Great service for a great price.

They don't charge for a service call. They only give you an estimate of the repair once they get there. For us, we were leaving town the next day and absolutely had to have the service done so we were stuck with paying the ridiculously high price. Other people will give you an idea over the phone.

Alex was excellent in every way, very professional, completed the jobs efficiently, gave advice and suggestions for other potential issues. Will use Eco in the future.

They arrived when they said they would. Started work right away because, of a missed communication, did not have a "trencher" for the digging. Had to dig by hand and as a result, saved me a bunch of money. It took all day and the weather was hot, but Adam only took a short lunch break. Finally, by the end of the day, a helper arrived to help finish the job. Satisfied with the work.

(1:00 - 1:01). Part of the deal was they were supposed to do an evaluation which they didn't do. They didn't perform certain stuff that was part of the package.

I highly recommend this company for these reasons: Their serviceman (Travis) was very knowledgeable, very personable, hard working, and helped us solve several problems. The work was done well and all of the mess was cleaned up. Prices quoted for toilets and sinks include the product, the labor, and tax so there are no surprises at the end. Even though we needed an unusual shape for our sink, Travis and the company were able to locate one for us. The design of the replacement toilet is outstanding (American Standard), and we plan to eventually replace two other toilets with this model. Numerous choices/options were made available to us and there was no pressure to select a certain one. Company catalogs (in a notebook) and invoices (on an iPad) were easy to read and helpful. Travis went above and beyond, moving beyond a "good job" to an excellent job completed. Company reps who called on the phone were very pleasant and helpful. Thankful to have found this company!

I recently moved to a new house and wanted to switch out the electric stove for a gas stove. I called Eco Plumber for an appointment for a quote and they were able to schedule it within a day. The technician that day arrived promptly and provided a quote within 10 minutes. I asked if he would be able to also install the stove and he offered to for just a slight addition to the quote. He checked for all of the needed components to install the stove including the electrical outlet. I scheduled the appointment a few weeks later, again the technician arrived on time. He was able to run the line in less than an hour. He needed an additional part and was able to run to the hardware store to get in and finished the job in just over an hour. He finished by showing me the gas shut off valves. It was a very pleasant seamless experience for work done at a reasonable price.

They were very prompt, identified the problem and moved forward with the service. They explained every step of what they were doing and how they were handling it. They told me they would follow up on a certain day and they did. I recommend them for any plumbing needs.

In less than a week after the inspection they came back our and did the whole job. It was far more work than we had anticipated when we called for the inspection but they did good work and were very prompt and professional.

I was impressed with the options provided. I was not just given a price for all services in one number, they let me pick the services and level of equipment to install. The plumber was very friendly and made sure that I was happy. The quality of work was great and they assured me that if something should go wrong in the future, they would come back out. While on the job, they also inspected (at no additional fee) the rest of the plumbing in the house and suggested future upgrades for consideration - didn't pressure me to make a decision about things I could wait a year or two before the work was really needed.

I highly commend Alex, Bob and Sean who came out to my house several times to complete these projects. I'm the type to try to put off projects so when Alex came out to do an inspection of the sanitary sewer and then noticed that my hot water tank was making funny noises (it was 25 years old) and a corroded pipe for my bath tub plus it draining slowly and a sump pump drainage that needed new piping, none of that came as a surprise to me. So I bit the bullet and had it done. Thankfully Eco Plumbers has financing (18 months same as cash) that has helped ease the burden. All the gentlemen were courteous and explained what was needed to be done. Alex also mentioned that they do not work on commission but are paid an hourly wage which made me feel better about the jobs that needed to be done. The office staff was also good about follow-up calls and scheduling.

I am very pleased! Everyone at The Eco Plumbers was professional, friendly, polite, efficient, and responsive. I purchased the deal because my toilet was running. I hoped that I only needed a new flapper, and I was right. I love the fact that the plumber, Sean, did not try to sell me things that I did not need. He said that my only issue was the flapper, and a new flapper was included in the tune-up that I purchased. Therefore, I was able to have a plumber evaluate my toilet and then fix my problem for the low price of $29. I could not be happier. I really wish that every company maintained this level of professionalism.

Shawn Decker arrived to perform a toilet tune up; however my toilet tank wasn't seated properly, it ran if it wasn't flushed and the handle held down "just right", and was an old school water hog. I asked if he would be able to replace the toilet and even though it was a Saturday afternoon, he immediately said "sure". He was kind and funny and professional and knowledgeable. I had nothing but excellent communication from this company and from Shawn. I've already scheduled them to come out and replace my bathtub/shower. This company is top notch!

I can't say enough amazing things about Eco Plumbers. They were extremely responsive, and called me even well after business hours. The team they sent over, Nick and Gavin, were polite, informative, and so super helpful. They called me multiple times during the project and kept me up-to-date. Since installing laundry hookups requires multiple trades, they were also able to refer me to electricians and drywall installers in order to complete my project. They called before and after the project to make sure I was satisfied with everything that was happening. I recommend Eco Plumber to ANYONE who needs plumbing work done!!

They definitely exceeded my expectations. They were extremely punctual unlike any service provider I've worked with before - calling ahead of time and being on time, and never coming across as rushed to get to another job. I feel like I have a good read on people and I was very impressed with each worker's professionalism and expertise. They put me at ease during a very scary problem and even came out at 8pm to take a look. The hole was dug, the permits were pulled, and the replacement was dropped in within 24 hours. I highly recommend using Eco Plumbers and I know that I will use them again.

The guy was really personable and really enlightening initially. He said he was going to send me information. He said he would email it to me but it never did come. My bill never did show up in their system. The email function wasn't working at all. I never saw my bill but it came out on my charge card. He never gave me a receipt. I probably wouldn't use them again because he was too bunch of a salesman. He did a great job unclogging the toilet but he seemed to push me to buy other stuff. The prices kept going up and up. I ended up spending a lot more than I anticipated for what I thought was a better deal. It ended up being $150 from $40.

They did a good job and did a valiant effort to repair the old one. They were very professional and came out the same day I called. The second day the new tank was installed. They even made a follow up call to make sure everything was good. I would use them again.

Everything went according to plan. I've used these folks for several years and I am very satisfied with the results. It really lets a homeowner sleep well knowing they have a reliable plumber like these folks.

I had a leaky toilet. Because I had the parts, I thought they would replace it and that wasn't included in the tune-up, which, to me was like, "Well, what the heck good is it then?" It didn't really do what I wanted it to do. When I look back at it, I guess, yes, they adhered to the letter of the contract, but I don't think they adhered to the spirit of the contract. They were very nice and very professional. It was just like, "Yeah. If you want that done, that's extra." They were nice about it.

This was much better than another reputable plumbing company I often use, who couldn't send anyone for at least 2 days. James cut out the old leaking saddle valve and replaced it with a SharkBite-style tee and proper shut-off valve. While he was there, I also had him replace a frost-free valve that was making a lot of noise when running. James was finished with everything in maybe a couple of hours with no mess. They are a "paperless" company, so everything except the phone calls was handled electronically via email or James' tablet. I could imagine that technology reliance causing challenges when there are problems with the network or computer hardware, though. I thought the price was reasonable, and they accepted the Angie's List coupon without hesitation. I definitely would call them again.
