Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

For plumbing we did use Eco Plumbers. They were here in June. They had to come back again. I would say the work was fine we just think they charged me too much for the work.

I had vinyl floor bubble up from water leaks. Amare came out and replaced plumbing under sink, bad garbage disposal, and faucet as well as performed inspection. Found other issues that I will have done at a later date. Very courteous, professional, and fast. Probably could have found cheaper replacement faucet and disposal options, but I needed it done fast.

Even though we received bad news--ie.obstructions in our line caused by tree roots--we appreciated the professionalism and polite demeanor of James, the technician who did the work. He's a really nice guy, knowledgable, and explained our options to solve the problem, both temporarily and long term. We will call Eco Plumbers again, and ask for James!

He showed up early for the appointment, worked through a billing question, and then got to work. He was cheerful and friendly the whole time too. Having the Clean Shot in the mix made my sink a toxic waste dump, but when the plumber was done, not only was the sink draining, but there wasn't any evidence of the chemicals spilling anywhere.

They were very professional and did a great job. After looking at my toilet for a while they determined that I needed a new one and they will be installing that on Wednesday. This is such a nice company to have and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our water heater decided to start leaking late Friday night, as they tend to do. On Saturday morning I called the Eco Plumbers for help - within a few hours they were in my home to evaluate the situation and offer suggestions. I was given a wide range of options including replacement of the current tank with a similar model or upgrading to a new tankless system. They did a great job of breaking down the options. I ultimately decided to go with a tankless system. Because our current water heater was leaking they offered to do the replacement the next day (Sunday). The Eco team arrived on time the next day and performed the installation in a few hours. They also inspected my natural gas lines and offered some suggestions as to how to improve the safety of my home. While some of the team was finishing the installation one of the guys even fixed a few small plumbing problems we had around the house. Overall it was an outstanding experience; these guys are definitely the MVPlumbers!

One of the plumbers arrived late, but you can't fault him on that when you get a flat tire. The other one arrived on time and I showed him around on where everything was. He stopped asking questions and immediately started working on the piping. He did inform me he was turning off the water and that there would be 3 flushes available. So I conserved what I had. I was quoted 4 to 6 hours. Unfortunately, this job took about 9 to 10 hours. This was due to how much they had to change the piping around. Also the electrician was super late(was expected at around 12pm, and instead didn't show up until 2:30pm). I think that was the biggest annoyance on the matter. They added a cut off valve right before the water filter that got installed with the tankless heater so that it could easily be maintained. They showed me around when everything was done and I was very pleased. They took the old water heater out, and were going to recycle the parts. Another reason why I went with this company. Last but not least, Travis and Bobby, the plumbers, are all star MVPs (Management should know what this means)! They did a very good job and paid attention to detail. I was very glad to have them working on my home. They deserve raises at the very least. They even gave me advice on a couple of things before they left which I will follow in the futrue. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to have plumbing done. I think one caution is that they are a little higher priced, but not by much. With everything they did, I thought it was fair. Also remember, if you go with a cheaper priced plumber, chances of him getting a building permit for your property is low. These guys do it all. The Tech provided much insight into household plumbing & answered all questions I had for him. he asked several questions about our system trying to get a handle on our needs. Presented costs options for items brought up & discussed. I chose to only address original, primary issue of toilet toilet not flushing properly & water leaking into the bowl. Only issue I had was the tech failed to turn water supply back on to the toilet when he finished installing the flapper (he did check to see if flapper fit properly by turning water on & flushing, turned water back off and made an adjustment, but didn't turn water back on and re-check), so the first time my wife tried to flushed I got, 'the toilet won't won't flush. get the guy back here!' I checked it out. Turn the water on and it flushed just fine! The Tech, James, was professional and knowledgeable! I would definitely have him back!

Wow did my house stink while they worked for three hours (and the rest of the night)! But, it was in the best possible way, because I no longer have the problem I had. They used their jetting system to blow out all of the clogs, wiping out any roots along the way, and used their fancy camera to show me all 70 feet of my cleaned out sewer line. They also tuned up my hot water tank (flushed and replaced valves). John Simmons is THE MAN. What a great guy - friendly, fair, and very knowledgeable. In fact, that's how everyone is who I've talked to or worked with at The Eco Plumbers, including everyone in their office and the handful of different guys I've had to my house over the last couple years. There's no doubt I will refer them to anyone I know who needs a plumber in the future. And, I'm planning on using them myself again soon for a house project.

The service tech. was on time and did a great job. We could not tell he was even here.

Travis arrived within agreed upon timeframe with 30 minutes notice. Was very professional and completed work quickly.

I had a leak in 1 of my hot water tanks. Eco Plumbers came out, looked at the leak and then presented some options. They then came out the following week and installed the new system. The person was very punctual, very knowledgeable, very nice and extremely professional. I've had them out several times and the quality of their work is top notch.

Ammar was the technician who did the install. We had originally called to request quote on an install of a water line to our Keurig. He was happy to quote that for us but recommended we first consider replacing our water heater which had long outlived its expectancy, and the line to refrigerator which was deteriorating. We appreciated his honest and practical advice. Eco Plumbers were very professional from start to finish. Well done!

Eco-plumbers do a fantastic job of letting you know when their people will be there. I received a phone call and email letting me know he was about 30 minutes out. He arrived right on time. The plumber was very friendly and apologetic that he could not complete the job. He used an ipad to take pictures and document everything. He wrote it all up on the spot and sent me an email.

Fine. They suggested several additional repairs that would have added up to a few thousand dollars. I declined and they did not pressure me.

Technician was trustworthy and thorough.

As always, Chris was very professional and friendly. We once again highly recommend The Eco Plumbers for any plumbing needs.

I rec'd a quote for $287.00 to replace the parts in my Toilet tank. In my opinion this quote is unreasonable for $30 of parts and 1/2 hr of labor.

We called on a holiday weekend b/c our hot water heater died. James came out and did a free check to see what was wrong, checked out water for chlorine and ph levels, and gave us multiple options for replacement (fixing wasn't an option due to the nature of the issue). We ended up purchasing a new tankless water heater and a Halo filtration system and they (James and Bob) were back on Monday to install it. They took care of the additional gas line and exhaust pipes as well as lining up an electrician to make sure the new systems had the correct outlets nearby. Financing was available for 1/2 of the cost, and we made us of that (we were also given several options on that front including one with 0% interest for 18 months. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional and were not scared off by small children or dogs. Overall, this was a great experience given that it started with a horrible appliance failure.

John Simmons was friendly, professional and courteous during our repair. We had to have him out for emergency service and , even though he had a long day, he made us feel like we were the most important people in the world. We felt we could fully trust his recommendations and he was very reasonable for the work he performed. He will be the only plumber we use for the rest of the time we own this house.

Wonderful!!! I called Eco-Plumber because they had a "Deal of the Day" going on with installing an outdoor frost-free faucet. I had installed the frost-free faucet myself, but I was having trouble making the connection from the faucet to the indoor plumbing. I had already called another plumbing company out, but the estimate was over $200 to make the connection (with Shark Bites, no less). I called Eco-Plumber and explained the situation, and they sent James out. James took a look at the problem (the plumbing runs underneath a crawl space), and he made the connection in no time (he used a Shark Bite) for the price of the service call ($85.00)! James also gave me an estimate for some additional plumbing work I have planned and gave me very good, money-saving advice on the hot water heater and existing basement plumbing. James made the experience easy and uncomplicated, which I really appreciated. He also wore the blue booties to keep my floors clean. I wish I had called them first.
