Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians

The plumber was very professional and courteous, did the job as expected. He quoted a much higher number but had eventually came down to this number, last time around he installed a bidet for me for which he charged a $ 100 for, after that i installed 2 more myself which work just fine, and replacing an exact similar pipe he charged 365.00. Other than the price i had no issues.

Came on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Fair price. Could not ask for a more professional service call.

This is the third time Eco Plumbers has done work at my house. Each time, the plumber who came out was professional and knowledgable. He got the work done quickly. The cost of labor is reasonable. I highly recommend Eco Plumbers.

Beautifully, Alex arrived and was especially respectful of our home and gave us great advice on our plumbing maintenace, etc. He repaired both faucets and caulked them completely. In a world of disapointing service providers this was a breath of fresh air. The company was quick to schedule us after we called and were always polite and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and Eco Plumbing. Very happy!

Everything went as planned. I have used Eco Plumbers before and once again was very satisfied. They do a great job taking care of the house while working and are very professional. After everything was completed, we decided to replace two sets of bathroom faucets. I have just scheduled them to install the faucets we purchased.

He was very detailed and commented on what he was doing. He also provided recommendations on what we need work on in the future. There was no sales push but more of educating us on what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Eco Plumbers to inquire about the $69 faucet replacement promotion that I found on Angie's list. I shared that I needed a new installation (in place of a replacement) that would require the installation of about 20-25 feet of a new water line. They were very friendly and set up an appointment for me. The service person was punctual and friendly. I was prepared to have Eco Plumbing perform the work until I saw the price estimate. The quote to install the faucet and run about 20-25 feet of plastic piping (not even copper) was $877! If it cost $69 to replace an old faucet, I just could not accept an $800 charge to run 20-25 feet of plastic piping to connect it. The installation would have been super simple as the basement provided easy access to the main line and installation point. Nice company but totally unrealistic on price.

Things did not go entirely as planned, because the first toilet installed had a leaky tank, and ultimately the plumber had to return to the house to install a new tank. However, I believe that this was a factory defect in the first tank, and no fault of the plumber, and the problem was completely solved when a replacement tank was installed. Having said that, I must emphasize that the company -- and the plumber -- did everything to make this right, and did not attempt to charge me extra for coming out two times after the first tank was installed. Also, they were willing to send the plumber back at times (evening and weekend) that did not require me to miss any additional work. The plumber himself was very courteous and pleasant, even though he was most likely working extra hours that were not part of his planned work schedule. I would definitely use this company again.

I was ready to burn this house to the ground when Bobby and Chuck showed up a saved me from a prison sentence .... They were funny, courteous, honest, accommodating and they also knew a lot about plumbing. They were upfront with everything and gave me multiple options. We'd had water issues in the yard of this house since we bought it. The final straw was a 4.5 ft sinkhole that showed up due to junk builder grade piping breaking apart under the surface. Eco plumbers was the first call I made as I didn't even know where to begin with a giant death trap in my yard. From the first person I spoke with, Cara, to the plumbers, Chuck and Bobby, everyone was very nice. They handled my panic and OCD with charm...they even managed to impress my oft pretentious fiance. I'd highly recommend the Eco Plumbers. They're even entertaining as the slave away in the heat...how they manage to be funny and work so hard I don't know but they're all pretty great. Oh and Bobby found a gas leak and helped me out by being honest and it ended up a friend of ours fixed it for no cost...could've been much worse.

After a weekend with no hot water, a technician arrived within 30 minutes after my plea for help. James the technician was professional and informative. He diagnosed the issue with my Navien on demand hot water heater within 20 minutes. After he rescaled the tank, he suggested a water filter to prevent the calcium and iron buildup within the tank. They will be installing the filter in 2 days.

Fantastic experience! I submitted a request online at ~8pm on Mon evening. Five minutes later, I received a phone call to schedule a visit for estimate. They were able to schedule a morning visit for Wed. Prior to arrival, the called to confirm, sent a picture of the technician that would arrive and they arrived on-time. The technician discussed multiple options with me then completed the work the same day. All was finished within 2h from start to finish.

I am not happy with this service and I cannot recommend them.

Professionalism, punctuality and service was excellent. Eco Plumbers notified me by email and phone approximately 45 minutes before their plumbers, Travis and Gavin, arrived. They were friendly (my dog loved them!) and assessed my water hammer and sump pump concerns before giving me an estimate for their work. I approved the water hammer corrective measures and they installed the parts in no time. No more water hammer noise throughout my house! I'll be scheduling my sump pump replacement work with them very soon. Highly recommend hiring Eco Plumbers!

Service done was excellent. Concern was I waited through a 4 hour window and was called at the end to reschedule. I was then told I would be first for new appt. but I had to wait 3 hours. I was again told I would be first for 2nd repair and again waited 3 hours.

Travis came out on time and was able to diagnose that the disposal wasn't the issue and I didn't need a new one. It was an issue with the power line running to the disposal. I really appreciate his honesty and he even gave me a referral on who to call to fix the electrical issue. I will be using him again in the future for all my plumbing problems based on this experience. I contacted Angie's List for a refund of the deal and have scheduled with his referred electrician.

Aman came out to provide an estimate to do the work. He stated they would not need to tear into the wall to get access fix the tub that has been dripping for awhile. Aman was polite and explained what he could do, how he would repair the items. We advised him that we wanted him to go ahead and do the work. To our surprise, he started working on it right away. I figured we would need to schedule an appointment for the work to be done. He worked quickly and got the issues repaired and noticed that the shower diverter on the tub spout wouldn't work (which is something we hadn't noticed as we have not been using that bathroom). It was great that he was observant and noticed that matter! He got that repaired as well and now it works wonderfully. A word of note: we had a different plumbing company out last year who worked on the tub dripping and they came to the conclusion it could not be repaired without tearing into the wall. Glad we found a great plumber and company that could take care of the issue professionally. Also, the people that take the calls are the friendliest people I have talked to in quite some time!

Arrived when they said they would and even sent a picture of plumber arriving. Very professional. Replaced faucet and found a leak. Left an estimate to do future work.

They came out the day I called, gave me a thorough explanation of the options - standard 50 gallon tank and tankless. Alex and Travis were excellent. They were extremely poised, knowledgeable and polite. And thorough - they asked ME questions about my house, revealing a few forgotten issues. I love this company. After considering the two options, we elected to have a standard water heater installed, which they did the next morning - less than 20 hours later. That technician, Charlie, was prompt, courteous, careful with my property, patient with me while he explained the system and very tidy. While this may not sound 'fantastic,' it is. I deal with A LOT of contractors and vendors and this company sets the bar for customer service. If you want a great product delivered by competent professionals who treat your home better than you do, choose Eco Plumbers. If you are ok with rude, dirty, sloppy and subpar, keep looking. There are a lot more of those out there than there are of these guys.

It was okay. They did what they were supposed to do. It turned out fine. It was fine.

The workers were incredibly friendly and walked us through each step and provided pictures of the process. Workers were prompt and completed the job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them!

We had called Eco Plumbers out to give us quotes on multiple issues (toilets, water heater, and the drainage pipe). We ended up only having them repair the drainage pipe on the day of the service because that was the most time-sensitive issue. Overall, very professional, punctual, friendly. The quotes we received for the toilets and water heater are high. However, they are quoting the ultra high-efficiency products which are more costly. We simply do not need the ultra high-efficiency products; we will not get a return on our money in this house. We had another plumber come out to give us quotes for the same work and are going with him strictly based on pricing. In regards to the drainage pipe, we're pleased with the work they did, but the pricing is not competitive when compared to other companies.

I had a wobbly leaking toilet. They came in ad repaired it and stopped it from leaking and ran a new line to it. It works perfect and they were professional. I will use again.

I noticed water leaking on my basement floor near my water heater with a white residue on the floor. I called Eco Plumbers to set up an appointment to have them take a look to see what was going on. Good thing I did as Travis and Alex explained to me I had some serious issues going on with my water and water heater. Turns out there was so much calcium build up in my water heater and water lines that the acidity had eaten the lining of my water heater and worked it's way up and through the top of my water heater. The guys were very explanatory as to what was going on with my water system as they showed me pictures as to what it should look like and what mine looked like. They gave me several options to chose from for replacement and were very clear on what each option provided. They installed the heater that day they were here as they were afraid it might not make it another 24 hours without me having water all over my floors. I would highly recommend this company for any and all plumbing issues.

Went well reinstalling sink not completely done to our satisfaction but they sent someone back out to install it more sturdy.
