Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

The first guy was here a long time and worked hard. He even checked other things while here. Only problem was that the new flapper was defective and they had to come back to fix it. However, they sent someone the very next day and fixed it.

Our water heater broke Thursday night. Friday morning I called and they were out in 2 1/2 hours for an estimate. Braun was very professional, explained all my options and let me know they could come out in the afternoon to do the job. They showed up early, to my delight. The job was done in 2 1/2 hours. Great job and I am very satisfied. Definitely will use again.

Called on Sunday to request service - person on phone from Eco Plumbers was extremely nice and helpful and got us set up for an estimate the following day. On Monday we were notified by phone and email when the tech was on the way (which was right at the start of the estimated time frame). Email contained a photo of the tech and his name so we knew who to expect. Tech arrived on time, took a look at the issue for 15 mins or so and came up with his recommendations and estimate, all displayed on his iPad. Once I signed off on the estimate, we agreed on a day for the work to be completed. Again, got a notification via phone and email that the same tech was on his way - again at the beginning of the quoted time frame. Tech arrived on time, performed work quickly and effectively and was extremely personable. All staff members we spoke to were extremely helpful, personable and pleasant. Work was done quickly and looks good (to my layman's eyes). I'd highly recommend these guys - my only comment would be that I thought the estimate a little expensive - but this wouldn't put me off using them again.

Charlie arrived within 90 minutes of my call to Eco Plumbers. He was polite, careful of our carpets, knowledgeable, and speedy. He quickly diagnosed the cause of our bathroom leak, removed the porcelain, replaced the flange and wax seal, re-seated the toilet, trimmed the exceedingly long bolts, replaced the caps, and did a super job of cleaning up. He did an excellent job and was out the front door in twenty minutes. Who could ask for more?

They did an excellent job. Shaun was punctual, professional, friendly, polite, and expert. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The provider contacted me quickly after my purchase and sent an email to confirm the appointment with a photo of the technician. The provider was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

It went very well. But I was shocked at the price of the hose bibb. Even considering one hour for labor , around $ 100. The bibb cost around $ 150. I had priced bibs ad could get one for around $ 50. Eco called and moved my appointment up to around11 am , so I did not have time to purchase my own for around $ 50. I will act differently in the future; but still plan to use Eco in the future

They were fantastic. Bob and Pearl came out at about 8:00 on a Saturday night. Bob had been there earlier in the day to fix a leak in my hot water tank, and then later in the evening, we got a bad leak that was coming down into the kitchen. This was not caused by anything he had done, rather when the water turned back on after the first fix, it dislodged a nail that had gone into a pipe months earlier when we were doing some home repairs. Turning the water off and on dislodged the nail and the leak started. When I called (for the second time on a Saturday) about a (new, bigger) problem, they responded right away, and immediately sent Bob and Pearl out to figure this out. They came right away and fixed it as quickly as they could. They discovered a problem with an upstairs toilet that they thought could be responsible for the problem, but they explained that they had a feeling that it might not be the real issue, and upon further inspection, it in fact was not the issue. I'm so glad they didn't just fix that and leave, without telling me that there could be more going on. (They gave us a choice about the toilet thing, and we decided to wait, because it was already an expensive day.) Instead, they found the actual problem and fixed it for good. There were 9 children asleep in various rooms in my house (because of course plumbing problems come up when you have company), and they were sensitive to that and worked as quickly and quietly as is possible when sawing into one's walls is necessary. They did their best to minimize cost, and they were kind and friendly. I can't think of enough good things to say about this company who answers when you call, no matter the time, and is available to help you in an emergency. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing any type of plumbing service.

They were very professional; they emailed and called ahead to tell us they were coming, and the technician even FaceTimed with me so I could show him the leak and he could be sure to bring the necessary part. He was in and out quickly, and gave us some good advice about some of the other plumbing in our house.

We went outside and looked at the spigot then in the basement to look at the supply line which had no turn off valve. We will schedule the addition of one in the future when the weather is better. Good job, Eco Plumbing!!

They were very knowledgeable.

I called Eco Plumbers at 7:30 on a Friday night when my hot water heater began spewing water all over my basement. They booked me on their Saturday service schedule and Pearl Fox was at my front door by 10am. I did NOT have to pay a $75 travel charge or time and a half since Eco Plumbers is open on Saturdays. The two other plumbers that I called would have charged me extra for an "after-hour emergency" service call. Pearl gave me three price quotes for different size and types of water heaters. He was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up the water from the basement before installing the new water heater. I highly recommend this company!

Top to bottom, we had an excellent experience. Price matched the service. In the future Eco plumbers will be our first call--no need to shop around.

They came in the time window they said they would. They were clean and got right to work. The only problem was the first guy quoted me the wrong price for a disposal and installation. They saw the notes at the office and called me back and offered to come the same day and do it at the correct price. It was a great deal and I jumped at the offer. The first guy gets the b for professionalism, because he should have called the office to see if he could give me a better price.

Pearl Fox was a very professional and thorough technician and a pleasure to work with.

EcoPlumbers found several areas with underground pipes were faulty, crushed or disconnected d/t age, tree roots, etc. They camera inspected and did the repair work the same day. They were sensitive to the surrounding grass and vegetation.

Chris Stinson from The Eco Plumbers was prompt, courteous and did a very nice job. He showed me a detailed camera view of the drain line and pointed out areas cleaned and areas of potential problems in the future. I would definitely have him do plumbing work in my house again.

The jobs were done quickly and efficiently. All the plumbers that came out were professional and courteous. We will use them for jobs in the future. John, Travis, Ryan, Bob, Kevin, thank you for making this awful situation into one that was done quickly and professional.

Our disposal died and started leaking. I contacted eco plumbers on the list here, got a quick call back and in 2 days, boom done and fixed. They were fast and its done good to go.

The plumbing technician, Ammar, arrived to perform the plumbing evaluation on schedule and did a great job reviewing each area with me and describing how best to deal with them in the future. After being shown some options regarding replacing one of my toilets, I decided to go forward with the replacement (which included replacing a valve that was soon to fail). By having the valve replaced at the same time as the toilet, I was able to save some money (lower cost for the valve replacement as well as avoiding a future full service call charge). Ammar's work was perfect on the replacements and he was very pleasant and professional through the whole process. Eco Plumbers attention to quality and detail means alot and I will look forward to working with them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Workman was very professional, helpful. Answered questions completely and talked with us about other things house will need in the near future (it is over 50 years old). Plumber was just a gem and a pleasure to work with on these issues.
