Travis has been to our home on several occasions. He is amazing! Polite, conscientious, on time, extremely knowledgeable, and hard working. He always leaves my house cleaner than how he finds it. Leaky faucets, leaky toilets, gas lines, installation of shut off valves, installation of water purification system, winterization... he's done it all, and always with a smile. The ladies in the office at Eco Plumbers are also really great. They are pleasant and informative. Scheduling is a breeze. I always get a phone call when Travis is 30 minutes from my home so it's not necessary to sit around and wait. It's the excellent customer service, the no-hassle, extra mile, that makes this company stand out above the rest. Today's service resulted when I had an appliance man come out to service my cooktop. He recommended I have my gas connection looked at. I instantly called Eco Plumbers and was grateful for how quickly they could send someone out. I received a reminder call last evening and a call this morning when Travis was on his way. He showed up and instantly (and without me asking), covered his shoes to protect my floor. My toilet was not shutting off properly so I had him check it. After some adjustments, it worked well. He checked all of the fittings to my cooktop and then checked for leaks. He also helped me install the new burners that the appliance guy didn't do. In and out, he cleaned up after himself, everything fixed, all before 9:00 am. I would never use anyone else. Consistent, reliable service. Hassle free.

He was pretty quick. He said that he was going to give me a follow up because there were some items that needed repair because they weren't drastic but he never followed up. So he was going to send me a list of all the items in the toilet that needed repair but that wasn't like super urgent and I never received that list. He was okay but he didn't follow up because the item that needed to be fixed they were not drastic but five years from now they are going to need to be fixed and it would be good if I have that list that he said he was going to send so that I could keep track of that. The price was good. He was on time and he called. He was professional. He didn't do anything. He just like basically walked around and flashed the toilets. He was supposed to give me that list so I could understand what the issues were.

The technician was very polite, professional, and congenial. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the time to explain how plumbing works. He also gave me an estimate for replacing drain lines. He offered different options for a particular problem to limit price and inconvenience. The company uses tablets and he was able to give me the estimate immediately. Everything is also emailed directly (appointment reminder, estimate, invoice, etc). which is great. He also seemed very honest and did not try to sell me any high-priced services. I highly recommend the company - it appears the type of person they employ is important to them and that impresses me.

That went okay. The sump pump had problems so we had them twice to fix it. They were responsive in getting that done. We had a sump pump that had no problems for nearly 9 years. We thought we would proactively replace it. We ended up having problems twice after putting the new one in. It was a little disappointing but their response was great. The guy got in an argument with his partner right in front of us.

It did. Gave up trying to schedule service.

The technician showed up at the exact time that I was informed he would arrive, despite the snow and bad roads. He then installed the disposal and even unclogged a drain for not cost. He also was very careful to not dirty my floors with the snow! He was very friendly and professional. The job he did was quick and well done. the receipt was emailed to me with a picture of the work he had done.

It went well. The tech, Chris, is a knowledgeable and personable. The fix required a minimal amount of his time so we discussed other issues and future plumbing needs. He performed a water quality test that was enlightening and we discussed replacement of my water heater.

We have a very complicated water processing system. The house was designed and built by a science teacher - what can you do? Anyway, I called EcoPlumbers to inspect the well equipment (they do everything but the outside) and my reverse osmosis system. Shawn correctly diagnosed my RO system as a plugged filter, which I just bought on Amazon and replaced. More importantly, he found a filter that had never been changed on the well system, and Gavin replaced the whole piece with a contemporary filter two days later. It was a little above retail, honestly, but the quality of the work and the professionalism was worth it. The PPM in my non-RO water went from 350 to 150 after the change, and I am looking forward to the next dishwasher load. Thanks a lot!

Eco plumbers truly stood head and shoulders above the rest. I was working with a nightmare of a plumbing situation trying to fix years and years of DIY work that was done improperly. Even as a seasoned remodeler I knew it was too much for me so I started bidding the job. Eco Plumbers and Waterworks were my two first phone calls. Both quoted about the same and both offered similar service items (call ahead, e-mail ahead, etc.), but Eco plumbers actually followed through where the others failed to do so. I'll admit that I am still in a bit of sticker shock, but after over 10 years of dealing with many different contractors I'd have to say very few, if any, had the customer service angle captured to the way Eco Plumbers did. I'd happily use this company again because the service level was definitely worth the higher price

Excellent service from this company. We discovered the 13 year old hot water heater had failed on a Thursday morning. We called several companies that could not come to look at the hot water heater for at least 4 days. Due to the high ratings on Angie's List for this company we called them and they sent a technician out that day. He got the hot water heater working again and discussed the options we had at that point. We chose replacement and another technician came the next day and replaced the hot water heater. We had plans for that evening so as not to put us late 2 technicians were sent so the job could be done quickly and we were not delayed for our appointment. We will be using them again.

The guys were wonderful---scheduling took a little work, but we are extremely pleased with the finished product. Our workers were friendly and pleasant, and stayed until the job was totally finished.

Very professional and prompt. The work done was a Angie's List Deal ($69 per outside faucet replacement). Two guys came. They did a thorough appraisal of the house plumbing and later sent me estimates on other work. A bit on the high side $$$ for me. Had them do the two faucet only.

The technician, John, was prompt, neat, and competent. He scoped my sewer main and found no problems. I had this done to assure myself that cronic blockage in the lateral from the kitchen sink had not spread to the main. Mission accomplished!

We decided to replace our old refrigerator and wanted to use the ice maker and needed to have a water supply line installed. Eco Plumbers was listed on the "Porch" contractor listings and also listed on Angie's List. I sent an email to Eco on Saturday and within an hour was contacted by phone and I made an appointment for the following Monday morning. I received both a phone call and email Monday morning that the technician was on his way. Shawn and his helper arrived and proceeded to look over the situation and gave me a firm price for the job and asked if I wanted to have the work done. Based on the past reviews on Angie's List and with the price being pretty much what I expected, I authorized the work. They finished the job in about an hour including a thorough explanation to me of what they did and where the water shut-off was located. Both Shawn and his helper were very professional and friendly. I have used other plumbers before, but I now have one that I will use in the future and that I will highly recommend.

I received a call a day ahead to confirm the appointment as well as the morning of the appointment to let me know they were on their way. There was no charge for this particular call. I would definitely use this Co.again.

Our regular plumber was unavailable, so we checked Angie's List and found Eco-Plumbers. When I called, I spoke to a very professional agent who had someone out to our house in less than an hour. The plumber, Pearl, was very efficient and fixed the problem quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend Eco Plumbers.

Very professional, clean, and timely.

I had a sewage clog on Surtaday morning. I call several compnies before I called Eco Plumbers, and the earliest appointment I could get was 6 hours away. Eco Plumbers were at my house in less then an hour. John came assessed the situation and gave me estimate right away. It was a little High, but considering it is weekend service, it is understandable. He did not rush through explained what the problem was and how to prevent it in a future. I am very satisfied with Eco Plumbers service and I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a $29 deal to evaluate one toilet in the house. The toilet had been running randomly, like it was filling up the tank. The plumber took the toilet apart and thought it was the connection on the bottom. Before it was over he recommended a new toilet. I am sorry to say I agreed at the time but am not convinced the toilet needed to be replaced. But it was. And the new toilet began running randomly in a few days just like the old one. The first appointment to investigate the problem was not kept. The plumber was still busy at the end of the scheduled time slot so a second appointment was made. The plumber arrived and put something in the tank to figure out why it was leaking. The flapper was replaced and the problem has not reoccurred. For the 2nd and 3rd appointments I made sure someone was with me. I'm convinced that is the only reason I was not sold more parts that I did not need. I tend to stay away from Angie's List Deals that are check-ups or reviews because too often it is just a ploy to sell something extra. I'll avoid "evaluation" too.

Called several companies and Ecoplumbers was the only company that could come the same day and they showed-up within two hours. John Simmons was the technician and he was true professional. John diagnosed the problem quickly, offered options to correct the problem, and explained every step as he progressed through the corrective procedures. John got the drain unclogged, was very careful to keep the surrounding area clean and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. I higher recommend Ecoplumbers and John Simmons.
