Bobby did a great job. He was very good about explaining what would need to be done and how it would be done. I asked a lot of questions. He had no problem with me watching him work. I wanted to learn and understand where gas leaks are commonly found. Bobby leaked checked all gas pipes and found another weak area of a pipe. I felt very comfortable with him doing the work. He put my mind at ease. I was very nervous about the appliance pipes that he found leaks on. I would definitely use Bobby again for any gas problems.

They didn't pressure me to buy a new hot water tank, but I could tell that it was on borrowed time. So, I decided I would get the new tank. Both representatives from Eco Plumbers were really professional. When he installed the water tank yesterday, he was incredibly tidy and aware of his surroundings. He even laid down a heavy mat from my back door to the water heater to protect everything.

Arrived as scheduled; work done appropriately. Repairman was clean and polite.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! The are alway extremely prompt and treat your home with white gloves. There work is A1 every time. Only plumbers I would use!

The tech informed me that my issue was not what I thought it was. He could have done the work that I requested, but explained why it would not fix the issue, essentially saving a lot of time and money. Will use this company again.

Great! He was able to come out the same day and diagnosed that I needed a new faucet and line into the house. He wore "booties" when walking through the house and completed the work in about 30 minutes. I would use them again.

Not well. I had dug out the entire section of drain pipe to be replaced to aid in speed of service. The service was done speedily but the cost of service was astronomical. The pipe was replaced in approximately 1-2 hours and was charged $475 for the service. After cost of the pipes (I would approximate $50), that comes out to somewhere between $225-$450 dollars per hour of work. The original estimate was that aforementioned amount but the cost does not come close to what service was performed. I would expect a company to adjust their estimates (up or down) to reflect the service performed. I feel like they just went with the original estimate and never thought twice about it despite what was done and how long it took. I will never use this company again

Great. New faucet is great. When discussing options regarding sump replacement, they presented me with a plan that I accepted and the sump and battery backup were installed a week later. They are very professional, neat, timely, and offer good advice. Price listed below is for the sump package. Totally cleaned out the sump which was full of 20 years of scale, disposed of all old supplies, double checked all connections, and went over mechanics of the device. The one I had installed is totally maintenance free, including the battery.

They were polite, on time, guarantee all work, and the shower works perfect. I would use them again. Also offer me the Angie's list coupon on site, no questions ask! Thanks!

We used an Angie's List Big Deal offer. The service was great. The technician was prompt, polite, and easy to work with. He sent us pictures of a potential problem area in the pipe so that we'd have a record for future reference. We will call them again for our annual maintenance.

It was a simple fix that turned into a more challenging problem. We had the the tuneup performed, but after the tuneup our toilet started performing worst. Eco Plumbers did all they could to make it right and I appreciate their follow up and attentiveness to the problem. Although, the problem hasn't been fully resolved, they have done what is fair to make the situation right and that's all I could ask for.

When we were having a new washing machine installed, the hookup sprung a bad leak, and we needed to turn off all water for our house. On the Saturday of Fourth of July weekend, Shaun arrived about an hour after our first call. We were warned about double-time holiday weekend rates, but Shaun offered us a lower price and had the hookup replaced with a better-designed one in about an hour. We were very happy with this emergency service.

Everything with The Eco Plumbers was a great experience. Called for just a smaller special on Angie's List for an outside faucet repair. Everything was done professionally, timely, and accurately. I would definitely use The Eco Plumbers the next time I need something done at my home. Great business!

After toilet adjusted noticed after flushing water coming through ceiling into basement and small wire to clean out half bath sink charged a ridiculous amount of money for these services that weren't done correctly

He realized that it wasn't a plumbing issue, and that I need a gutter cleaning and repair service. Very mannarable and full of knowledge. I appreciate the fact that he could have charged me, but didn't, and informed me of what I needed, directing me to contact Angie's list for gutter service.

We originally hired the company to only do the outside faucet. However, during an overall home inspection (which they do with all of the visits) our technician noticed that the outside drain from our sump pump to the road was damaged. Further examination showed the pipe was totally crushed. With our house being a bi-level and therefore partly underground, this was a major issue for the maintenance of our foundation. ECO Plumbers were able to gt a crew in within a week and replaced the piping. The workers were all professional and friendly, making sure we understood everything they were doing. We have had a number of hard rains since the piping was replaced and our foundation is nice and dry! We will absolutely go with them again in the future.
