. He was friendly, professional and helpful. He was very careful about protecting the bathroom and room below and cleaned up afterwards. The work included removing and replacing the shower drain. This required cutting an opening in the ceiling below and performing most of the work underneath the shower. He explained what he was doing and why. The work required parts that needed to be special ordered, so after the initial work, we needed to schedule the completion two days later. Adam and Eco Plumbers were very respectful of my time and schedule and accommodated me completely. I will use Eco Plumbers again when I have a plumbing need and I would ask for Adam if he is available. Good fast work for a fair price. Thanks.

Our technician was Travis, and he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the nature of the problem and offered a couple of possible solutions. Of course, we started with the simplest one--snake the drain. There were some small tree roots and maple tree helicopters, but most of the problem was the result of shingle debris from the roof that had compacted together to impede the flow of water. It has been several days since he did the job. After another day of heavy rain yesterday, I heard the sump pump working today. I went outside and was happy to see that water was freely flowing out of the drain and into the street.

Set up an online appt, they called back within the hour to confirm a date and time. Technician arrived at scheduled time. Work was provided in a timely manner. I have used them twice and would use them again.

I needed to replace a toilet in my basement and wanted Eco Plumbers to install the same unit as they had in another bathroom last year. When the technician (Cory) arrived, he soon found that removing the old flange would require grinding away the old one because the bolts were surrounded/embedded in the concrete floor. He was able to return the following week at the only time I would be available and completed the task in less time than he had projected. He was very friendly, courteous and informative. I have used Eco Plumbers numerous times and use them as the standard by which I rate other Angie's List providers.

Friendly, punctual, and professional. Performed tune-up checks without trying to sell us extra services. We had one toilet that was leaking and I thought we might need to replace it. The serviceman gave suggestions on how we could solve the problem ourselves, first, before calling a professional or overhauling the toilet.

Chris came from Eco Plumber and installed a sink in my garage. Plumbing in the crawl space needed to be rearranged and a faucet was installed on the sink. Chris was very professional and did a great job explaining the situation and making sure I understood each step in the process.

Our sump pumps failed to remove the vast amount of water due to the recent storm of 6/20/'15. Both existing heaters were ruined and needed replacement. Eco plumbers, rated very highly by Angies list, was contacted. We needed hot water soon, so we requested a quote for the particular heaters we wanted. Only 2 were available in Columbus, so Eco ordered them. When the heaters arrived, one was badly damaged, and the 2nd had noticeable exterior damage. Due to our need, Eco decided to install the 2nd unit with the exterior damage and then ordered 2 new ones from Cincinnati When the 2 new heaters arrived, Eco's plumber Shaun removed the old , damaged one and proceeded to install the 2 new undamaged units. Eco's/Shaun's decision to install the first, moderately damaged unit so we could get hot water, was amazing. It cost Eco time, effort and money they didn't have to provide. As it turned out, this was their plan along--absorb the additional cost, and service their customer! This kind of customer first attitude is nearly unheard of today. If I ever need a plumber again, no longer do I need to think of who I might use. Eco Plumbing, first and only!

Travis did a nice job in performing the work and answering our questions. The office staff was also very helpful and professional. Will call Eco Plumbers again with future work.

Purchased Big Deal & they did exactly what it said. The hose connector still "spins" as it is not connected to the house and the serviceman didn't have anything with him to fix that. I would use them again with a more experienced technician if I was paying full price.

Exceeded expectations in that he observed and fixed weak pipes under the sink in addition to the replacement of the garbage disposal. On time and very polite.

We hired Eco Plumbers to fix a leaking tub drain. After their first visit, the tub still leaked, so we called to arrange for a 2nd visit. The customer service staff member who handled my call was AWESOME! She immediately took responsibility and promised to make it right. On a holiday weekend, a technician came to my home and repaired the leak by installing a new stopper system - something that was not suggested on the 1st visit, but should have been per the 2nd technician. I was charged for the cost of materials only - no service charge ($75) or hourly repair rate. It took two tries, but our problem seems to be fixed.

Faucet leak fix was great. Tub drain was not. Tub leaked water with first use following service. Technician was super polite, professional and courteous. He explained, in detail, the issue and how he resolved. Only, his resolution did not fully fix the issue. I like the green/environmentally friendly approach of this company and their customer service personnel are AMAZING - very well trained in how to deal with consumers. Unfortunately, my tub still leaks so I am bummed.

They were really good. We got more than we paid for. The service was good.

Called last week to schedule an appointment for a leaky toilet tank. Explained on that call that I had a work appt. in the afternoon and was assured that the appointment would be between 8-12noon. Did receive a call yesterday afternoon assuring that they would be out between 8-12 noon with a 1/2 hour call before. Appreciate that emergencies come up, but then the process needs to be improved on the vendor's end so that the customer doesn't waste 4 hours waiting for an appointment that doesn't occur. The reason for the C rating on professionalism is that the office staff were great, but no idea about the technician professionalism.

They came out about three weeks ago. It took them about 40 minutes. It cost $49. I would use them again in the future.

I have used EcoPlumbers before. They are very friendly and can come out the same day or the next day very easily. I plan on only using them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

I has a very positive experience with the technician. He responded to my questions and walked me through what was covered in the toilet tune up service. He was very honest in telling us what had to be replaced.

Courteous and professional technician explained everything he was doing as he went along. I understood why the faucet couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced. He informed me of several new products that are available and left me some brochures. I appreciated that he was informative without being high pressure. I have used Eco Plumbers several times and have always found them to be prompt, efficient helpful and personable.

After they snaked the drains, we still ended up having some residual backup problems with the drains in the basement. They came back out and re-snaked for no additional costs. They also gave maintenance suggestions.
