Ammar Tiba is a very professional and personable fellow. He not only solved the current drain problem but told me how to prevent its recurrence.

Everything was done very professionally. The inspection was performed by two associates of Eco Plumbers who had the expertise but also a touch of salesmanship. Their recommendation regarding the sump pump replacement and the drainage repair was accepted and immediate action was agreed to. The filter system was unrelated to the inspection. We liked the proposal as we had considered such a system for some time without coming to a conclusion. Their proposal made sense and we agreed to the installation. Both installations were performed by a different team on the same day. We were also very pleased with this team (Adam Kennedy and Hayder Alazzawi). Compared to offers on the internet the prices quoted for the sump pump and the filtration system seem to be at the high end but the overall package cost was acceptable. The company was very responsive regarding the information flow and follow-up. We would use Eco Plumbers again for any future need.

Ran into problem of old tree stump in way and had to rent stump grinder that cost me an extra 300.00. They did a good job replacing soil and sod . I think the yard looked as good as could be considering what was done to it.All the workers were polite and friendly.

Went ok. Did not have the parts and had to go to distribution center and they did not have them but they eventually delivered them to my house.

James was on time, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, and overall amazing. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it to me in a manner that I could understand. He then prepared several options for me and explained each one to me individually so I could make an informed decision. Once I made a decision, James repaired the issue in minutes. He saved my basement from flooding and was even kind enough to empty out the trash cans full of water that I used to catch the leak. Overall, James did a fantastic job. I was very impressed and I will certainly use this company again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

Arrived on time and employees were nice and professional. They did a toilet tune up and replaced a part inside (i believe it called a flapper) that was making my toilet drip. Replacing the flapper was included in the tune up price. They replaced the flapper. The problem I had with the toilet was worse. I actually turned the water off to the toilet so it would stop dripping. I called them back and they arrived early the next day. Again the employee was nice and professional. He inspected the toilet and realized the flapper they placed in the toilet did not match the other part inside the toilet so he had to supply another one to match the one inside. I was charged I think $80.00 for the 2nd part which I thought was suppose to be included. The way I see it is I paid for the first flapper included in the toilet tuneup. I don't think its my fault the first one they installed did not fit correctly. The total cost to me was about $150.00. I think I could have called my local plumber and have gotten it cheaper. It at least would not have been any more. This is my understanding of the repair.

Pearl, the person who performed the tune up was amazing. However, a couple of days after the tune up our toilet stopped flushing properly and is now making a loud sound when being flushed. It didn't make any of these sounds before hand and it doesn't sound good. I am not sure what the tune-up did, but the performance of our toilet has decreases since the tuneup.

It went efficiently and quickly. The ECO plumbers always do great work.

Everything went smoothly. My objection is to the à la carte pricing. The drain-snaking was $240. Replacing the hoses was an additional $90+, which represents the company's minimum charge for one hour of labor (even if the task at hand takes 15 minutes). The entire visit lasted just about one hour. Update: I didn't realize until later in the day that the technicians had not put the washing machine back where it had been nor the items on top of the washing machine. It's a minor detail, but it bespeaks carelessness.

I love Eco Plumbers. I have been using them for 6+ years for both my house and my business Designer Paws Salon. We had 2 tankless heaters put in my grooming salon last year and just loved them (by Eco Plumber). I have been trying to talk my husband into replacing our 10+ year old water heater for a while and I just loved the tankless at the shop. I got excited to see them at the Home an garden show. This gave me an opportunity to have my husband meet my favorite plumbers and check out their show special. He is SO glad we finally switched out the tank for a tankless. We now have on demand hot water and it doesn't matter if you take a 20 min shower cause we will always have nice HOT water which is not what we had before. Before you could only have 1 person take a shower once a day for about 5 mins before the water would go cold. They are a great company to work with.

I'm converting from an electric furnace to a gas furnace. Just added gas to my house. Needed to have a gas line run to the furnace. Eco Plumbers did a great job. Showed up on time. Kept everything clean. Spent the time to give an accurate estimate, I liked what I saw, so they did the job right there an then. It took about 4.5 hours total. Gas line has been run. It's been done with future runs in mind. Very happy with the way it was run, the supports that were used, etc. Will use them with the next appliance I convert to gas.

I want to be clear that my issue is with the plumber they sent to my property and not the company. My tenant said that after flushing her toilet it continues to runs for an extremely long time and there is a leak. So, I purchased the toilet tune up big deal. After visually inspecting at the toilet myself, I figured it just needed a few things adjusted and tightened $29 was a good deal since I did not have time to fix it myself. The tenant was home and my instruction to the plumber was to not perform any additional work without calling for my approval. The plumber arrived and checked out the toilet. He called me and said that he checked out the fill valve, and adjusted the tank level operation. I asked if he replaced the flapper. He said that he did not have proper sized flapper in his van. He told me that the leak was coming from the toilet base and he needs to pull up the toilet and replace the wax ring and see what is causing the leak; approx cost $250. I told him, okay, check it out. He then called me back a second time and said that the toilet needs to be replaced. I asked how much and his verbal estimate ranged from $500 to over a $1,000. I asked him to do the home plumbing inspection that is part of the big deal before starting on the toilet. I called him back and asked if he had started on the toilet wax ring and he said no. I told him that I feel that the price continues to go up every time he calls me. I asked him to only complete the toilet tune up. He said that if I get the work done today that the cost would be much less because I would not be charged a service call. Throughout our conversations, I could not get a clear answer from him as to what was wrong or where he thought the leak was coming from. I told him to just email estimates because I was not paying any more than the the big deal. I called the office and voiced my concern about the plumber. The supervisor/manager said that he would send out different plumber. He was really nice and wanted to correct the situation. But I'm now leary of a different plumber but still need the leak fixed. By the time we made arrangements for them to send out a different plumber, I called another plumber (a friend of a friend who works for another company) to come out and look at the leak issue. My friend's plumber said, that this is a really good toilet and there is no reason to replace it. And, the amount of time it takes for the water to fill the tank is normal. He said the leak is not from the toilet base. He showed me that every time the toilet is flushed water drips from the toilet tank gasket and bolt. That is one of the bolts underneath the tank. The bolt was simply loose. He let me feel that it was loose before he tightened it. I'm glad my friend told me about her plumber. Now, I have a plumber on speed dial and can delete The Eco Plumbers number. Estimates received by The Eco Plumbers: 1. $250 Cost to pull toilet & replace wax ring & replace fill valve & supply line & change tank bolt include part & labor does not include flange (copied from actual email estimate) 2. Received 3 different estimates to replace to the toilet. The price difference is due to the brand/type of toilet of $746, $608, and $530 to replace the toilet. I told him that the toilet is less than 3 years old but he said that the toilet is most likely cracked underneath and if so will need replaced.

I called Eco Plumbers on Tuesday and they sent someone out on Wednesday. They communicated well and in the end the service was completed properly. I googled the pump model and found that it sells retail for about $170 online. Figure $20 for a check valve. That leaves $390 for the labor, service call, etc. That seems excessive, but I agreed to the price before he started work. I have a finished basement and I needed the pump replaced with all the rain we've been getting, otherwise I would have waited until the weekend and replaced it myself. I would request a ball-park estimate ahead of time if you have the time.

I don't understand how 15 minutes of work and very little parts could cost me $230. Rip Off !!

Pearl was on time and began work right away. He was very methodical in his approach. He explained what he was doing, why and how and also installed an access door in case we have any plumbing issues in the future in the adjoining room. Pearl also helped ensure that the other pipes in the bathroom were secure and capped off. He also provided me an estimate on installing the fixtures, the new toilet and vanity/sink.

Eco Plumbers gave me three price options for my water heater replacement and bathroom rough in, which was nice. Most of my communication with them was via e-mail and texts They were always very quick to return communications. They're apparently very tech savvy and certainly on top of things when it comes to communicating with the customer. The plumbers arrived when promised and went about their work with minimal distraction except to ask pertinent questions about how I wanted things installed. They moved the gas regulator where it would be out of the way for finishing the basement later (As I had asked). At my request, they also put copper ends (rather than the standard plastic) on the bathroom supply lines to make it easier for a home novice like myself to install the shutoffs later. When they left they cleaned up all of the mess (leaving only one small clear plastic wrapper behind). My wife was a bit upset that the water was off most of the day after the estimator initially stated that he thought it would only need to be off a couple of hours. I'm thinking though that given the amount of work done though, the water shutoff was as short as we might expect.

Travis from Eco Plumbers did a great job going over the job details with me ahead of time, and we planned out how all of the piping would be laid in the finished basement with minimal destruction to the finished walls and ceiling. Charlie and Bobby did a great job of fishing the pipe through tight spaces and the installation was very professional. They answered all of my questions and showed a high level of knowledge and skill. I would work with them again and they will be my first call in the future for any plumbing needs.

Over the last week, The Eco Plumbers have been out to my house three times. The first visit was to replace our ancient water heater with a new 50 gallon power vent. The installers were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. That evening, we got an error message on the control box indicating too much pressure in the vent. This was the result of a screen with too narrow of gaps being installed in the end of the vent. They returned the following day and corrected the issue at no charge and we could not be happier with our new water heater. On their thrip visit for the week, Eco Plumbers cleared a clog in our kitchen drain due to the previous owners of our house pouring grease down the kitchen drain. We now have a kitchen sink that works and an amazing new water heater. Thanks, Eco Plumbers for your great work!

It went well. The company contacted me the day before as a reminder and again on the day of the job when the installers were in route. They took care to throw down tarps over my carpet and cleaned up well after themselves. Three installers worked on the job and took about 5 hrs to complete. They went over the system with me and answered my questions before leaving. It went fairly smooth. We got another estimate from Atlas Butler, which was a $1000 higher for a lesser model of the same brand water heater.

I called Eco Plumbers and they sent a plumber out that same afternoon. Roslyn (I believe that was her name), the representative I spoke to, was very courteous and took down all my details. I was notified of who would be coming to my home and what he looked like via e-mail. I also received a phone-call when the plumber was 30 minutes away. Ammar arrived within the time-frame I was given. Very polite and professional. He explained what had gone wrong with the toilets, what needed to be done for an immediate fix, and gave recommendations for the future. He took the old parts with him and cleaned up all leftover debris. Having been a plumber for 16 years, he was very quick! Both toilets are working now, and I would recommend Eco Plumbers to others looking for an efficient, polite plumbing service!

Eco plumbers were able to come to the house the same day that we called to make an appointment. Jake the plumber that came to the house was very professional, and was able to complete the job the same day. He was at the house for an 11/2 hours. We were very satisfied with the job, but felt the price may have been a bit high.

After looking at the water heater for about 10 seconds he advised me it could break if he flushes it and immediately tried to sell me on a tankless water heater. Didn't even perform the plumbing inspection. I should have done a charge back.

Within 2 hours of requesting emergency service our provider was there. In the interim, lots of email and phone communication updating us on progress. He showed up actually earlier than he predicted. Gavin was efficient and quickly resolved the problem. We have used Eco plumbing before and we have never been disappointed. As far as I am concerned, this is the group to address all of our plumbing needs.
