Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

What can I say - a great deal from Angie's List. I got a courtesy call the day prior to Eco Plumbers coming. I got a 30 minute heads up call, and even an e-mail saying they were on the way. Arrived on time, as promised. The technician (Travis) was professional and very knowledgeable, wore boot covers every time he entered the house. He had to replace about 5 feet of old plastic piping, but still completed the job timely. He answered a bunch of questions I had about other plumbing issues. He gave me some estimates for a tank-less water heater, which I am considering. All in all, a really great deal and I highly recommend Eco Plumbers.

2 plumbers showed up on time & ready to get to work. both very professional & knowledgeable. They answered all questions & provided demonstrations. They provided documentation & detailed estimates of possible future work. They spent almost 2 hours working & explaining things. Very thorough & cleaned up afterwards. Chris Stinson is the MVP (most valuable plumber)!

Arrived on time, removed old disposal and replaced it with a new one. We upgraded from the 1/3 hp offered in the special deal to a 3/4 hp disposal. They tested it, cleaned up after themselves and left. Quick, professional and easy.

Let me just start off by saying that I wasn't happy on day 1, but I have only great things to say on day 2. I bought the 5 point toilet inspection deal and as the deal states, I bought one for each toilet (this is important later). The service technician came out to the house and performed the inspections and told me that due to dye being on the bowl, I should probably replace the toilet (due to age and potential water savings). He walked me through his inspection findings and told me that he recommended toilet replacement for one of the units. He quoted me a price of $535 for a new toilet and I wasn't ready to pay that kind of money for a toilet. I did a little on-line research and found that the dye test was indicative of a worn flapper valve. When I revisited the deal on Angie's List, I noticed that part of the inspection was to replace the flapper valve, but I knew that the flapper valves had not been replaced in any of the toilets as part of this inspection. I contacted Eco Plumbers and spoke with Ryan. He listened to my version of the inspection and proceeded to tell me that the flapper valve replacement was indeed part of the inspection. But, he told me that the deal was only good for one toilet. We exchanged some thoughts on what the deal covered and the fine print (I even called Angie's List later to ask for clarification). Basically, Eco Plumbers was saying that even though the deal clearly stated one deal per toilet and extra deals could be purchased for each toilet in the house, that Angie's List advertised the deal incorrectly. They said they would honor the deal and send a different technician out the very next day to redo the inspection. Day 2 was when I met Travis. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing during the inspection. He found that the toilet that was recommended on day 1 for replacement needed a new flapper valve. He then went ahead and replaced the flush handle and fill valve assembly too because they were not operating the way he liked. He inspected the other 2 toilets and replaced the flapper valves on each of those too. He said that Eco Plumbers would do anything to make my experience right and he did. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Did I know anything about how a toilet worked before day 2? Very little. Was I less than satisfied with my day 1 inspection? Absolutely. However, Eco Plumbers worked hard to regain my trust. They listened when I called with a concern, responded when I said I wasn't happy, and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. Travis is a true asset to your organization and although he is likely your 'fixer guy' to address unhappy customers, he does it well and should be commended for taking someone who was pretty ticked off at a provider and likely turning them into a future customer.

They were extremely polite, and fixed it very quickly. They also noticed a leak that wasn't coming from the toilet and they spent time trying to find where it came from. It ended up being a loose tile in the shower, but I would never have discovered it on my own. I will definitely be using them again!

I called on Monday morning, and they scheduled for the next day. The next day, they actually called to come early. That never happens! I thought the price was a little high, but I needed the job done yesterday. I normally get at least 3 estimates before I let anyone start a job, I couldn't wait. Anyway, they were clean cut, dressed in a company labeled shirt and very professional. You wouldn't have even known they were here, they left my bathroom cleaner than it was when they started. I would definitely call them again.

It was a difficult job but John that performed the job was very good. The cost was more than the big deal I purchased however I anticipated it would be more because of previous attempts by other Plumbers.

I made an appointment on Monday for service on the following day. Travis was very knowledgeable and showed up before my appointment window. He asked all the questions he needed to, replicated the problem I was having, let me know up front that it was not the garbage disposal that was the problem (we replaced it anyway, it was 10 years old and had had other problems). After letting me know what the possible outcomes were and checking the piping in the basement, he got to work. He ended up having to snake the drain 60 feet, but was able to break up the clog! Travis was very professional and kind. He told me about other products and services that ecoplumbers offer, but was not a pushy salesperson. I would definitely call ecoplumbers again!

Installed a new patio with a built-in gas grill and firepit. Called Eco Plumbers to get pricing on installing the gas lines and hooking everything up. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. First, they gave me great pricing compared to others I had called. In addition, the crew that came to do the work were great! They were super friendly, very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of plumbing work! A+

Eco-Plumbers installed a Nevian tankless water heater in our home. We also paid extra for an extra circulation pump to provide quicker service to the kitchen and master bedroom. This was due to the distance between the water heater and the end of the home. Hot water service was very slow. We asked them to return. This repair man indicated that the service man who installed the water heater was no longer with them. He had install the extra pump and lines - but had not activated it. He said - the unit was fighting itself. He did some adjustments and it was better. However, in a short period of time - it took forever to get water through the lines. Again.. we called Eco-Plumbers. This time - now two service men came and indicated the circulating pump was bad. The call to have them look at it and flush it was $270. The cost of the pump was additional. This was in January, 2015. In September - the floor is again covered with water. Once again - they said it needed flushed and a new pump. But they added a new wrinkle this time. Now - they have indicated that our water (DEL-CO) is too hard for this unit. Now, they want to install a water conditioning unit for over $3500 to go along with the water heater. They did not test the water hardness when it was installed. DEL-CO maintains one of the best water systems in the state. They try to keep the hardness just under 7. Seven and above is considered hard. IN addition, my friends had Eco-Plumbers out to repair an outside faucet. The repair man spent about 20 minutes on the faucet and then talked to them for over two hours about their hard water and suggested they also get a water conditioning system. He was only called to fix an outside faucet! I know this, because I was at the home when they were there. In wrapup: 1. They did not indicate that hard water was an issue when we purchased the water heater. Now - they indicate this is an ongoing issue and the only way to fix it is a conditioning system. 2. They are charging huge amounts of money to flush a system. I now know that this can be done with a submersible pump, a hose and vinegar. 3. They attempt to sell water conditioning systems to everyone - whether it is a water heater problem or a broken faucet. I will be finding another company for future plumbing work in our home.

It went well. They could get in and out faster than other top providers.

This was the second time in about as many weeks I used this company. There have been three others that came out to my house for various leaking problems with my bathroom, and since they did such a great job before this, I used them again. Only this time, we took care of the problem the right way. Cory was punctual, always polite, and easy to deal with. We had talked about replacing the wax seal under the commode for a leaking problem, but it was going to be cheaper in the long run to just get a new one. He drove me to Lowes, made the purchase, and he installed it paying attention to every detail. He also gave me an estimate on a future project I want to work on. I appreciate someone taking the time to do those kinds of things when I know they have a schedule to keep. The plumbers I used before, also on this list, did not do a good job trying to fix my problem in the first place and charged me a lot for nothing, so hats off to Eco Plumbers.

Workers arrived when they said they would. They called ahead 40 minutes prior to arrival. Performed the work in a timely and professional manner. Workers were friendly and knowledgable. Tested the repair work to ensure everything worked properly and then cleaned up, including sweeping my patio, before they left.

They weren't able to get to the backside of the pipe to replace entire unit due to pipe running through a really small crawl space blocked by large duct work. Eco plumbers were able to take apart old broken knob and rusted bolt and service the faucet from the outside. He replaced the bolt and knob and greased the stem. Knob is fully functional again. Great solution for a difficult situation.

The services described above were quick, and the plumber spent time educating me on its care. He also took the time to talk to me about caring for the pipes that were connected to the disposal, as well. Fantastic and professional service added to a great deal made for a great customer service experience. It's also worth noting that the plumber was punctual, courteous, professional, and fast. I would HIGHLY recommend this company based on this specific experience. I look very much forward to seeing if they can repeat this performance.

They came out three or four weeks after I purchased it. The price was very good. They were very responsive. He was very nice.

They were all very nice and knowledgeable and didn't tear up the yard like I thought was going to happen. They did a fabulous job! Travis went over everything with me about the sump pump and the battery back up. He took pictures and emailed every little detail to us. This was good reassurance for me about the job they performed that day. It was expensive but it was also a final excellent fix to the problem we were having.

The 2 workers came promptly. They were pleasant,professional,thorough.

Provider replaced shut off valve for commode and inspected to see if there were any other leaks. Service man did an excellent job with repair and I would recommend them.

Plumber arrived in the scheduled time frame. I showed the plumber the crawl space and that the spigot was located in the front corner of the house, which would require crawling. Technician crawled back to locate it and stated that Eco Plumbers would ask for an extra $50 dollar fee because of the location of the spigot. Upon hearing this I said I was not going to pay and extra $50. The plumber was more that happy to look at and do what he could to the existing spigot in order to stop the leaking as much as possible. My problem with this deal is that it isn't listed properly. Nowhere in the deal does it say there will be extra fees if you have to crawl into a crawl space and deal with insulation. If you cannot walk straight to your spigot be careful purchasing this deal.
