Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Technician was very friendly. Explained his findings and tried to sell me a cleaning and water filtration system. I was not interested in the water filtration system but did want the cleaning. Unfortunately, EcoPlumbers wanted to charge 3 times as much as the estimate I received from a similar company so I had those services completed at the lessor cost. No complaint with the company itself, just not a competitive price.

The company was very responsive, friendly, and professional. They were in contact with me at each step and even provided pictures of the process. They e-mailed me as well as calling when they were on the way. Explained the process to the person at the house where the work was done. The cost of service shows the final cost after the discount from Angie's List and that was a great plus.

We contacted Eco Plumbers to replace a toilet in our 1/2 bath. We called on a Wed and luckily they had an opening the next day. The technician was great. He had to install longer bolts in the floor, as well as an extra wax seal due to the layers of flooring. He was extremely helpful and the experience was outstanding. We now will use Eco Plumbers for all our plumbing needs, thanks to this very positive experience.

Travis did a fantastic job. Came out for initial sump pump inspection. Suggested replacement and replacing the toilets which have been overdue. He came back and completed the job. Quality of work was exceptional. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend the eco plumbers.

Very professional! I was home for the service call, but I would feel very comfortable with them working with my wife for future service calls. Clean (work area was left cleaner than when they arrived), articulate, punctual, high quality of work.

The plumber who conducted the hot water tank flush and inspection was Cory Wilson. He was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do. He also provided me with an estimate for a replacement water heater since my current water heater is at least 20 years old. As he tested my water, he also answered my questions about water filters. I was not only impressed with Cory but was also impressed with the scheduling. Upon scheduling my appointment, they noted I would be called when the plumber was on his way. Not only did they call to tell me he was on his way, I also received an email alerting me as well as a call the day before to remind me of the appointment! Very professional and organized. I will definitely use this company again.

They inspected the existing sump pump -- which was of an unknown vintage and arguably still working -- and gave me options for leaving it as is or replacing with a new unit without any pressure to buy. After deciding to replace it, they completed the work quickly and professionally. The only thing keeping me from giving them all A's is that they are a bit pricey, charging $117 to replace a check valve that I could buy separately for about $15 and that took about 5 minutes of labor to install.

Replacement stainless utility sink installation was done very quickly and professionally. It's a big improvement over previous cracked plastic sink, which provider disposed of as part of the job.

The EcoPlumber folks were very friendly and professional. However, they claimed to have replaced the flap on the toilet and they didn't. They replaced the rest of the mechanism. When the toilet started running for no apparent reason, I called to see if the repair was still under warranty. When I explained what was happening, they expressed concern but said that they had replaced it a year and two months ago and it was not longer under the one year warranty. They person on the phone insisted that their records showed that they replaced the flapper at the time of service. I remember thinking it was strange that they replaced everything but the flap at the time of service as it was old and dirty. The plumber that came out to re-do the work now (on July 2015) told me that I was correct -- the flap was really old and needed to be replaced and that there was no way it had been replaced the year before. I like the idea of Eco Plumber, their commitment to more earth-friendly plumbing, and their customer service ethic. But I would highly recommend you have someone who knows about plumbing check their work before paying the bill. I don't remember what the cost of their repair was, only that it seemed very high.

Very well, plumber arrived as scheduled. Removed old toilet and installed new updated model. Work was done in a quick, efficient manner and area cleaned of any wrapping, etc. Plumber was very friendly and quite confident and competent in his tasks. ECO was quite helpful in adjusting service appointment and their confirmation emails and calls were appreciated.

Toby was the plumber that did the work. He was very professional and friendly. He had to do a lot more work than intended because the piping was not correct for the disposal. He explained everything he was doing so I understood what was involved. He really did an excellent job. I would recommend this company for the excellent work. I also appreciate their commitment to an eco-friendly environment.

We discovered that our sump pump was failing after 5pm on the Friday before a long vacation trip starting the following Tuesday. And this in a year of never-ending rain! Eco Plumbers returned my phone call asking for service that evening and scheduled with us to come out Monday. They completed the service on Monday, and we had a worry-free vacation. Kudos to them for going above and beyond!

The faucet was corroded underneath. Travis did a great job of cleaning the rust andadjusting the sink for the installation. Very happy with service.

All went well...glad there is a company that is concerned about their relationship with the earth and the community....all the while doing a good job with professionalism from the moment of my first call to watching their van pull out of the driveway.

My overall experience with this company (which I used for the first time) was very positive in all aspects. Getting an appointment setup was easy using the web form, and I received a timely return call to verify the actual apointment time. In addition, I was called back to provide an option of having someone come out sooner when another customer cancelled, which I appreciated. I also received a call roughly 30 minutes prior to the appointment to let me know the plumber was on the way. When he arrived, he was friendly, courteous, and efficient, and clean (wearing booties over his shoes while in the house and cleaning everything up after finishing). All the work was done to professionally and quickly. An electronic invoice was sent shortly after the work was completed, and even a slight adjustment for a forgotten credit after-the-fact was done quickly and with no-hassle customer service. I'd definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or anyone needing this type of service.

Travis is the one who did the work and was FANTASTIC and VERY PERSONABLE! He was very thorough, respectful and helpful! I will MOST definitely use EcoPlumbers again and will ask for Travis!! A+ work!

There were some unexpected obstacles. However, the service technician was able to navigate the problem and installed the unit without delay.

The gentleman that came out to help us was very knowledgeable, polite, and quick. We had purchased the big deal for a garbage disposal. However, the first thing he told us was our disposal was just blocked, and that he could remove the blockage and it would be fine. We decided to get a new one installed anyways. He then told us that our current disposal had more horsepower than the one we had purchased through the deal. We wanted similar power and capability, so we added a charge to upgrade. The installation was quick and painless. He then unclogged our toilet in a few seconds. I would use this company again. They are great!
