Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

The service was excellent. Plumber showed up on time, evaluated the situation and made recommendation of necessary work before he began. It involved removing an old leaking spigot and replacing it with an "up-to-code" spigot for the outdoor application. The plumber explained what had changed in the code and the safety reasons addressed by the code change (prevent back flow into water line from a hose if water pressure lost and hose contents are "sucked" back into the spigot). I thought the price was a little high, but reasonable for work being done. Clean-up was very good and we are happy with the results.

I had found that my downstairs toilet had overflowed. I called Eco Plumbers on a Sunday when it was discovered. The plumber, Terry, arrived within an hour and found that a mechanical electric snake would be needed to overcome the obstruction. He called another plumber, Chris, who had access to the electric snake. They subsequently opened the sewer pipe after removing numerous flushable wipes (YES.....flushable wipes......do not put these in the toilet!!!). However, in the process of trying to remove more of the wipes, the snake broke and it could not be removed manually. This necessitated a second visit from Eco Plumbers three days later. Although another plumber was supposed to arrive, Chris came at the appointed time and removed and replaced the clogged section of pipe (impacted with disposable wipes!). He also installed an access door into the wall in the event I might have a future repeat problem. When I was originally (Sunday) told that this second visit would cost another $600, I waited until the next day and called Aaron Gainer, the owner of Eco Plumbers. I explained that I felt I should not be responsible for the second charge because it was caused by the breakage of the electric snake. He looked into the issue and I was not charged for the second visit. I've been a customer of Eco Plumbers for many, many years and have had them do work for me 5-6 times (install tankless water heater, install two new toilets, etc.). I have never met a more professional and friendly staff....whether it is Aaron, his plumbers, or the women who call me from their office. One cannot go wrong when choosing Eco Plumbers.

The service was excellent. We discovered our water heater was out at 4:00pm on Friday. I called Eco Plumbers and they made arrangement to have a service technician here Saturday morning at about 9:00 (they would have checked to see if someone could come out Friday night, but I deferred because of a Friday night commitment we already had). Saturday morning the technician arrived on time, was very professional and evaluated the situation before he began work. He explained the necessary work to be done, including bringing the water heater installation up to code, and quoted the price before working. He asked how we heard of his company and I mentioned that I was Angie's list member. He then adjusted my price to reflect a members discount (it was small - actually tiny for the amount we were spending, but I was still pleased he applied a discount. They should vary that benefit for amount spent ... same discount for $200 as $1,500?!!). The Technician brought the tank that we suggested we had (40 gallon gas), but it turned out it was a 50 gallon tank. A 50 gallon tank was then delivered with no additional charge and the installation was completed in about an hour. We had hot water again before noon.

Very professional, punctual, and courteous. And most importantly, our serviceman knew what he was doing. He was quick to solve the issue causing our lack of heat throughout the house. (What a contrast compared to the guy from the heating company that had installed our boiler just 4 months earlier, who had totally misdiagnosed the problem.) Anyway, I'm just glad that we now have a great plumber to call in case other things in our century home start to act up!

They came and fixed our complicated problem. They are courteous, professional, and knowledgable. I am very impressed.

It went great! it was hard to find a plumber that was skilled in installing a whole house water filter in a home that is almost 100 years old. Eco plumbers knew exactly how to handle the situation and promptly and skillfully installed it! It is fabulous!

The technician arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I know understand water heaters and my options for the future. There was no pressure to sell me more products or services. I was very pleased and plan to call them again.

Excellent, they were able to get me in a few days before Thanksgiving! That was something to be grateful for! The plumber was delightful, answered a few extraneous questions. Will use this company again. They called when they were on their way, arrived during the time scheduled. Very neat, wore shoe covers. Ensured there were no leaks by showing me dry paper towels, ensured the disposal worked properly before leaving.

The technician arrived that evening. It was an additional $75 charge for emergency call but we needed to have the sump replaced since more rain was on the way. The old sump was removed as well as additional rock. We were told the original sump was installed incorrectly, it wasn't installed deep enough in the well. The technician removed two buckets worth of stone. We also have a radon system so the seal had to had to be broken and resealed. The pipe for the radon had three 90 degree angles from the well to the exterior. The Eco System technician reduced this to one and replaced the two 90 degree angles closest to the well with two 45 degree angles (the original pipe was compromised - a seal was broken - when the pump failed.) We now have a new sump pump with a back up pump and a battery back up that can be hooked up to our security system and notify us via our phone. A supervisor came over at the end of the installation to double check the work that was completed. We also received an estimate for a tankless water heater system. I would use Eco System again.

The outside hose bib is great - no stress there. Wasn't sure what to expect, but was SO happy with the fact that there was no pushy or "salesy" approach with the 'inspection'. The inspection is typically their chance to put some fear into you and sell services. The inspection went great, VERY helpful and thorough. NOT that everything was perfect. He found many things in our 25 year old home that needed attention as we went though every bathroom. He even gave me the priority of what to fix and told me - go to home depot and get these parts and do this. Easy to do yourself. (That wasn't what I expected). Was ready for their hefty proposal. That came across honest and open and I feel great about that result. For that reason, if I have a bigger problem I would certainly call the Eco Plumbers again. (My service rep was the OWNER - also loved that). Thank you for being a trusted advisor!

Great job. On schedule and price was what I expected. I took the day off and was hoping to get everything done today. Travis & team were able to get the parts needed and get the job done the same day. Very professional and even took a quick look at my sump pump (which was working as intended). He mentioned gas line bonding and the importance of having it with gas. He took a look outside and found we already had one. Good to know, as I wasn't aware as we just moved in a couple of months ago. Will definitely use them again. Travis was terrific and very helpful.

Very professional administrative, and service staff! From start to finish, I was very pleased with Eco Plumbers! They called and offered a reminder call, and then called 30 minutes before the service. Adam, the technician, was very friendly and helpful! He made necessary recommendations, and offered estimate for possible future work recommended and requested. I would absolutely recommend Eco Plumbers to anyone!

Brawn thoroughly accessed everything and stated he would need to go to the shop for some equipment to begin. He also suggested I call the Eco Disaster company to ensure I would not be dealing with a mold problem later down the line. Brawn returned with his expert PJ and they went straight to work. They completed the job and were very professional and friendly, keeping my stress level to a minimum! Brawn also caught an issue with my garbage disposal which could have been a problem in the future. Will definitely use again.

Travis was very professional considering that he was working on a Saturday and it was the day after Christmas! He wanted to make sure that he checked all options before deciding that we needed to replace our tankless water heater. He kept us informed and communicated with us about all issues. He recommended that we get a larger unit that would accommodate our 3 full bathrooms. The unit that we had was only for 1 1/2 bathrooms. He was careful when removing the old unit and taking it outside. We are very pleased with Travis and his work ethic. We will definitely hire Eco Plumbers again! We will also recommend them to our friends.

Wanted them to fix the water flow in the toilet bowl but they recommended to replace the whole toilet bowl even ours was less than 2 years old. We ended up buying the part from Lowes and replace it ourselves and it cost us less than 20 dollars.

Discovered one of the new hose bibs leaking inside the basement. E-mailed pictures and called to report the leak. Was told someone would get back with me. Didn't hear anything for a couple of days and had to call them back. They sent technician back out. He tightened the connection. Checked a couple of days later to discover that there was still a slow leak. They sent a technician promptly this time and he remedied the problem. I doubt this is typical of their work and they did make everything right. I would probably use them again.

The came in a timely manner. Gave a quote that was reasonable and where done in less than a hour.

Technician came on 12/15/15 to do tune-up. Shortly thereafter toilet began to run. Left message with EcoPlumber telephone service approximately 11:30pm on 12/15/15. EcoPlumber returned call the following morning (12/16/15) to schedule technician to come back out on 12/17/15 morning. Technician uncovered and professionally resolved a shoddy job done when toilet was originally installed during the building process. EcoPlumber has exceeded expectations and has earned my business in the future!

I called Eco plumbers around 9 am to install a new faucet for a bathroom sink and also a new shower head and spout for a bathtub. I have used them before to install two new toilets for around $950. They were extremely fast and told me they could have someone out in a couple hours. Approximately 1 hour later the plumber (Amir) came by. He had installed my toilets and had done a good job before. He quoted me a price of over $600 to replace the faucet and showerhead?!? (I had already purchased these items, so the price was just for labor). I couldn't believe that. I had to work done by another licensed plumber for $120 about a week later. I like Eco plumbers and they are professionals, but they need to take a look at some of their prices. Because that is just outrageous for a job that took less than 1.5 hours. I would suggest using this company, but get more than one quote, because they seem to be charging way too much!

Had trouble with the original appointment. Was told that they would call between 10 & 2 on the day of service an hour before the tech would arrive. At 1 or so on the day of, received a call and told the appointment would need rescheduled. Just would have been nice to know sooner. The next scheduled appointment went better. Original appointment was to replace the outdoor faucet and they provided a quote for the additional work and was able to provide the service the same day.
