Austin was very personable and professional. Eco plumbers worked with my schedule and ensured I had an accurate time of arrival as well as pricing for the services performed.

They cleared the block, put in a camera and found that the drain had corroded to the point of uselessness. They will return to replace the corroded drain as a permanent solution. Having the camera was great. It clearly showed the problem and the proposed solution made sense.

Our technician Skilier was wonderful. He was very personable and professional. Eco Plumbers had cleaned out our sewer line last winter. Recent heavy rains caused the sewer to back up again. I called and discussed the problem and made two trips to our home diagnose the resolve the problem. During this process they discovered an additional problem not related to their prior work. They let us know the issue and price and had a crew on hand to resolve it within 24 hours. Most plumbing companies can fix a problem but few stand behind and prioritize work customer customer satisfaction Eco plumbers did not charge us for the two house calls needed to fix the word we had done last January and were prompt and fair in fixing the new issue. Every technician entering our home has been component and personable. I highly recommend Eco Plumbers.

Service was prompt and courteous. I give this company very high marks for their customer service orientation. I would definitely use them again.

The tech came, he looked at the water heater. He looked at the furnace. He looked at the AC unit but didn't take the side off. I stated the furnace, AC unit and outside unit were replaced in 2020. In his estimate he said I needed new indoor and outdoor coils, a new outdoor unit and he also said the AC was updated in 2016 which is inaccurate. They quoted me $9400. I cancelled the appt because I wanted someone else to see if they could figure it out. I did have someone else come over, they said the PVC pipe that was supposedly draining the water into my foundation was backed up therefore causing the water to drip through the furnace and all over the floor. So he installed a condensate pump and utilized the current PVC pipe. The pump was $75 and he charged $50 for the visit. So $125 solved the leaking problem. Im not sure why Eco Plumbers thought I needed $9400 worth of repairs. I will probably look elsewhere for similar maintenance from now on. The picture is the only fix I needed: a condensate pump.

Pump instal went great. Fast, correct, professional, but it was expensive. Quote for faster hot water delivery seemed expensive, but need to check other companies for their ideas and prices.

Great service! Ammar Tiba was very nice and patient. My disposal was rusted and hard to get detached. He kept at it and out in a nice new 1/3 hp disposal.
