I was called 30 minutes ahead of time, Alex showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He got right to work, cleaned out the sewer line and afterward ran a video camera through to ensure that it was clear. He cleaned up afterwards and left no mess behind.

They let me know that I didn't need another deal I purchased since this deal covered it so it showed they were honest with me. I had them give me estimates on a few jobs as well. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They performed the work and never pressured me to buy anything else.

From the representatives handling the scheduling to the representatives who performed the work, it was excellent customer service. The representatives arrived within the scheduled time frame, friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. It is rare in today's environment to find customer focused companies, the motto seems to be do more with less and get in/get out. That is not Eco Plumbers motto. They are customer focused and this is evident from the scheduling to the field work. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Ended up costing much more than Angie's list price

Bob was great, super patient, when he came out to do the original quote he was nice enough to let me follow him around and ask questions. The french drain at the bottom of my driveway kept backing up and water was getting into my garage. Bob gave me his diagnosis and showed me where the underground pipes had collapsed. and gave me a quote for replacement. Having used these guys alot in the past I went ahead and scheduled the appointment and they came out and started on a Friday and finished the following Tuesday, having not only replaced the collapsed pipes, but extending the drip basin on one side of my house and adding a second drip basin on the other to improve drainage. They also added clean out valves to my downspouts so I can now clean the pipes out myself once or twice a year. I've had no problems with the drain backing up since. These guys are big on quality and taking the time to do things correctly. They sent me pictures and text updates throughout the entire process since I had to be at work, which was awesome. The only downside is that the stretch of the of yard where the collapsed pipes were replaced now is now a long lumpy rocky mess which is a pain to mow around because of the rocks (rocks + lawn mower=not good). Other than that I am completely happy and continue to use Eco Plumbers in the future.

This house was 80 years old and we were advised by another plumber from a different company that most old houses in the Bexley area, because of the age and the number of trees, would have sewer lines on the interior and exterior that would either have been recently replaced or would be in need of this. We were told that such a job could be quite expensive to repair and that a sewer inspection with a camera could help us see what we were getting into on a house purchase. When we made an offer the house, we scheduled the inspection and the plumber arrived promptly. We attempted to fish the line through the sewer clean out but sure enough there was enough sludge and grease backup that we weren't able to get it through. With the homeowner's permission, we agreed to pay the plumber to flush the line so that we could complete the inspection. Watching the video footage along with the plumber, we discovered that the external line was in great shape but that the interior line showed blockages, corrosion and pits. In fact, the homeowner reported that her sink has started backing up a few days before we even arrived, indicating that there was indeed a pending problem. Throughout the whole process, the plumbers Gavin and Alex were extremely professional, making sure to clean up any mess keep both us and the homeowner informed of what they were finding along the way. The plumbers went out of their way to document the diagnosis and provide an estimate of what it would take to repair the issue. We are so grateful that we had this diagnostic done as part of the home inspection, as truly this one repair will likely cost over $10K to fix. Thank you EcoPlumbers for navigating a tricky situation and being professional and courteous throughout the entire process. We have used your services on our current house and we will continue to call on you for our future needs.

It went like every contact with Eco Plumbers, very well!

I purchased a coupon from Eco Plumbers to replace a freeze proof outdoor faucet. The plumbing technician arrived within the specified time window and did a great job replacing the old faucet with a new one. He also did a review of other areas and gave me great suggestions for preventative maintenance of plumbing issues around the house. He had a lot of knowledge. He left the area as clean as when he started work on the project so my spouse was very pleased with the clean up. I would definitely use this company again.

I got an emergency call late Friday from my tenants that the hot water handle had come off and water was pouring out of the pipe where the handle had been. I drove out to investigate. Meanwhile my wife began calling around to find a plumber. She settled on Eco Plumbing. Since I had isolated the valve and was able to shut the water off, we made an appointment for Saturday. Eco advertises that Saturday is a regular workday hence no upcharge for the weekend. Adam came out right on schedule. He looked at the situation. He refused to repair the shower valve and handle. What he did was try and sell me on a complete shower surround, shower hardware and pipe replacement. I have a combination galvanized and copper piping. He gave me two estimates. One was just for the replacement of the shower surround and accompanying piping and hardware for $1902.00 or for $3502.00 I could also get a new tub. The shower and tub surround that he described can be purchased from Home Deport or Lowes for anywhere from $500-$900 excluding labor and the related issues of going from galvanized to copper. Needless to say I did not agree to his suggestion. On Monday, I called Jack L. Woods Plumbing and for $87.40 they replaced the guts in the hot water handle and tightened the cold water handle as well.

No complaints about the work. However, since I had the work done, I'm suddenly getting sales phone calls and texts from companies I've never had dealings with. I'm very careful about who I share my cell number with and this would be the only company recently. I'm very suspicous

Very well. I anticipated what was needed for one toilet, and that $5 part was installed and it works well.

It was great. They responded quickly and came the same night, actually about an hour later. The guy that came was amazing. The company emailed his photo over beforehand, which was comforting. Travis was his name, and he was incredibly nice and eager to help however he could.

Really well--wanted someone who knew what they were doing to see if we need parts replaced or whether it was time for the entire toilet to be replaced. We could have replaced the parts, but elected to replace the toilet. Ammar did a wonderful job of explaining our options, getting everything needed, replacing the toilet and removing all the old parts. We are highly satisfied.

It was mixed. Initially I was a little bit favorable towards them, but then I looked at what they were trying to do. They basically want to look at all your plumbing so that they may detect some problem or service you may need, which they didn't do because I discouraged a thorough inspection inside the house. So what he did was, he just put the external faucet on. He looked at something and said, "Oh it's one of these problems," and he did it. I thought, at the time, he did okay. The toilet was leaking I think. But within a day or two, the leaking continued anyway. So I was not overly impressed. And then I asked him to take a look at another faucet. I knew it was a complicated job. He took a look at it and he looked at his smart phone and said, "It looks like it would be something like $300 or $400." I said, "Well, I'll think about it, I'm not sure I want to do it." He said, the company would send me an electronic estimate and they never did. So something is fishy there. It was high price for that. So eventually I just didn't completely trust him. I would not probably use him again. The pricing was reasonable. When I bought the big deal, somebody from Eco Plumbers called right away.

Excellent service. The technician made sure I got to see everything and explained anything that was a potential concern. I'd highly recommend this service, camera inspection, every couple of years and you would be in good hands with the Eco Plumbers!

They were fast to reply to my coupon I purchased off Angie's list. Pearl was very nice and seemed knowledgable about what he was doing, he was good at explaining everything to me. He ended up testing both toilets with a blue die pack to make sure they weren't leaking and replaced the seal in the toilet that was running.
