Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

Cory was fabulous! My toilet had been making a funny sound for several weeks, so I purchased the 5-Point Toilet Tune-up Deal through Angie's List. The Eco Plumbers were at my house less than 72 hours after I made the purchase. Cory was polite, respectful, efficient, and professional. He evaluated the issue and showed me the problem. Fortunately, the tune-up included a new flapper -- and that is what was needed to fix my problem. I'm thrilled with the entire experience.

Discovered a water line leak in the basement and called Ecoplumber. I was told that they would visit to evaluate the problem and provide a cost estimate and they would leave and the visit would be no charge. When service technician arrived and he quickly identified the problem and created an on-the-spot estimate, I decided to have repair done. Because one of the lines was located next to a floor joist, brazing the replacement section was more troublesome that expected but the technician persisted until the joints were successfully sealed. The technician, Pearl, did quality work in a professional manner. I would use this company again.

Travis and Bob arrived on time and both were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. No clogs were found, but they did raise the water level a bit to help with the flushing. I would definitely use Ecoplumbers again and would definitely recommend the company.

The technician, Corey, was professional and seemed to know what he was doing. He was very respectful of our house and did a good job of cleaning up. He wore booties and parked on the street - 2 important things to me - shows respect and professionalism. Only time will tell how good the job was, but, at this point, everything seems to be fine. There is no "maybe" choice in the Angie's List survey for whether I'd use this provider in the future. That would be the one I would have checked. I think they did a good job, but so very pricey. Think they really need to consider making their pricing a little more reasonable.

I had a busted drain pipe in my yard that caused a portion of my patio to collapse. I called Eco Plumbers for a diagnosis of the pipe and an estimate on a fix. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and Travis came out. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave a very fair quote for the work to be done. He was able to schedule me in a very timely manner to complete the work and even recommended a company to fix my patio. He had to dig out about 10 feet by hand and replace the pipe. The work done was excellent! Two thumbs up to Travis and the team at Eco Plumbers. I am very happy with the results.

Great. Call had to be rescheduled for our convenience and this was accomplished graciously and timely by office staff. Christine. The plumber that we were familiar with was unable to make the appointment and we were called to ask if another technician could make the service call. The new (to us) plumber, John worked out splendidly. He was quick, conscientious in his work, and most professional throughout. This was the second toilet we have had ECO install. We'll definitely keep ECO on our list to call first when a plumber's services are needed.

The service was great, from order to installation.

My 5-month-old kitchen garbage disposal stopped working suddenly. I looked for a circuit breaker on it, saw none, and checked to make sure that the service-panel breaker hadn't tripped. It hadn't. I then gave up and purchased the deal to replace and repair through Angie's List. Eco Plumbers was very responsive and scheduled a service call for the very next day. My plumber, Chris, was very nice, personable, and knowledgable, indeed. Fortunately for me, he almost immediately found the disposal's circuit breaker switch on the bottom of the unit, completely out of sight of the user, reset it, and that one click of a switch got me back in business again. The company then agreed to refund the Angies-List deal that I'd purchased and charged me for just a service call, instead. That saved me $100, but, truthfully, I did think that the $85 charge for a service call that took all of one minute was somewhat excessive. I'd have graded the "Price" category as a "C," but in consideration of Eco Plumbers" customer-friendly offer of a refund on the Angie's List deal, I upgraded that to "B." I kept the company's business card, and I do intend to call them the next time I have a need.

Chris was professional, listened to what I needed and set about right away taking care of things. He was confident which made me feel that way. He took care of everything quickly and was very respectful of my house. Was very comfortable with him doing the work.

We had a couple of reschedules from our original appointment time because other jobs were taking longer than they had planned. But they always communicate the rescheduling issues with me in advance of the scheduled appointments. They showed up on time for the fourth appointment and went right to work. This is an older house and the plumber had to crawl through a small opening to get into a crawl space to replace the faucet. He worked quickly and told me how he was approaching the job. There were a couple of different options for doing the replacement and he discussed those with me. From beginning to finish it took about 1.5 hours to complete the job (mostly because of the limited work room in the crawl space). He cleaned up very well after himself, including broom cleaning the floor at the conclusion of the job. When he was finished, I used the new faucet to water the garden and it worked wonderfully.

John did the work very thoroughly and quickly. He explained everything. He was friendly and courteous.

Chris was wonderful he came in and looked at our problem and gave us an estimate. He seem like he knew what he was talking about.

Toilet is for kids. It is poor quality and already has broken.

Johnny Simmons was the technician that came out to fix the pipe. He was very polite, very very helpful. He was very knowledgeable. I felt like I got a good deal.

The job required additional parts that they did not have on their truck. They ordered parts and said they would reschedule to repair. After 2 weeks, I called them to reschedule as it slipped through the cracks. Overall, very friendly and professional and they went out of their way to get my faucet working again with no leaks.

See above. Adam worked very diligently to find the leak and repair it. He was here about 1 1/2 hours and tested every connection in the house. A very thorough job. Very professional and knowledgable.

I have had mostly good experiences when getting Angie's List specials. However, when we did the $69 for a Sump Pump and Yard Drainage Inspection with Battery Back-Up Maintenance, I was really disappointed. Our basement had 3 sump pumps (2 with battery backups) and 1 of the sump pumps runs 24/7 even during the winter. I was concerned that it was running all the time and at times appeared to be stuck on. I was really looking forward to getting a profession evaluation done. When John Simmons from Eco Plumbers came I was impressed overall with his knowledge. He had plenty of recommendations to fix everything in my house except the sump pump. He prepared an estimate for a tankless water heater, a water conditioner, fixing a French tile drain and adding a whole house generator, all for $16K. However, there was no estimate to fix the sump pump which is why I had called. About a week later, my two primary sump pumps both malfunctioned at the same time. My wife noticed water overflowing the main sump pump pit and we were fortunate to get the pump going again without much damage. Still I was disappointed that we had made an attempt to get our issue fixed and instead got a sales job and a partially flooded basement.

, First, when a city truck comes to your house and exclaims that you have a broken water line, that you must pay to have it fixed and must do so in 14 days you don't get that oooy goooy feeling. There's just no way to slice it and come up with a happy day. But, when Braun from Eco showed up at my house, I knew I had picked the right company. Now, I had got three estimates and all including Eco were within a few dollars of each other. This is not a cheap venture. But, after that is where the differences show up. Braun, always kept in contact with me giving me updates. The plumbers showed up when they said they would and Braun stayed there the whole day(on his birthday) and made sure everything was completed correctly. They also completed the job right on time when they said it would be done. And it was done the right way. Then , when I had a question and left him a voice mail, he called me back 5 minutes later(from the zoo!). The difference in this company is their service. Would highly recomend. Ask fo Braun!

The worker was efficient and he came out quickly to service me. He brought the new disposal, installed the new one, and its been working fine ever since. He cleaned up after himself. The Eco Plumbers Inc also e-mailed me after the service to check and make sure everything was okay. I still get an occasional email to let me know if I need anything to call them. (I don't remember the exact cost of the service, but I remember it being a good price)

Travis was exceptional. Very professional and courteous. He explained the work that needed to be done, and explained it in a way that assured me not only he knew what he was doing, but that he was being honest. He had to purchase a part for the primer and when it ended up being less than what he quoted for the part, he adjusted down the price of the job. He cleaned up after himself, showed me the work done, explained again what he did, and even took pictures to have for future reference. This is the second time I used Eco Plumbers and would not hesitate to use them again. Both times, the employees commented on what a great place Eco Plumbers was to work for. A happy employee is a good employee. Oh, and another thing. I did not hire them this tiime through Angie's List but he asked me how I found them and when I told them I used Eco Plumbers before through Angie's List, he gave me the Angie's List discount for plumbing services. I saved $35.00 that I didn't know I could save. Reputable and in my opinion a company worth considering for any plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived promptly and was very courteous and friendly. He did a thorough job and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use this service again!
