Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

took a few days to get a float that was not included in kit but got update calls on part . has not rained yet so I hope float in in right place . hope this will save me from flooded basement joe did a good job and cleaned up the location .

Very well!!! The service representative, Jon McMahon, called beforehand to let me know that he was on the way. He was very professional in doing the work and was very nice and easy to talk with. I am impressed on how EcoPlumbers communicates with their customers using social electronic technology with appointment scheduling, appointment updates, photos of the service representative, emailing of their billing, etc. Very Nice People!!!

The technician never heard of the brand of faucet I have and had to go to his truck to research it. When he returned he wanted to sit down and review my options. I had company coming the next day, so all I wanted was to have my faucet fixed. When I told him I didn't want options, I just wanted it fixed and he said the cost would be $500. When I asked him how long he thought it would take, he said 1 hour. I told him the cost was too much and did not have him do the work. I called Jack Woods plumbing and they sent someone out as an emergency call. Their charge was time and a half and it was still $150 less than EcoPlumbers.

The areas that I believed were associated with a potential drain problem were checked. After the inspection, he determined we did not have a drain/ sewer line problem. So, no sewer line camera inspection was needed and there was no charge.

Our plumber was Michael Snider from Eco Plumbers. He was thorough, he explained what he was doing and in one case laid out our options and costs. Michael was pleasant and professional. We would not hesitate to use this company and specifically Michael again.

On time, professional, polite, and cleaned up after repairs.

Eco-Plumbers was very responsive, sent someone out (Matt) rather quickly. Matt was very helpful, and provided options of what could be done and how he could help! I definitely would recommend and/or call them again if/when I have another plumbing problem!

I thought my sump pump wasn't working. We had some water seepage and I wasn't hearing it run. I didn't want to deal with trying to get the sealed cover off so called for an inspection. Ecoplumbers scheduled for later that afternoon. They called in advance and arrived as expected. They opened the sump well and were able to confirm that my sump pump works normally. They said it was no charge for the inspection and confirmed with a $0 receipt. Great deal.

They came out the same day I called to diagnose my issues. Then I was able to easily schedule the work to be done in a few days. Rodney gave me my options and got the work done quickly. I would use them again for any plumbing issues.

The faucet was repaired, but we were charged WAY too much for the the actual part and the actual time the tech was there. The tech spent minimal time fixing the problem and overcharged us for his time and product. We fought with the company to come back out and reimburse us. They were not very understanding. They said the tech was there for 1 and half hours, when he was really only there about a half hour. I would not recommend.

I was very pleased. The technician, Stephen Drain, was great. He was courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Parker from Eco Plumbers came to repair what I thought was a leak. After inspecting the plumbing and testing the showers, toilets, and faucets, I learned there was no leak after all. I appreciate his willingness to answer all of my questions and check every area of concern. Most importantly, I appreciate his integrity.

Great! Had check valve replaced on my sump pump. I was also shown options of different sump pumps but no pressure to upgrade my pump which is working fine. He was very professional and cordial and fast! Would definitely hire again! They don't charge by the hour so you know exactly what it will cost before they do the work.
