Carl did a great job. He explained all he observed & what needed to be done to fix our problems. He took before & after pictures to show us. We were fortunate to have had him as we escaped further water damage that we didn't even know had begun. He was professional & courteous It was a pleasure working with him. Keep doing what your doing Eco!

I called after hours thinking I'd leave a message. I received answering service who took my information & that same night I got a call back. I scheduled an appt for a couple days later as my situation was not an emergency & found I could avoid service charge if technician came out at certain times. I received a call & e-mail(with techs picture) with 30 minute reminder that Travis would be arriving. He was able to clear the drain quickly, but because the garbage disposal was leaking(overload of rice!) this needed to be replaced. He showed me various sizes of disposals & I chose 1/3 hp to be installed. Customer service was great. Travis' experience/knowledge was evident as he explained each step of process & took the time to answer my many questions.

Very thorough evaluation of sump pump system. Plumber was very pleasant and answered numerous questions about our double sump pump with battery back-up as well as external issues he pointed out with gutters and downspouts. Did camera evaluation of drain from downspouts to street. He did seem a little too eager to sell his services, although the prices he quoted were reasonable

They were professional and prompt with their work. They arrived at the time they had said they would and promptly got to work.

they showed up right on time, very professional and knowledgeable, they also showed us some areas to make improvement to prevent future problems, we were happy to get the information. the Eco Plumber did a great job, we will refer the company to our friends.

The first gentleman arrived within a timely fashion, but said that a bigger cutter was required due to the number of roots in our system. Then two other technicians showed up and showed us televising and said that we really needed a drain access out in the front of the house to be able to get to all of the roots, because the inside access was only 4" and a 6" cleanout could occur outside which would really clean out of the roots from the system. They were pretty insistent about us needing this, and said that the inside access could crack if they would do the sewer cleaning that the Big Deal provided for. They then did a pretty hard sell on having them do this outside work. We requested an estimate bid from them, and they said that they were emailing it from their tablet, but we never did receive the estimate. Their verbal estimate was quite high, and they didn't even offer to comp the $99 against the work that they were proposing. We were happy if they were truthful about the inside cracking if they did the work, but we did not appreciate their approach otherwise. We found much lower bids for the same work.

They treated me quite well. He saved me any issues from having my front pump coming out cause he caught other problems.

Great communication and arrived on time. Explained what he was doing and replaced quickly. Cleaned up any messes and took a look at the sump pump and gave recommendation and send email. Would definitely use eco-plumbers again

We contacted them as the result of a special deal through Angie's List. Their representative was very helpful in determining the problems and the current status of the drainage pipes. As a result of the info he gave us, we went back to the company who initially waterproofed our basement, and they corrected the problems at no cost to us.

Excellent! Very customer oriented, making sure is satisfied every step of the way. Gavin, the tech, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I had the work done about a week ago and so far, so good.

It went great. Bob was very personable and very knowledgeable. He took the time to inspect my entire plumbing system and was happy to answer my questions.

The technician arrived on time. He explained what he would be doing and pointed out some trouble errors that the cleaning would help. The work was completed in a timely and efficiently manner. He was also cautious about our new puppy, so that he would not scare her which was very much appreciated.

It was fine. They did what they said they were going to do. They tried to sell me a bunch of other stuff that I didn't want.

We have used them twice and we are very satisfied with their service. Their service is good. They are very punctual and they did a good job. We are very happy.

Great. Alex, the workman, was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. He determined that the pump was working, but, since it has an estimated life span of 5 years and was now around 18 years old, that it should probably be replaced. He also scoped the drain to the street and found a dip in elevation near the foundation that causes water to collect there on its journey to the street. He suggested that we address this with a new drain installation. He checked the water heater, about 5 years old, which needed servicing. He also noticed that the vertical pipe stack in the basement was badly deteriorated. He pointed all these things out to me and emailed estimates on the work that were top priorities: repair/replace the pipe stack and replace the sump pump. I appreciated his help.

Called The Eco Plumbers for assistance with our backed up disposal. Gavin came out, ran a snake through it and problem solved. He was very professional, polite and his work was clean. I would definitely hire this company in the future.

Great! We scheduled an appointment that had to be changed due to other plumbing emergencies, they were apologetic and right on time for the next scheduled visit.

I didn't choose them because the price is way too high. They wanted over $620 after my Angies List coupon to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. They charge by the job but the tech told me it would take about 90 minutes. Who's paying a plumber $300 per hour? I'm not sure if I was targeted for a higher price because I'm a single woman but their practices seem very deceptive. The receptionist was rude when I told her I didn't choose them based on price. I found another highly rated plumber that charges $75 an hour.

Well. Service was quick, correct, and professional. Problem corrected.

FANTASTIC!!! 10:30am: The call center heard the urgency in my voice and told me they could get someone out that mid-afternoon; but then I got another call back (30 mins) and they said the technician would arrive in the next 30 minutes, which he did. The plumber was kind, polite, and helpful. He asked about what had been happening and to take a look at the pertinent areas. Offered me candid impressions of what he really thought he would find and predictions of how it might need to be addressed. He treated me as though I were a customer—not prey. “I want to be your plumber.” He offered helpful possible solutions at all levels and honored all estimates he gave—even though his work far exceeded those costs. After further investigation—He was spot on!—he diligently worked to resolve the urgent situation, so my family didn’t have to go to a hotel and incur additional costs! Travis’ work skyrocketed the expectations for value and he treated me like a person. He wasn’t scaring me into thousands of dollars needed for work, he addressed the emergency situation –reasonably priced) and helped me to make a moderate plan for the bigger issue –for which he also didn’t find scary numbers or words. Travis was simply awesome! Dedicated, Honest, Respectful, Kind, Integrity—Our house has a new superhero (and a new plumber)!!!

Unfortunately technition couldn't put tank in location salesman quoted (vent wouldn't meet code), but he gladly worked with us to find an alternate location for it. Technician was very professional, friendly (even to my dog), and took into account some special requests I had. Very professional company overall. Tank is working great so far.

I contacted Eco Plumbers since they did a good job installing a new outdoor faucet a few months ago that was a Angieslist offer. A representative from Eco Plumbers came to our house and assessed the need. I did a verbal aggreement for a new basic 40 gallon gas water heater for $1395.00 to be installed the same day Wednesday August 24, 2016. The price seemed a little steep but since they were doing it the same day I paid it. The removal of the old heater and installation of the new one took about three hours. The service man said they would email me the receipt. Later that day I received an invoice for $1395.00 paid in full. I called back and requested a breakdown for the real cost of the water heater and the cost of the labor. The receptionist said they would forward the information to me. Now it has been a week later and still no invoice breakdown. Today Tuesday August 30, 2016 I received another Angie's List offer for a 40 gallon gas water heater installed for $799.00. So now I feel like I have been overcharged $595.00 for a basic water heater. I won't be hiring Eco Plumbers again. We live and learn don't we?
