We used an expired deal which Eco Plumbers graciously honored. Cory Wilson of Eco Plumbers was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job of replacing our kitchen faucet and sprayer. The old one had a very rusted part underneath the faucet and he was able to get it off. He gave advice and we would definitely recommend these guys, and Cory. Will be using them again for our bathroom faucet replacement.

This installation involved the replacement of an outdoor hose bid (faucet), based on a special Angie's List member price of $69. Travis arrived within 10 minutes of having called me with their advanced arrival phone call. Although I didn't request it, he inspected the outdoor downspouts and drain tile connections. He then immediately set out to replace the outdoor faucet connection with the new hose bid. Their was some challenge with the way the original copper piping was run, from the home's crawl space, through the sill board, through the outside wall of the house. But, Travis was able to use a wood drill to expand the diameter of the opening to accommodate the slightly larger diameter of the new hose bid's piping. After that, installation and connection of the new hose bid went quickly, including testing for leaks (there were none). All in all, I was very satisfied with the thoroughness and expertise of Eco Plumbers. Travis was very professional, and answered all of my questions in detail. With the special Angie's List pricing of this hose bid (faucet), I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and service in relation to the cost.

Great! He was very friendly and did the install super quick. I used the coupon on Angie's List for $189 materials and install and upgraded to 1/2 HP for an extra $35. This was the best price I found and was very reasonable considering the price of a new disposal.

The gentleman who came out for service was great. He was extremely knowledgeable with the details he provided as to why the water in our Dublin home has horrific smells. He tested the water, looked at all pipes, went through the basement showing me where all the pipes run throughout the house and out to the road. He was very low pressure in discussing items he suggested we consider to purify the water and get rid of build up, smells, etc. My only concern was the price of products he suggested we purchase to treat the pipes/water right away. I was not pressured into purchasing anything, but did so as I considered him to be honest and know his stuff. We are considering purchasing a whole house filter from this company.

The service was good once we finally got them there. We had to reschedule the first time because they were so late getting there in the evening. The second time they were late due to traffic (which was understandable) but when they got there, they couldn't get to the indoor faucet in the basement because too much was stacked in front of it. That wasn't their fault but had I realized they were going to have to go there, I would have cleaned it out first. Finally they came back the next week after I cleaned out the basement and fixed it in a matter minutes.

The two men that came out were awesome. They came out to first look at unclogging the toilet but then after we found how old the toilet was they were able to take out the old one and install a brand new one in 2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and even used the shoe booties to prevent dirt from their shoes getting on our floor. I would highly recommend Eco Plumbers and will no doubt use them in the future. It went really well. Was shown what the drains and gutter looked like prior to replacement via camera. Took the time to explain all of the details prior to the job and shown finished work as well. Great service provided in a timely, professional and friendly matter.

The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. He identified the issues pretty quickly, there was a leak and he identified the source, i could not thought of the source, at that point i knew this guy is good at what he does. So far the leaks have stopped and all is working as i expected. I do not have much experience hiring plumbers but the price seemed a lot considering the amount of effort and time it took. I read good reviews on Angies List and was not disappointed.

Quick response. Plumber arrived, said yep water linking from hole in side. Offered 4 choices of replacement. We made are choice and the plumber went to pick up new tank. Returned with helper to can tanks into house and removed damaged tank. Work less than 2 hours.

Friendly, on-time and and courteous service. Gave me a lot of information with a full plumbing inspection. He kindly replaced 2 gaskets in m outdoor faucets instead of replacing the entire faucet (as they were in good working order). His tips and advice on being more eco minded were great. When we need to replace plumbing items, I will definitely call them. Our house is new and with the house warranty, I am waiting for that to run out before I replace anything.

The service was good. They came soon after I purchased the coupon they came. He had to come back quickly as he did not tighten up the pipe correctly. He said the price was wrong on the Big Deal as it had been typed wrong but it was a good deal at that price paid. The guy was very good and he gave additional advice to me.

very neat with the work area. was told before hand what was going to be done and what parts were going in. took the time to answer the quetions I had. followed up and made sure no leaks. no added cost to the job.

He sent me a bill, he advised me on something and it would cost something like $1500. I said, no don't worry I don't need it. It took only 10 minutes and he charged $49. He came, I don't know, he wasn't in a very good mood. He showed me something here and there. He sent me a review and said this will cost you like $1800 or $1500.

The service was done on time and on budget. They also fixed my toilet. Excellent services. They take time and make sure the job is done right. They clean up the bathroom floor after the service. I am very satisfied. I am calling them back for more service next week!

You know, the work for which I am writing this review was completed over 12 months ago, and I have been considering whether or not to even post this review, since our experience was so terrible; it was truly a comedy of errors, except that I am not laughing. What follows is a true and awful story, the end results of which were a fixed bathroom, gratuitous collateral damage, and a ruined business/customer relationship. Early in February 2014, the main drain line for our upstairs bathroom froze and leaked into our kitchen. Since we had worked with this company one month prior for the same issue, we called them again. The recommendation was to replace the old pipes, which we expected. We received a quote promptly and, once we received payment from our insurance company, we booked the work. That was where the good aspects of our experience with The Eco Plumbers ended. The techs arrived for our appointment, and I left for work. About an hour later, I got a call from them and was told that they couldn't do the job that day. I was told that removing the old cast iron drain line was going to be much more involved than they had anticipated, and that it would increase the cost of the job. After submitting a request to our insurance company for the increase and receiving approval, we rescheduled the work. The next time the plumbers visited us, my husband took a few hours off work to be home to let them in. Once again, I received a call from the plumbers about an hour after my husband left for work, and once again, I was told that they couldn't do the work that day. By this point I was getting angry because this was the second trip they'd made to our home under the pretense of doing the work. Anyway, now the recommendation was to not put the new drain line where the old one was, but to bump it about 10" inward and build a new wall around it, and disconnect the original drain where it met the newer portion of the main line in the basement (that piece had been replaced before we owned the house). My impression from the tech was that the old pipe would be left in its place, in the corner of our house. Once again, this would cost more money and would now involve an additional contractor. A week later, we still had not received the promised quote from the contractor via Eco Plumbers for the wall and framing work. I had to call and prompt them for it, and spoke to the owner. While I had his attention, I insisted that they credit us the extra money that we had been charged for the removal of the old drain, since it was no longer going anywhere. The owner's response was that the old drain was still going to come out, but that the new one would not be put in its place in an effort to prevent freezing in the future. He maintained that the terminology may have been incorrect or confusing, but that this was the plan as he designed it (he was at our home for this appointment). I was mollified by that, since what we were paying for was getting done. I had the quote within hours, and we were given another approval by our insurance company. We booked the work and hoped that this was the end of it. The Eco Plumbers did all the scheduling with Ryan the contractor, but Aaron (the owner) was nice enough to give me Ryan's number so that I could discuss some things with him. Ryan and I agreed that he would do his very best to salvage the baseboards along the bottom of our wall, since they are original to our 100-year old home. On the first day of work, Ryan arrived first. He placed the baseboard pieces in a bucket that we had in the kitchen and told my husband that's where they were; bear in mind that I had no knowledge of the bucket and its contents at this point. The plumbers arrived to do their part, and Ryan and my husband left. The plumbers installed the new drain lines, and my husband arrived home just as they were about to leave. Adam (who had been at our home several times by this point) told him that the PVC would smell bad for about a week, but that it would go away. Once Adam had gone, my husband went to the kitchen to check things out and feed our pets, and discovered that the plumbers had broken our ceiling fan! They had not said a word about it, and had left the broken blade sitting on the counter. He immediately let me know, and I placed an unfriendly phone call to the office. Within 5 minutes, the plumbers were back at our house, explaining that they'd forgotten to tell my husband about the fan, but had meant to. There was mention of a credit to our bill, since the way the blade broke made replacement our only realistic option. On top of that, I noticed that the original drain pipe--which was supposed to have been removed, according to Aaron--was still in my wall. It was not cut in half, it was not missing a length, it was still there. They'd cut a little window out of it near the floor, but that was it--hardly worthy of nearly $700 of extra charges. By this point, I'd about had it with the plumbers, but just wanted this to be over and figured we would hash out the details of the credits once the whole job was done, at which point I planned on calling them and discussing the invoice(s) in detail. The next morning, we were both up getting around for work. I noticed our blue bucket in the dining room, empty (as it had been the last time I saw it in the kitchen). Thinking it must have been moved out of the way the day before, I put it back in the kitchen and left for work. About 30 minutes later, I got a frantic string of texts from my husband: the plumbers had thrown away our baseboards! They took it upon themselves to walk through our backyard (about 50 feet) to the gate and back up the alley about 20 more feet to the dumpster and throw out the contents of this bucket, none of which had ANYTHING to do with what they were doing work-wise. If it was in their way, they were welcome to move it. But this was beyond the pale: they did not ask what the contents were, they did not ask if they should do anything with them, they just threw them out and said NOTHING about it. My husband managed to recover most of the pieces from the dumpster, but as it was dark and there was other debris in there, he couldn't be sure how much got left behind. Fortunately for us (and the plumbers), trash collection had happened mere hours before they threw away our baseboards, and so those were not completely lost forever. By now, I was on the war path. I called The Eco Plumbers and demanded to speak to Aaron. He wasn't in yet, but a note would be left for him to call me when he arrived. A call came minutes later, but it was not Aaron. I talked to the gentleman anyway, and pretty much reamed him. He said Aaron would call me when he got in. By the time I hung up with that guy, Aaron had already left me a voicemail--apparently the office had called him to let him know he had a very p*ssed off customer on his hands. We finally connected and I laid it all out for him: between the broken fan (that was not acknowledged in ANY WAY until I called to complain), the wanton discarding of our property, and the $700 of work that we paid for that didn't get done, I was beyond dissatisfied. He apologized for the fan, stammered about how their techs are taught to clean up after themselves, but stated that he was sorry about our baseboards (which for me was unsatisfactory, because throwing out items that do not concern them is NOT cleaning up after themselves; if it were, they may as well have done my dishes too, since those were sitting out in plain sight just like the baseboards!), and offered to re-evaluate the invoice write-up vs the actual work that was done. I offered to meet him at our house within a few hours. At 10AM, Aaron arrived at our house. I had printed each version of our invoice, clearly showing the increase for the drain demo that had not happened, as was evident by looking at the wall. He was very nice, professional, and apologetic, and agreed that we would be credited for the ceiling fan and the demo work that was not done, and that the check we had already written for the work would not be cashed until everything was done and finalized. He also noted that the plumbers would have to come back (oh, goodie...) to plug the portion of the original drain line that pointed into our ceiling, since the same pipe also went up through our roof for venting. I felt satisfied that we understood one another. Ryan came back the following day and again that Saturday and finished everything beautifully. After he left for the last time, I was vacuuming the kitchen (FINALLY!) and noticed some weird bubbling/melting on our vinyl flooring. It was directly under the drain line that runs to the bathroom sink upstairs. Given that PVC is sealed/bonded using a highly corrosive chemical, and given the melt marks on my floor directly under the drain line, I knew what had happened--the compound had obviously dripped and had now pock-marked 2 pieces of our floor. I took photos of the damage and emailed them to Aaron that Sunday (April 20) at the address on his business card. The final invoice arrived on April 22, and I was appalled to realize that, by the time the drain demo was taken out, The Eco Plumbers had credited us a whopping $55 toward both a new ceiling fan and the installation, and $55 might cover the install fee, at best. To add insult to injury, nobody had acknowledged the destruction of my floor. I emailed Aaron and made it clear that the credit was insulting. I went so far as to tally up my time (at HIS hourly rate) and the value of the sq ft of flooring I would have to re-install, and made mention of the cost of a comparable ceiling fan and install vs. what he was effectively offering us. I got a better credit, at last. We're never hiring The Eco Plumbers again, and that's honestly the nicest thing I can say, even 18 months later. PS: Thanks to Allstate for being the best, and to Ryan the contractor for also being the best.

At first I hoped maybe it was just the tank that needed to be rebuilt but after he did that, it turned out there was a crack in the tank and he needed to replace the toilet. I didn't have to reschedule the appt. The longest part of the whole thing was waiting for the toilet to arrive but it really didn't take that long. He disposed of the old toilet too. Will use them again.

It went great, but called Eco Plumbers about two months later to repair a leaking faucet and they told us we had to get a whole new faucet because there were no replacement parts due to the age of the faucet and then for 45 minutes proceeded to try to sell us a water filtration system that cost $4,000. I was able to order the part from the manufacturer of the faucet and my husband replaced it so it cost us nothing. Very disappointing that the plumber wouldn't do it.

This is our second experience using The Eco Plumbers and extremely pleased. The dishwasher was difficult to install due to space limitations. Travis did a great job and checked all the existing plumbing to assure nothing had worn out and would leak with the new dishwasher. The bath tub was an unusual problem. Previous owners had replaced the tub and did not level properly. The edges were low in some places and high in others. The previous Eco Plumber technician showed me how to remove the old caulk to ready for the new application. Travis did an excellent job adjusting to the different height levels. Tub looks amazing and now much easier to clean. This company is impressive in their performance, knowledge, professionalism and pricing.

It was a great experience. The technician arrived on time, professional in every way, was knowledgeable and also trained me on what was going on and how to care for and use the new water line. Pearle was so helpful that I started asking questions about additional projects that had been discovered. He looked at each, explained how The Eco Plumbers would handle the projects, and gave a quote. I immediately called the company to make another appointment. I am very pleased with the work and look forward to hiring them in the future.

Installation went well. Great service all around. I did request a quote for some new piping to make the interior plumbing run more straight forward and to add an interior shut off valve which I was providing. The quote seems way out of line at $200 and I didn't have the additional worked performed. The tech was punctual, experienced and accommodated my request to allow me to replace the rotted mounting block outside during his work. My advise would be to get a quote up front and know the cost ahead of time. If you are satisfied with that, you'll definately be satisfied with the work performed and the all around experience.

Adam arrived at the scheduled time and immediately began work mounting the new heater on the designated wall. The old heater was disconnected and gas and water lines attached to the new heater. Another rep arrived after lunch and the old heater was removed. Adam finished attaching the new air intake and exhaust pipe and the new heater was tested. Adam finished cleaning up all packing and trash. An electrician checked the install and attached a ground strap between the electric panel and the gas pipe. Before leaving, Adam explained each of the connections, shut-offs and maintenance points. The new heater is working great and is very quiet too!
